The content of decaying physical relics has been digitised as a preservation approach. At the same time, it opens up new possibilities for knowledge exchange and exploitation by reducing the constraints imposed by physical confinement. How we produce, organise, and disseminate knowledge has been revolutionised by the widespread use of digital formats. However, it is not a simple task to guarantee the longevity of digital media. Valuable data generated in the digital age may be lost forever if a satisfactory solution is not found. In this article, we discuss some of the challenges inherent in the process of digitising and archiving digital material. We outline the economic condition that provides the backdrop for further efforts in this direction

In Recent Decades, number of Cases filed in respect to Environmental Protection before various High courts and Supreme Court is on the rise. Due to these cases and other matter cases the court has been overburdened. Government has taken up the establishment of Separate Judicial machinery for speedy disposal of cases, when in 1995 the Centre Court enacted National Green Bench Tribunal (NGT). This article consists of Composition of National Green Tribunal and its Composition besides significant important orders of NGT.

: Researchers can acquire insights from complex data sets and better share their findings with others when they employ data visualization and exploration tools. We discuss existing techniques and tools for visualizing and exploring complex scientific data, identify the key concepts and principles of data visualization, and propose a new technique to address some of the limitations of existing approaches to data exploration and visualization. Our suggested method utilizes cloud computing and ML to deliver dynamic, interactive visualizations in real-time, regardless of data size or complexity. Our research provides a unique method for overcoming the limits of existing data visualization and exploration tools in the context of scientific inquiry, in addition to a detailed overview of existing methodologies and tools. We hope our results will stimulate greater investigation into this vital area, leading to improved methods and tools for visualizing and navigating intricate scientific data

: The advent of computational photography and advanced image manipulation techniques has sparked a creative renaissance in the visual arts, giving artists and photographers fresh opportunities to express themselves via their work. This study surveys the current literature on the use of computational photography and image manipulation for creative expression, illuminating the many methods, strategies, and tools that have been developed and deployed by visual artists and photographers. We also provide a number of methods for collecting data that may be used to learn about the tastes of users and the obstacles they face when trying to come up with original content. The findings of this study have important implications for the application of computational photography and image editing in the future of artistic expression, as these methods and tools can help artists produce more expressive and creative photographs and elevate the role of technology in the creative process. Advanced machine learning techniques, neural style transfer, and improved tool and interface development should be the focus of future study in this field. We predict further development and expansion of the field of computational photography and image modification as a means of artistic expression, as evidenced by the findings of this study.

. Peer-to-peer networking, often known as P2P, enables distributed and decentralized types of processing, resource sharing, and communication. It has recently proven itself to be a reliable and adaptable technical instrument. Peer-to-peer networking, often known as P2P networking, eliminates the need for centralized servers or other middlemen by allowing nodes in a network to communicate and share resources directly with one another. This has a number of advantageous effects, such as improved fault tolerance and resistance, improved privacy and security, and a simplified method of resource sharing. Peer-to-peer (P2P) networking has several potential uses outside of distributed computing and social networking, including content delivery and file sharing. Decentralized P2P networks could be faster, more effective, and more customizable than centralized ones. This is possible because to the usage of distributed and decentralized networks. P2P networking, however, presents several difficulties that must be solved. Among these are the possibility of security difficulties, the requirement for efficient administration and management, and the risk of coming across legal and regulatory challenges. Despite the problems mentioned above, P2P networking is anticipated to play a significant role in the development of new technologies and applications. Peer-to-peer networking may become even more effective, safe, and versatile in the not-too-distant future because to advancements in P2P protocols, algorithms, and applications. P2P networking is a technology that should thus be given attention and funding because of its potential to revolutionise how we communicate with one another.

Library is the indispensable part of educational institution designed to serve educational, cultural, research, recreational information to the users. . Libraries are the places wherever the complete information gathering takes place together with intellectual and our cultural heritage. The collections possessed by the library are affected by numerous environmental factors that ultimately results in irreparable harm to numerous collections. The information embodied in manuscripts is effective however materials used for this purpose cause a true challenge. These manuscripts have proof of facts, their accomplishments, thoughts, work they need done, theories then on, that are essential for human development. These guide the younger generations for ages and should be saved for each coming generations. This article provides a short define of preservation strategies adopted to protect the manuscripts and heirlooms. Preventive measures should be applied with caution and value effective manner. This study explores the current state of manuscripts and the necessary preservation measures, and it provides a strategy for digitizing these cultural cultural assets of India as a means of rescuing them. Manuscript production in India, especially using the SORI method, is also covered in this work. Various institutions involved in archiving and preserving manuscript are also highlighted with historical backgrounds. Various efforts taken in preserving manuscript in digital format in India and abroad are also discussed.

The pros and downsides of using digital technology to preserve cultural artifacts are discussed in this study. Technology has been pioneering in the field of digitalization, allowing for the creation of digital manuscripts and e-books. Manuscripts and documents covering words and pictures are being digitized and archived using digital cameras & scanners as an entry point to the use of technology. Participation in the Next Generation requires an emphasis on cutting-edge digital technologies. The culture and tradition depicted in these manuscripts must be preserved together with the texts themselves. Physically preserving objects, texts, and artworks in past communities and libraries using ancient ways has limits. The inability to secure goods and the ease with which the general public may get access to them are two of the most prominent limitations. Chemical preservation procedures seldom capture the original orientation of papers and manuscripts. By digitizing priceless cultural heritage texts and manuscripts, we can readjust for these factors and smooth out many of the wrinkles. This study discusses how digitalization may be used to better conserve cultural objects in the future via the use of natural language processing and indexing.

Since women contain most of the populace underneath the destitution line and are regularly in circumstances of extraordinary deprivation, given the real brutal factors of the intra-family unit and social separation, macroeconomic approaches and destitution destruction projects will explicitly address the requirements and issues of such women. There will be improved usage of projects which are now women arranged with special focus for women. Out of these projects. SHGs are one of the conspicuous programs to accomplish women empowerment. In this foundation, the current investigation is picked to know progress women empowerment through SHGs in District Pulwama of Jammu and Kashmir. To accomplish the above-said target information assembled from Primary data with a well-structured questionnaire, SHGs improve women's income status after joining the group.
