In this study, focused on the political thought of Arbën Xhaferi, this politician, diplomat and philosopher, known among Albanians and beyond, his views on solving inter-ethnic problems within multi-ethnic states, which can lead to possible conflicts, are discussed. The unresolved issue of not only the rights of minorities in many countries can become the cause of inter-ethnic conflicts, which has been proven in history, from the oldest to the most recent one. Considering all these possible social crises, which according to Xhaferi can be resolved through the good will of the two parties in conflict, as an intellectual, politician and as a party leader, he took this issue seriously, even in the form of his practical action and engagement in solving problems of this nature, by being one of the participants in the Ohrid Framework Agreement, whose primary goal was to end the 2001 conflict in Macedonia, which erupted just because of the non-applicability of the rights of a large portion of Macedonian citizens at the time, such as the Albanians. In the study, in addition to Xhaferi's views on the issue of consensual decision-making, we also talk about the views of other personalities related to the phenomenon of consensual resolution of conflicts, such as Max Weber, Kavanagh, Maurice, Lijphart and others. Keywords: politics, conflict, consensus, majoritarianism, over voting, equality, binational.

Teachers have spent a lot of time researching the best and most accurate ways to evaluate pupils since there are so many different ways to assess tasks and because doing so can have an impact on the students. According to Heydarnejad, Tagavipour, Patra, and Farid Khafaga (2022) only a few empirical studies have attempted to determine how performance-based assessment (PBA) can affect reading comprehension (RCA), academic motivation (AM), foreign language anxiety (FLA), and students’ self-efficacy despite the significant role that PBA plays in influencing second language learning processes (SS-E).

The primary goal of this study is to increase readers' understanding of assessment for language learning and development, particularly as it relates to morphology for students of EFL (English as a Foreign Language). We also consider noting the many assessment methods that might be employed to determine how well EFL students understand morphology. Second, we'll go over a variety of language-improvement strategies that we could use to help EFL students better understand English morphology. We'll look at a few benefits of peer evaluation for EFL learners' vocabulary and morphological comprehension in the third segment. This study will go over peer assessment's benefits, the process of language improvement in English morphology, and evaluation as a critical component of language learning. Keywords: morphology, assessment, affixation, compounding, conversion, etc.

This study summarizes a research period of the important moments of the era of functioning of the city of Peja during the period 1990-1997, in the social, political, economic, cultural and educational fields. In an analytical and systematic way, the contribution of Pejans during this period of time is presented here. The main incentive for writing this text was the experience gained in the course Methodology of history and theories of the XIX-XX centuries, which was taught by prof. Jahja Drançolli whereupon we gained a modest experience in oral history as a new discipline in world historiography. For the contribution made in this discipline, young researchers such as Agon Rrezja should be mentioned with his master’s thesis “Llapusha sipas historisë gojore dhe dokumentare” (“Llapusha according to oral and documentary history”) defended in 2012 in the Department of History, using oral and documentary sources for the Llapusha region. Our main aim stems from the fact that oral history is a new discipline and not addressed in Albanian historiography. No researcher has dealt with Peja from the point of view of oral sources during this period of time and even earlier. Finally, we find that this study can modestly serve any history enthusiast to delve into this issue in other, more detailed ways. Keywords: Peja, Kosova, Politics, Economy, Culture, Education, etc.

This article was created on the basis of the study of the life and work of the Slovene writer Alma Karlin (1889–1950), who spent a large part of her life abroad, during her trips around the world. She mainly published in German, during the period between World War I and World War II. Some of her works are open in the manner of crosswriting, including the analyzed fairy tale The Youngest Granddaughter of the Honorable I Chao which was originally published in 1948 in German and in 2016 in Slovene. With this fairy tale, the writer intertextually related to the model of the folk fairy tale, the European fairy tale, and the ATU514 and ATU884 international fairytale type. The detailed analysis and application of the theory of Slavo jŽižek, entitled From Antigone to Joan of Arc, confirms the hypothesis that Alma’s fairytale belongs to the literary tradition from Antigone to the present, that the fairy tale contains the features of subjectivization of a literary heroine, which is a universal element (fairytale type or motif), and Alma also added to the text the typical characteristics of Chinese culture. ATU 514, ATU 884, M. l thi, H. The purpose of this research is to investigate the use and meaning of German prefixes, as well as their impact on word formation in English. German prefixes are grammatical features that are added to the beginning of a word to change its meaning or function. The prefixes will be examined in terms of their etymology, frequency of use, and common word formation patterns. They can also indicate a verb's location, tense, aspect, or modality. Prefixes are essential to the German language, and mastering them requires a solid understanding of them. The research will also look into how these prefixes affect the overall structure and meaning of German words. The research will be conducted using a combination of primary and secondary sources, such as German language dictionaries and texts, and linguistic studies on prefixation in German. The study's findings will shed light on the rich and complex nature of German word formation and its underlying grammar rules. The study also delves into the etymology of the prefixes and how they have evolved over time. The study's goal is to provide a comprehensive understanding of German prefixes and their usage for both German language learners and native speakers. Keywords: German prefixes, bound morphemes, lexemes, word-formation, words, etymology, etc.

Many factors influence the unemployment rate, including economic, social, political, and other factors. How a country fights unemployment and how successful it is also dependent on legal regulations, workforce training and mobility, and policies to encourage the employment of certain social groups, particularly those who, for one reason or another, have been discriminated against during employment and have limited or total access to the labor market. The study includes additional analyses of unemployment as well as the variables that affect unemployment reduction. The Republic of North Macedonia’s employment trends, the legal framework, which contains all the employment-related laws and regulations, the political programs put forth by the major political parties during the parliamentary elections - specifically the section relating to employment-related measures - have all been examined. A special emphasis has also been placed on the attitudes of the general public toward this issue. On this basis, information about the general foundation of the attitudes of citizens capable of working in the Republic of North Macedonia, the level of their trust in the institutions, and their views on policies have been gathered, too. Keywords: economic and social factors, institutions, current policies, government.

Legends, which include part of the folklore heritage, are one of the main genres of oral creativity of the Turkic peoples. In the world science of folklore and literary criticism, a large number of works have been published on the definition of theoretical descriptions of legends. As you know, one of the main genres of folk art is that historical events are preserved to a certain extent in legends, which creates some opportunities for us to understand and learn about our past history, our primordial national culture, our literature. It is known that in modern world folklore a structural-semantic concept is developing, which is aimed at identifying and classifying the specifics, genre features of folklore-epic genres, i.e., fairy tales, myths, legends, etc., features from all sides, is the basis for the classification of folklore genres, plot and motives.
