The research paper uses image processing to exhibit moving car video sequences and estimates their speeds. In this paper, grayscale is utilized by the MatLAB program to pre-process video images and give a stream of legitimate video footage of traffic. This article’s challenge uses a deep studying method that wishes a vast quantity of computation for training. Thus, Authors determined to lessen the scope of the challenge to teach a version that could examine one-of-a-kind site visitors’ velocity symptoms and symptoms.

It is important that information provided in bug reports is relevant and complete in order to help resolve bugs quickly. However, often such information trickles to developers after several iterations of communication between Developers and reporters. Poorly designed bug tracking systems are partly to blame for this exchange of information being stretched over time. Our paper addresses the concerns of bug tracking systems by proposing four broad directions for enhancements. As a proof-of-concept, we also demonstrate a prototype interactive bug tracking system that gathers relevant information from the user and identifies files that need to be fixed to resolve the bug.

Wireless sensor networks are very feasible to monitor where human reach is impossible. But conserving the limited resource and maintaining Quality of service is the challenging task. There is most need to design an algorithm to maintain quality of services. In this paper we have designed node layered division MAC with adaptive listening based on the queue size at the transmitting cluster node. The proposed protocol attenuates the problem of collision and unfair distribution of power among the nodes. When compared with the existing algorithms, IQMAC outperforms in terms of network lifetime, delay, PDR and collision probability.

A Bracelet shaped wearable Dielectric Resonator Antenna (DRA) is designed and analyzed in this paper. The proposed DRA is made of Bakelite and is capable of operating efficiently in the vicinity of four different frequencies (5.9 GHz, 6.5 GHz 7.1 GHz, 7.6 GHz) in C Band. A performance characteristic of the Bracelet DRA is investigated with the help of a model of human wrist wearing the Bracelet DRA. The DRA worn on human wrist model gives directivity ranging from 7.4dBi to 8.3dBi at different operating frequencies. Radiation efficiency up to 82.1% at 5.9 GHz is obtained. Maximum Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) obtained is 1.15 W/Kg which is within the safe level of 1.6 W/kg set by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), United States. Simulation of the designed DRA is done using CST Microwave Studio Software. Comparable or better performance characteristics of the proposed DRA is obtained than those of several C band wearable antenna structures reported in recent literature.

As a consequence of birth anomalies and accidents, the number of hearing impaired and speech challenged sufferers has increased dramatically in recent years. When a deaf-dumb person speaks to a normal person, the normal person struggles to understand and demands that the deaf-dumb person display gestures to meet his or her needs. Dumb individuals speak to us in their own language. The only need is that we need to understand their language. Sign language is a communication capacity used by deaf and dumb people that uses hand signs, orientations, and movement of the hands, arms, or body, as well as facial expressions, to transmit the thoughts of a speaker fluently. However, most people struggle to understand this sign language. People who are unable to speak or have lost their ability to speak as a result of an injury find it difficult to transmit their message in society. We created an electronic speaking glove for this project. Dumb individuals may easily converse with normal people by merely wearing the glove. The system’s circuitry translates some activities, such as receiving a speech for each chosen button, making it easier for deaf/dumb people to converse with normal people. In this system, an LCD display is also employed; normal people’s voice is detected word by word and shown as text on the LCD display, making it easier for normal people to converse with deaf/mute people. As a result, this initiative will assist to bridge the communication gap between mute, deaf, and hearing persons.

This article presents a SVPWM technique for inverter with two levels to operate the IM drive (induction motor) with Buck Boost converter. SVPWM are increasingly gained importance in high power industrial drive applications. SVPWM technique is preferred in order to decrease the THD value, switching losses and ripples. If any fault occurs in the main supply, the Buck Boost converter which acts as a battery storage device is used as supply to continuously drive the induction without any interruption. The main advantage of Buck Boost converter is it has continuous flow of input current. In the proposed scheme, the two-level SVPWM technique strategy fed IM has been modeled and simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK software.

The concept of making metamaterial zipper antenna to serve as an off- body antenna is proposed and the stimulations are carried out. The feeding point is located at the bottom and in order to be more specific it is around one of the variation and reflection coefficient as well as radiation pattern or brought by excitation at certain tooth of zipper. The radiation pattern is reconfigurable to some extent. A fractional bandwidth of 4.80 percent at 2.48 GHz of industrial, scientific and medical band with a gain of about 5dBi has been achieved. The stimulation result indicate reasonable agreement to that of stimulation in both matching performance and the radiation feature of metamaterial zipper antenna, which makes the antenna more promising candidate for body centric wireless communication device .

Content Management System (CMS) is the software that can be used to organize, control or manage contents of a website. The data can include texts, links, images, videos, HTML documents and other form of media. The CMS can be free open source software where it can be downloaded and installed free of cost or sometimes it may be a paid depending upon the packages of the software. The reason for the paid software is that some annual maintenance may be needed in future and to upgrade the software. Three basic CMS software Open source, Proprietary and Software as a service has been discussed with their platform of application and supported databases. It was found that this soft ware has used different types of platforms to integrate the software. The installation process of one of the free open source software WordPress also has been discussed in this topic. The purpose of the CMS is to help users to best design their websites. The aim of the study is to comparatively study the features and perspectives of different content management systems. Research and review methodology has been adapted to retrieve the contents for the above title. It was found that maximum number of CMS database used PHP or JAVA platform to design the soft ware and few CMS soft ware used other platforms like ASP.NET, PERL, PYTHON, C++ and others to design the software.

Dispersed Generation and Network Reconfiguration have been generally engaged to maintain voltage level with permissible limit and decrease the energy losses in the Distribution Systems. In this article, a Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) technique is developed and it is used to reduce the energy losses in Network Reconfiguration and Dispersed Generation placement. Different scenarios are used to analyze the performance of developed method. The proposed and designed technique is efficiently tested on IEEE 33-bus RDS (Radial Distribution System) with three various load models. The voltage summary in IEEE 33- buses is better when compared to other basic voltage profile.
