Research on the Number of Households and Population Estimates of Administrative Composite City 行政复合型城市户数与人口估算研究

The Sejong Metropolitan Autonomous City is launched on July 1, 2012, and Phase 1 of the Multifunctional Administrative City Construction Project was completed in late 2015. Therefore, it is necessary through the results of the first phase of the project to check whether Sejong city can achieve the target population and number of households by 2030 and to use to determine the number and type of housing to be supplied next. Based on the presented results of the Phase 1 project period, this study estimate the population and number of households in 2030. For forecasting future population the population growth rate seen in the future of Sejong City's population forecast published by the National Statistical Office and the performance against plans Step 1 were used for forecasting future population. The results of analysis showed that the Multi-functional Administrative City is difficult to attract five hundred thousand people and two hundred thousand houses. In the analysis of households by type The Multi-functional Administrative City is The large proportion of 3-4 person households and high-income earners and Homeowners. But it increased the proportion of households with 1-2 people and rent house of the city grows in size and it is likely to change the level of income. Therefore, it is determined that there is a need to reflect these elements in next housing.

Analytical Study on the Pullout Resistance Characteristics of Bored Pile 钻孔灌注桩抗拔特性分析研究

Structural experiment result showed that PHC(d=600mm) Pile used as a common compression member could resist 83.6 ~ 91.6 tonf of ultimate tension force, if the adhesion of P.C. bar of PHC pile to the concrete foundation is strengthened. Considering a proper safety factor to ultimate tension strength, PHC pile can substitute the anti-floating anchor, or reduce the number of anchors. For this purpose, pullout resistance behavior of a Bored pile embedded in real ground as well as structural tension strength of PHC pile must be evaluated. This study performed the static pullout tests to evaluate the pullout behavior of bored pile, and compared the test results with design value of side resistance. To evaluate the pullout resistance easily, static pullout test results were compared with dynamic loading test results using PDA. As a result, cement paste of the bored pile was hardened which is after 15 days, LH side resistance design value corresponded well to the Static pullout test results, also to the side resistance evaluated by dynamic loading test.

Study on Status of Barrier Free Certification & Improvement Strategies 无障碍认证现状及改进策略研究

This study is to investigate actual condition of passenger terminals, public facilities which are used by unspecified individuals, with high spread effect of certification system of Barrier Free introduced in 2007, evaluate possibility of the certification and prepare an effective way for certification in order to spread and settle the certification system. According to the investigation on the facilities' equipment level of 349 passenger terminals, which being nationally operated, 217 terminals could be certified and non-certified were 58. And, 29 was evaluated as the passenger terminals with high possibility to get Barrier Free certification by small scale of remodeling. The level of Barrier Free of investigated passenger terminals, according to the actual condition with certification index, were 40~55 percent. While the level of Barrier Free of internal facilities of the terminals was over 90percent, the level of sanitary facilities, information facilities, etc. fell short of 50 percents. In this study, pilot project of Barrier Free certification is proposed for enhance of passenger terminal facilities. Moreover, the selection of passenger terminals with high possibility of certification, local governments' strong will as the targets of pilot project for improvement of amenity level and Barrier Free certification and monitoring the project results are the way of the project.

An Empirical Study on the Effect of Respondent Bias in PSM : Case in Apartment Pricing PSM中被调查者偏见影响的实证研究——以公寓定价为例

PSM is widely used pricing tool in field by the reason of data collection convenience and analytical intuitiveness. However, In high involvement environment, strategic respondent bias influence in reducing the price. By using 3 empirical cases of LH apartment for sale, We found that latent consumers' recognition of the range of acceptable and the range of optimal price are lower than real estate agent representative respondents'. This phenomenon is considered loss aversion effect of prospect theory to reduce loss by reducing price, and more influenced in high involvement situation than latent consumer respondents'. Also we found PSM result using real estate representative data is more useful in real market than latent consumers data distorted by loss aversion effects. The meaning of this study is finding some limitation in PSM using consumer data generally used. In further study, development of PSM measurement tool to minimize the effect of strategic bias are need to be studied. Also some new approaches in reinterpretation of the range of acceptable price and the range of optimal price are need to be followed.

Finite Element Analysis on the Ground Behavior for Tunnel with Pipe-roof 管顶隧道地基受力特性有限元分析

Pipe-roof method is one of the mostly used method to prevent the ground subsidence during the tunnel construction. As pipe-roof method has made technical advancement and performance improvement, it suggested to utilize pipe-roof to a permanent support system rather than a temporal pre-reinforcing method. Therefore, in this study, pipe-roof method is numerically simulated using finite element method to evaluate effects of pipe-roof on behavior of ground and structure. Analyses are performed considering two major conditions that are with and without the application of pipe-roof and the shape of tunnel cross section. The results are presented with respect to variation of settlement and vertical stress distribution. Based on this results, it is found that ground settlement above the shallow tunnel can be considerably reduced by application of pipe-roof system. Also, the shape of tunnel cross section can influence on the mechanical behavior of ground and structure.

The Effects of Performance-based HRM on Organizational Effectiveness : In the Case of a Public Corporation 基于绩效的人力资源管理对组织有效性的影响:以一家上市公司为例

This study aims to empirically verify the positive impacts of PB(performance-based) HRM on the organizational effectiveness in a public corporation. The independent variables are ‘PB staffing’, ‘PB appraisal’, ‘PB compensation’. The dependent variables are ‘JS(job satisfaction)’, ‘OC(organizational commitment)’. The results are as follows. ‘PB staffing’ shows positive impact on both ‘JS’ and ‘OC’, but ‘PB compensation’ doesn’t show positive impact on both ‘JS’ and ‘OC’. Also, it is found that both ‘PB appraisal’ and ‘PB compensation’ do not show positive impact on ‘OC’. ‘PB appraisal’ shows positive impact on ‘JS’, though. From the empirical analysis, the positive effects of the PB-HRM on the organizational effectiveness are partially verified. It is thought that these mixed results are originated from the particular situation in which the surveyed corporation is placed. After the merger of the corporation in 2009, even though it has introduced various PB-HRM systems, it has been through a harsh time such as wage freeze and return as measures of business normalization. This organizational situation may influence the verification of effectiveness of the normal PB-HRM.

Also, it is found that both ‘PB appraisal’ and ‘PB compensation’ do not show positive impact on ‘OC’. ‘PB appraisal’ shows positive impact on ‘JS’, though. From the empirical analysis, the positive effects of the PB-HRM on the organizational effectiveness are partially verified. It is thought that these mixed results are originated from the particular situation in which the surveyed corporation is placed. After the merger of the corporation in 2009, even though it has introduced various PB-HRM systems, it has been through a harsh time such as wage freeze and return as measures of business normalization. Phased Introduction of the New Transportation System under the Step-by-step Land Development Project 逐步土地发展计划下的新运输系统的分阶段引入

Recently, the paradigm of land development has been transformed from the joint development to the step-by-step development due to changes in socio-economic conditions. Nevertheless, the introduction of large-scale transportation facilities such as new transportation system tends to employ the joint development. Although new transportation system is eco-friendly, it occasionally fails at the beginning of the project because of high installation cost. Such phenomenon is caused by not only the system did not reflect the local characteristics but also did not respond to the step-by-step development. Accordingly, in order to introduce transportation system rationally, introducing new methods corresponding to the step-by-step development should be sought. In this study, we assumed that large-scaled land development site be achieved step-by-step development. and suggested the need for a phased introduction through benefit-cost analysis. The findings illustrated that the phased introduction shows economic efficiency with 30% increase of B/C compared to the bulk introduction. It also demonstrates that the bulk introduction under step-by-step development is more efficient than the bulk introduction under joint development.

Analysis of Accident Patterns and Hazard Factor for Life Safety in Rental Housing Complex 租赁住宅小区生命安全事故模式及危害因子分析

The government has been supplying public rental housing for stable life of low-income group since 1989. However, deteriorated public rental housing are likely to caused accident due to aging facilities. In this study, investigated the types of accidents that occur in the public rental housing and analyzed the hazard factors for each type. First, identified the type of accidents that occur in apartment through previous studies and interviews. Next determined the type of accidents that occur in public rental housing and analyzed the hazard factors through surveys. The results of this study would be basic information of planned and systematic management plan for safe and comfortable residental life in public rental housing. And it can be utilized on the basis information that can improve the design and management method to supply future public rental housing.

The Performance Improvement of Hybrid Energy Harvesting Block and the Evaluation on Power Generation Performance 混合集能块性能改进与发电性能评价

The aim of this study was to improve the performance of hybrid energy harvesting block merge the vibrations and the pressure developed in the previous study. The power generation performance of the energy block improved in this manner was measured and compared with the energy performance of the products previously developed. In previous models, the center has placed a piezoelectric, the two sides had arranged a vibration applying electromagnetic inducing type. Improved model was disposed three in a row of three unit modules for one block. We change the design in the following way. That is, a unit module has been placed the upper piezoelectric body, the lower portion were arranged three electron donation. In laboratory conditions, the power generation performance evaluation results of the improved energy block is as follows. Once when the vibration, power generation was determined to 1.066W. When compared with previous studies, and power generation performance is improved up to 235%. When the vibration in a row 5, power generation was determined to 1.830W. When compared with previous studies, the performance is improved to 177%. The purpose of developing a hybrid energy block is intended to produce electricity by the pressure and vibration when a vehicle passes through the energy block installed in the car park the mouth portion. Electricity produced will try to take advantage of for the purpose of operating a guiding beacon and LED signage in the parking lot entrance. Therefore, it is determined that there is a need in the experiment to compare the performance of the power generation in the field.
