The synergy that exists between geography, computer science and advances in information technologies has allowed the consolidation of geographic science from an integral perspective and allowing the correlation of basic elements for the analysis of the territory in an applied science called Geomatics. The research result in this field are linked to the collection and analysis of observation data, which are collected through satellites, ground stations, ocean buoys, the global positioning system (GPS), aerial sensors (photogrammetry), Weather balloons and traditional techniques for measuring and describing land. To process this data, Geographic Information System (GIS) has been developed, involving aspects of hardware and software with applications that are as diverse and varied as the users themselves. Also, presents an analysis of the main SIG's, its main features and applications , because despite having a scientific structure and IT support that allows one effective land management in rural or urban type, yet there is a wide area of opportunity solving and Previ or endo the emergence of conflicts interactions between human activities and geographical characteristics.

Today, all Universities and Educational Institutions seek to achieve quality in their services. In this project, it analyzes the performance of a school management web application, taking into account “the quality of the product and the quality in use”, according to ISO 25010: 2011, in order to have the data to improve or optimize the system. A methodology for the evaluation of usability is proposed, applying two evaluation methods: the empirical method contemplates the design and application of a data collection instrument that evaluates indicators and metrics by users of the web application; and the heuristic method that discriminates and applies specific use software tools that automatically evaluates the web application. The usability evaluation in its first phase in the empirical method on the product quality model gives us a linear trend between 60% and 80%; in the second phase about the heuristic method on the quality of use with respect to accessibility, it obtained compliance values between 32% and 93%, and in speed from 71% to 99%.

Accounting is such an ancient activity or discipline that some authors consider it to be art, science or discipline, which teaches the rules and procedures for classifying and recording operations carried out by economic authorities, who are constituted as natural persons or moral persons with commercial, industrial, scientific, religious, government, basic information that serves as a livelihood to develop financial and useful information to the economic body in the taking of of their economic decisions in regular and irregular periods. Whereas some of the objectives of presents her research consists in quantifying the financial reality of the company, according to the rules, procedures and fiscal provisions, through the application of various financial reasons, giving a diagnosis generally to the economic entity, to contribute to decision-making on resource optimization. The present project was carried out with the aim of measuring the economic and financial reality in which most of the companies located in the region are located, it is an important derived issue, where many companies only the objective is to invest, but is not reanalyzed , a financial accounting diagnostic to verify profitability and whether it is appropriate to continue investing, or otherwise make a small modification, and find the right investment point in the business. The massive production of data in different formats and sources, governmental, social, and legal has created the possibility that government institutions in México can have a clear vision of what society thinks about specific issues. In public health, these data are the base for generating alert indicators on outbreaks of diseases in various regions or communities, based on epidemiological intelligence concepts. The problem that institutions face is the lack of an architecture of software systems suitable for collect, catalog and analyze for to take better decisions and action routes to the health authorities of our country. The objective is to design a Big Data system covering the four main requirements of large-scale data processing. 1 Support large writing workloads from various sources. 2 An elastic architecture, capable of withstanding the peak load times of work and adding or releasing resources as needed. 3 Support intensive analysis, to be able to admit large and diverse reading requests. 3 High availability to support errors in hardware and software.

In the Internet of Things paradigm (IoT) it is considered that the multiple interconnected objects in the network can interact and cooperate with each other to provide services and generate new applications. The construction of these intelligent environments provides opportunities for economic and social improvement in the countries that brings new challenges for the hardware and software development industries and for the academic area. In this context, providing the set of components that constitute the structure for the development of prototypes and their applications in the IoT area is the objective of this document. The methodology used is qualitative with a descriptive scope because it identifies, classify and present the basic characteristics for the definition of integral IoT projects. The presented schematization constitutes a frame of reference that contributes to the training of human capital specialized in the technological area by providing a formal method for the systematization of applications that can control objects connected through the Internet.

The image processing projects through vision systems, are a great didactic support point in the mechatronics career, since they have wide application in the industry in the process lines primarily to perform assembly, inspection, selection and component placement. One of the methods used is to apply artificial neural networks for the identification of images and a factor to analyze is the evaluation of the learning capacities of these networks in the identification of geometric figures. In this article, the training of a convolutional artificial neural network using Python is presented. This type of work is focused on joining projects based on industry 4.0 that may contain link options with process systems based on these technologies. In this work, a vision system based on python programming was made and has its contribution in the libraries that were designed and can be linked to different types of applications within a manufacturing process.

“Museum of Aeronautics across Virtual Reality” is an educational approach project, aimed at the general public, whose main contribution is the research of aeronautics reflected on a 3D virtual museum. The virtual museum has a room of biographies of prominent figures of the history of aeronautics and a 3D aircraft room. The methodology used is that of Mora Virtual Reality, which is a variation of the waterfall method, consisting of: Analysis, 3D Modeling, Virtual Terrain Setting, Interaction and Navigability in the virtual world, as well as tests: modular, integration and usability tests, finally corrections. The full use of the methodology led us to obtain satisfactory results.

In this article, we propose a method as an alternative to obtain experimental measurement data, in the absence of laboratory equipment to perform tests, in a suitable format to perform mathematical operations in order to use them as information to validate: hypotheses, models constitutive and / or research theories focused on technological development. The proposed method uses as a main tool the image segmentation technique by region growth by pixel grouping and the normalization of the coordinates of the positions of the pixels extracted to the axis scale in the corresponding figure. The segmentation of the image separates the coordinates of the pixels that form the axes and the curves, the coordinates of the pixels of the curves are normalized to the scale of the axes. The method is tested with images of the result of experimental tests of stress-strain behavior recovered from [1]. The results of the data extraction are plotted and the averages of each curve extracted as well as the standard deviation are obtained. It is verified that the data obtained can be used to corroborate or support hypotheses in a wide range of investigations.

The segmentation of the image separates the coordinates of the pixels that form the axes and the curves, the coordinates of the pixels of the curves are normalized to the scale of the axes. The method is tested with images of the result of experimental tests of stress-strain behavior recovered from [1]. The results of the data extraction are plotted and the averages of each curve extracted as well as the standard deviation are obtained. Project Oriented Learning (POL) is a teaching methodology, where students have their own learning, they devoped a product that allows them to apply and show the acquired knowledge. POL as an educational tool allows the student to develop skills such as interdisciplinary work and problem solving to tackle current scientific and social demands while creating an innovative transformation in the educational process. This article presents the process of developing an intelligent thermostat using the Raspberry PI platform, and Internet of Things IoT technologies, aimed at training students at the level of a Technical College , enrolled in the ninth quarter of the Mechatronics degree curriculum. The creation of this project allows the fulfillment of the specific competence of the degree, which is "Develop automation and control projects, through the design, administration and application of new technologies to meet the needs of the productive sector".
