In the context of the state supporting for digital and intelligent upgrading, the proportion of China’s digital economy GDP has been increasing year by year. The application of new generation information technology and the acceleration of digital transformation are the necessary choice of enterprises for surviving and developing in the new era. The fundamental task of digital transformation is value system reconstruction, and the core path is enhanced capability building. At present, the digital transformation has brought significant benefits and accelerated innovation development to enterprises. In this paper, the electronic manufacturing industry was taking as an example, the characteristics of the electronic industry, as well as the development situation, opportunities and challenges, risks and development prospects were discussed. Finally, combine with AHP, an appropriate enhanced capability building scheme was proposed.

This paper reviews the empirical studies of IPO underpricing, with an emphasis on Chinese stock market. It surveys the driving factors of IPO underpricing using the fitting regression analysis and disaggregate model. The studies have been sorted into three categories: information asymmetry, media coverage, and institutional factors. From the information asymmetry, this paper reviews five information asymmetry theories and uses the empirical analysis of the Winner’s Curse as the basis. It also lists the implications of some information asymmetry theories on various fields in the economy. In terms of media coverage, we used control variate model to analyse influence of each factor. It has been found that both media attention and media tone will affect investor sentiment and thus affect IPO underpricing. Therefore, to reduce the IPO underpricing rate, enterprises can carry out media information management to increase the proportion of negative tone in media reports. In the last section, we use linear regression model and discovered that IPO underpricing phenomenon was significantly correlated with institutional control and speculation behavior.

In the face of fierce competition in the market, Chinese retail enterprises can take the initiative to adapt to economic development, constantly transform for market demand, and form a mixed business model of "online + offline". Payment and settlement are becoming electronic, and the supply of goods depends on supply chains. However, due to the development trend of global economic integration, China's retail enterprises have realized that the traditional management mode can no longer adapt to today's fierce competition. More importantly, it is necessary to establish a management mode of the strategic partnership with other enterprises. Therefore, China's retail enterprises have a more urgent need to solve the supply chain management problem. Firstly, this paper analyses the existing common problems of Chinese retail enterprises' financial supply chain management through the literature research method. Secondly, it analyzes the typical problems of Chinese retail enterprises' supply chain management through the case study method and comparative analysis method. Finally, it proposes optimization strategies for the problems. The purpose of writing this article is to help more Chinese retail enterprises solve the financial supply chain management problems, improve the retail industry's economic benefits, and ensure the rapid growth of the modern service industry.

The research towards the consumer willingness to pay in the knowledge sharing economy has begun for decades. Related research has shown that the social cognitive capital, or the expected gain of consumer, has a significant correlation towards knowledge exchange consumer willingness to pay. But for there is a difference between knowledge transfer and knowledge exchange, the acquisition and application of knowledge by the consumer. Whether the correlation is same? We use Python and analysis Tencent Classroom, a knowledge payment platform, as a case. But in the major striped sub-marketplace, there is only a moderate correlation between the social cognitive capital and consumer willingness.

The paper investigated whether synchronised movements of stock returns happen between US “customer” firms with their Chinese “supplier” firms. Using stock return data of related US and Chinese firms between 2000 to 2019, through OLS regression and Fama-MacBeth regression, I found that there is a prove of the existence of co-movements. The paper also found that during early period of that 20 years (2000 – 2009), the co-movements are stronger than later period

When the economy is shifting from high-speed development to high-quality development, China needs to explore a new evaluation system to make a more scientific evaluation of the quality of economic development. After in-depth research on China's economic development characteristics, this paper selects six evaluation dimensions of the economic development achievements, financial development vitality, innovative development level, fiscal and taxation capacity, green development level, and open development level. It is used AHM (Attribute Hierarchical Mode) algorithm, CVM (coefficient of variation method) algorithm, and Lagrange multiplier method to establish the AHM-CVM model to evaluate China's economic development from 2010 to 2020 and conclude that the quality of China's economic development has generally continued to improve. The fiscal and green development levels fluctuate, and the open development level decreases year by year.

The construction of ecological civilization is related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation, to the mission and purpose of the Party, to the high-quality development of China's economy and the modernization drive and to the ecological responsibility of China as a big country. Deepening accountability audit of natural resource assets is not only an objective requirement for promoting ecological civilization construction and high-quality economic development in the new era, but also a basic guarantee for the effective operation of ecological civilization management system. Accountability audit of natural resources assets is an important part of improving the performance evaluation and accountability system of ecological civilization. This paper analyzes the related concepts of accountability audit of natural resources assets, the factors, the role mechanism and influence degree that influence the promotion of ecological civilization construction by accountability audit of natural resources assets of leading cadres. From the perspective of system design and operation implementation, the paths of accountability audit of natural resource assets to promote the construction of ecological civilization are constructed.

This paper theoretically explores the mechanism of the influence of opening China-Europe Railway Express on China's absorption of FDI, then applies the panel data of 128 countries from 2008-2017 in the PSM-DID model to prove a stimulative effect of opening the trains on China’s FDI from the counties along the routes. Meanwhile, the levels of the countries’ economic growth are proved to have a positive correlation with their FDI towards China. From this research, it is concluded that the opening of China-Europe Railway Express has brought mutual benefits leading to a win-win situation. Afterwards, policy recommendations are put forward in the aspects of management system, infrastructure improvement and so on.

With the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the world economy is in recession and the hotel industry is in a worrying situation. According to the financial and business environment analysis (SWOT model) of Hilton, we find that its operating conditions are poor with a great external threatening. Although Hilton has some digital strategy already, it still needs to build more digital transformation strategy based on data technology. On this basis, measures are proposed for digital transformation strategy for Hilton. After the comprehensive understanding of digital transformation strategy measures, the hotel market could make better strategic adjustments. These results offer a guideline to handle the COIVD-19 issues for other hotels.
