Interaction of Aeronautical Decision-Making and Organizational Safety-II in the Context of Airline Transport Pilot Training 航空决策与组织安全的互动- ii在航空运输飞行员培训的背景下

: This paper discusses safety issues related to the accident involving a Colgan Air, Inc., Bombardier DHC-8-400, N200WQ, operating as Continental Connection flight 3407 with focus on strategies to prevent flight crew monitoring failures. The issue is to foster the proper training of pilots for better decision making aligned with the organization’s safety philosophy as safety capacity. The primary objective of this research is to understand further the synergetic interaction between Aeronautical Decision-Making skills and organizational Safety-II. Although retributive justice has long been accepted in the aviation industry, its effectiveness is refutable. Procedures are static tools incapable of sustaining Safety. Mere improvement in compliance creates a bureaucratic work environment permissible to hold workers against regulations. Applied New Safety concepts and restorative justice are discussed. Whilst safety capacity is detached from work as imagined, the active interaction between people and the rules is at focus. The Colgan Air flight 3407 is analyzed concerning flight crew training. Recommendations derived from the investigator are scrutinized in cross-reference with the Civil Aviation Regulator's outputs in Europe and the United States. A systemic deficiency in civilian pilot training is exposed. The research method is bibliographic and qualitative. As a result, the imminent need to subside cadets with a formal learning structure to enhance their capacity to analyze, create and evaluate outside forecasted protocols in complex, high-risk environments are discussed. Finally, these dynamics are revised at their inter-reliability as safety capacity.

High School Students’ Perceptions Towards EFL Teachers’ Differentiated Instructional Practices at Higher 23 Secondary School, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia 埃塞俄比亚亚的斯亚贝巴高等23中学中学生对英语教师差异化教学实践的观感

: Teachers do have a common responsibility and/or goal of meeting the diverse learning needs of all students with different readiness levels (current knowledge, skills, or performance) that likely affects their learning. This can be achieved through a differentiated instructional approach due to its potential benefits in promoting learning for all. However, the students’ perceptions towards their teachers’ efforts in differentiated instructional practices remained unknown in Ethiopia, especially at high school levels as the very few local studies focused on the teachers’ perspective, missing students’ voices that may likely affect learning. Thus, the purpose of the current study was to assess and describe students’ perceptions towards the EFL teachers’ efforts in facilitating learning for all making use of differentiated instructions. The study adopted a descriptive research design. To achieve this purpose, 120 grade 12 students were randomly selected to fill a five-point liker scale questionnaire designed to elicit data about their EFL teachers’ instructional practices in maximizing learning for all through DI. 114 of them with 95% response rate fully completed and returned the questionnaires. The data was then entered into the SPSS software version 24 and analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistics (mean values emphasized). The study found that the great majority of the students reported their EFL teachers are predominantly following the one-size-fits-all mode of teaching that no longer sufficiently meet the diverse needs of students in the contemporary classrooms’ situations. Thus, it was concluded that, overall, the high school students had unfavorable perceptions towards the EFL teachers efforts in differentiate instructions in promoting learning for all students. Accordingly, it was suggested that EFL teachers should get awareness training to integrate differentiated instructions into the regular EFL classes so that they will be able to promote learning for all using differentiated instructional strategies.

Practical Exploration of Labor Education Training System in Colleges and Universities in the New Era——Taking Jiangsu University as an Example 新时期高校劳动教育培训体系的实践探索——以江苏大学为例

: In order to cultivate high-quality talents needed by society, colleges and universities must incorporate labor education into the talent training system. At present, there are still some problems in labor education in some colleges and universities, such as deviation of labor concept cognition, imperfect labor education mechanism, lack of labor education professional teachers, and lack of labor education practice bases. Based on the practice of labor education in Jiangsu University, this paper systematically expounds the practice path of its labor education training system: constructing the "8+24" labor education theory and practice curriculum system, promoting the construction of labor education theme campus culture, constructing the "Trinity" labor education coordination mechanism, Strengthening the construction of labor education teachers. And this paper still put forward the path of further deepening the labor education training system: to promote the full release of the collaborative governance efficiency of labor education, to improve the degree of collaboration inside and outside the school; to strengthen the construction of the labor education curriculum system, to improve the integration of labor education; improve the labor education assessment system and to enhance the validity of labor education. It provides a good reference for enhancing the effectiveness of labor education in Chinese colleges and universities.
为培养社会需要的高素质人才,高校必须将劳动教育纳入人才培养体系。目前,一些高校的劳动教育还存在着劳动观念认知偏差、劳动教育机制不完善、缺乏劳动教育专业教师、缺乏劳动教育实践基地等问题。本文以江苏大学劳动教育的实践为基础,系统阐述了其劳动教育培训体系的实践路径:构建“8+24”劳动教育理论与实践课程体系、推进劳动教育主题校园文化建设、构建“三位一体”劳动教育协调机制、加强劳动教育师资队伍建设。并且本文还提出了进一步深化劳动教育培训体系的路径:促进劳动教育协同治理效率的充分释放,提高校内外协作程度;加强劳动教育课程体系建设,提高劳动教育的一体化程度;完善劳动教育评价体系,提高劳动教育的有效性。为提高我国高校劳动教育的实效性提供了良好的参考。
