This study proposed a novel attempt to explain the effect of government support and individual’s perceived susceptibility to COVID-19 in adopting e-Wallet by integrating technology acceptance model (TAM) and health belief model (HBM). A total of 232 valid responses were collected through online survey. The hypotheses were analysed and validated by using the partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) approach. The study found that the HBM construct, which is perceived susceptibility, was only mediated by perceived usefulness. Meanwhile, government support was fully mediated by both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The FinTech practitioners should consider the ease of use and usefulness of e-Wallet in fulfilling the needs of the consumers. In addition, instead of subsidising the consumers, the Government should also focus on the public facilities such as the stable connectivity that allow the consumers to stay connected and trust on the connectivity for e-Wallet. This study adopted holistic and integrative modesl which are TAM and HBM to explain the intention to adopt e-Wallet services during COVID-19 pandemic.

Innovative endeavours targeting the tourism industry has prevailed as crucial attempts in cultivating tourist satisfaction and restoring destination image, while overcoming severe backlash of the Covid-19 pandemic in recent years through reconstructing destination loyalty. Founded above the established groundwork of Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) Theory, this study aims to examine the influence of service innovation on destination loyalty in the Malaysian tourism industry. A self-administered survey was conducted among 400 international tourists who visited Malaysia. Usable data was collected from 322 international tourists and analysed using the structural equation modelling technique. Obtained findings indicate the significance of interrelationships between service innovation, tourist satisfaction, destination image, and destination loyalty, with destination image being a mediating factor on tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. Given intense competition of the tourism industry within the Asia Pacific region, current results are useful for tourism practitioners to formulate and implement effective and innovative marketing strategies towards sustainable competitive advantage. Generated knowledge enables tourism practitioners to benchmark service innovation practices in creating positive destination image, tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty.

This paper analyzes the important role of jamu in the complementary medical market of Indonesia by exploring the four types of market valuation as proposed in the social order of market by Jens Beckert (Beckert, 2009). Different from studies conducted by Srivastava et al. (2021), Kumar et al. (2021), Neto et al. (2020), and Poonthananiwatkul et al. (2015) that mostly discuss physical and material value, specifically on the product standardization and pharmacological characteristics of traditional medicine at the respective Asian countries, this study focuses on both material and symbolic qualities of jamu in Indonesia. By presenting market valuation as a composite of standardization, cognitive anchoring, normative legitimation, and social positioning, this study reveals that Jamu is more recognized by its symbolic value than its material or physical value. As a methodological novelty, this study illustrates how to visualize the pattern and structure of connectivity between words as a value formation process in jamu market by employing TNA and corpus-based SNA using Gephi and WORDij software. This study also illustrates a theoretical operationalization of how the issue of product valuation in the market as social order is justified by empirical evidence.

There is a dearth of literature on international trade fair (ITF) staffing functions from the perspective of the exhibitor, and on firm-level internationalization and innovation-related activity within the ITF environment. This research explores specific ITF staffing considerations and their linkages with a number of measures related to firm-level internationalization strategies, relationship building, and innovative activity. A relationship marketing perspective and two research questions are deployed. Results are based on quantitative analyses of firm-level data on smalland-medium-sized (SME) Korean advanced machine tool manufacturers. Results indicate that firms staffed with senior management place more emphasis on meetings with overseas agents and on market information gathering. Firms staffed with technicians emphasize benchmarking activity. The presence of engineers emerges as vital to the setting of clear goals for ITF attendance. Engineers fill even more pivotal roles in the use of ITFs for establishing relationships with potential buyers, for information gathering on them, and for innovative activity. SMEs in technologically advanced sectors and those seeking to expand their export horizons should diversify and enhance their ITF staffing, namely by including more engineers and technicians in conjunction with upper management. They should also move beyond a sales-only motivation and make sure that cross-training helps to better prepare all staff for functions outside of their general job descriptions. Findings may have a direct bearing on Korean firms given the context surrounding the industry, and on (East) Asian firms in particular given an organizational preference to staff with lower-level management and sales personnel.

This paper mainly analyzes the value-added mechanism in the supply chain and the experience of cold chain logistics development based on the cold chain logistics transportation of seafood in Japan. The support and protection of the law for cold chain logistics, as well as the development of the degree of informationization and the construction of infrastructure facilities are studied from the government level. On this basis, certain problems are found, for example, the lack of management level, the lack of excellent talent reserve, the backwardness of infrastructure facilities, and the low degree of information technology, etc. Some rationalization suggestions are provided for the development of seafood transportation and the development of the supporting logistics supply chain system in China.

The rise and prosperity of cross-border e-commerce has brought new development opportunities and great challenges to Chinese enterprises. By discussing the concepts and contents of cross-border e-commerce and enterprise competitiveness, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of enterprise competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce enterprises. By means of questionnaires and interviews with the management of relevant enterprises, the relevant data were obtained. In the dimensional analysis of cross-border e-commerce and enterprise competitiveness, the influencing factors of cross-border e-commerce enterprise competitiveness were discussed. The results show that the flat organizational structure is conducive to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and the fund management and human resource management play a more obvious role; The mastery of key technologies brings competitive advantages to enterprises. Because laws and regulations belong to the policy environment, compared with other factors, the impact on the competitiveness of enterprises is not obvious. To sum up, service level and customer satisfaction have the greatest impact on enterprise competitiveness; cost management and capital efficiency have a great impact on the competitiveness of enterprises; The conclusion that market demand has a relatively small impact on enterprise competitiveness.

Entrepreneurship bricolage is an important way for entrepreneurs to dynamically tap and use existing resources to achieve the purpose of entrepreneurial activities based on the entrepreneurial context. The research on the result effect, driving factors and mechanism of entrepreneurship bricolage in different entrepreneurial contexts can provide a new perspective for the effective use of resource endowments for entrepreneurial enterprises. A systematic analysis of 115 documents collected in the field of entrepreneurial bricolage in recent years found that the driving factors of entrepreneurial bricolage from the perspective of different entrepreneurial contexts differ depending on the growth stage and resource endowment status of the enterprise; There are differences in the mechanism of entrepreneurial bricolage from the perspective of different entrepreneurial contexts in the macro entrepreneurial environment, the meso entrepreneurial organization, and the micro entrepreneurial individual; The effect of entrepreneurial bricolage from the perspective of different entrepreneurial contexts is different in two aspects about research theme and research purpose. The research conclusions are helpful for domestic scholars to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of regional innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises based on the current status of research in the field of entrepreneurial bricolage, combined with factors such as China's current economic background and entrepreneurial situation differences.
