Teacher attrition has remained a serious issue, which has drawn enormous researcher's attention. This study explores how teaching motivations of pre-service students have changed in the first three years of their situated Free Teacher Education Program (FTE Program), which is a courses-based education. 180 FTE students from two different grades (the first-year and third-year undergraduates) filled an online questionnaire that measured their motivations toward a teaching career. We compared the two cohorts on teaching motivations, which have been categorized into five specific aspects, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, altruistic motivation, social status, and fallback career. This research reveals that during the first three years of the FTE Program, there was a decline in FTE students' teaching motivations (extrinsic, intrinsic, altruistic motivation, social status), whereas an increase in motivation of fallback career. We list several potential reasons behind these changes and generate some insights for teacher educators and policymakers on how to improve pre-service students' teaching motivations and preserve their determinations towards teaching as a life-long profession.

Recently, with the progress of deep learning technologies, crowd counting has been rapidly developed. In this work, we first introduce a perspective-aware density map generation method that is able to produce ground-truth density maps from point annotations to train crowd counting model to accomplish superior performance than prior density map generation techniques. Besides, leveraging our density map generation method, we propose an iterative distillation algorithm to progressively enhance our model with identical network structures. In experiments, we demonstrate that, with our simple convolutional neural network architecture strengthened by our proposed training algorithm, our model is able to outperform or be comparable with the state-of-the-art methods.

This paper first analyzes the profound impact of the Internet+ era on the traditional teaching mode, and expounds a new type of teaching method---the basic concepts of micro-class and micro-class circle. Then it analyzes the teaching status of the university computer foundation course, and finally discusses the application of the micro-class circle in the course teaching. The micro-class circle teaching model is designed and the application implementation measures are put forward to further improve the teaching efficiency and teaching quality.

The issue of teacher turnover in public schools is becoming more and more concerned. Teacher turnover not only means that the quality of teaching is not guaranteed, but also greatly weakens the competitiveness of public schools. This paper analyzed the issue by using HPT model from the perspective of performance technology. The analysis showed that environmental factors and personal factors accounted for the loss of teachers, and there were corresponding sub-factors under each factor. In the light of those factors, five interventions were designed to improve the performance of teacher turnover. The application of evaluation ensured the effectiveness and sustainability of interventions.

Blackboard is an important learning management system by many institutions. Even though student's interactions and engagements with Blackboard is an essential process that can enhance their learning, it is important to know how students interact with the Blackboard and the resources needed to improve its usage. It was observed that the average student's login onto Blackboard was high at certain periods within the week and besides the students use other online resources in addition to Blackboard. The result is very informative and guides the lecturer to make timely interactive updates on the Blackboard. The results suggest that other online resources must be embedded or linked to Blackboard to enhance wider student's engagements.

Bankruptcy is a legal process that declares the debtor's inability to repay the debt and a subsequent chain of repayments to the creditor. Preventing the risk of company failure, or a long time, it has been a subject that the academic and industrial circles attach great importance to, once there are any errors in prediction and judgment, the market will have a serious impact. This study uses data samples obtained from the Indian Engineering School and Pondicherry University at UCI Data Bank. Build an AI prediction model with python, the modeling method includes Decision tree, Logistic Regression (LR), (DT), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The results of this study show that the accuracy of LR, DT and five SVM models are 0.56, 1.0, 0.54 (linear), 0.96 (polynomial), 1.00 (Gaussian), 0.54 (Sigmoid). The results show that Support Vector Machine (Radioactive) models and Decision Trees perform best.

Since the Belt and Road Initiative activated in 2014, international students from the Belt and Road countries increased rapidly, constitutes the majority of international students in China. With great culture differences and limited information of the host country, how are these international students coping with Chinese society and campus life? What are the difficulties and challenges for the Chinese universities that accept these international students? With these questions in mind, this paper tried to build a cultural transition management model from the management angle. By collecting 211 questionnaires from 34 countries, this paper used SPSS and Amos to study the Belt and Road international students' cultural adaptation status as well as their sense of happiness in China. The results show that international students from Asian countries have an even worse cultural adaptation level than students from other continents, which is against the cultural distance theory. International students' cultural adaptation level has positive correlation with their life satisfaction level. The findings also show that international students' Chinese language level, sojourn experience, as well as the country cultural distance are the main influence on their cultural adaptation.

With the deepening of education reform, more and more teachers suggest their students in the classroom apply the tablet computers to do mathematics learning. Does it work? Especially in the aspect of mastering mathematics knowledge. This study chose 152 Junior high school students as participants and make a survey. The results indicated that the tablets computer has a positive influence on students' understanding of mathematics knowledge, directly applying mathematical knowledge to solve difficult problems and comprehensively applying mathematical knowledge to solve general mathematical problems. While it has a negative influence on students' applying knowledge to solve simple problems. Therefore, it is suggested that tablet computers should be used with traditional teaching methods in practical mathematics teaching.

SPOC blended teaching of introducing MOOC resources into the classroom is favored by the teachers in colleges and universities. To improve students' programming skills and deep learning ability, a SPOC-STAD cooperative learning method is proposed in the "C programming" SPOC. SPOC-STAD is the improvement of the classical STAD cooperative learning method, which promotes the integration and support of autonomous learning and cooperative learning by setting up the three-stage learning task of "online learning, class sharing and communication, and practice intensive training ". The results show that the programming skills and deep learning ability of the students in the experimental class have been greatly improved, which has achieved the established teaching goal. Meanwhile, the SPOC-STAD method can provide a reference for the teaching of similar courses.

Telemarketing is one of the marketing methods valued by enterprises in marketing tools. Compared with general channel sales, it not only has lower cost, but also has better interaction with customers, and the entire sales process is faster. And where necessary processing huge owned material times, how to improve at the processing efficiency rate and the exploration of useful information is competitive advantage to the source, using AI technology to assist market segmentation and promotion is currently the commonly used method. Telemarketing is the use of information technology to carry out planned sales activities for the target market, helping the company maintain close ties with existing or potential customers, and increase sales and services. In this research, we use the data set of the direct marketing activities of Portuguese banking institutions in the UCI data bank as the data sample. We use python to build an AI prediction model, including Logistic Regression (LR), and a decision tree (DT) and support vector machine (SVM), three modeling results show that the accuracy of the way were 0.908 (LR), 0.887 (DT), 0.899 (SVM), with Logistic regression analysis performed the best.
