Data fusion of heterogeneous network based on BP neural network and improved SEP 基于BP神经网络和改进SEP的异构网络数据融合

This paper proposes a data fusion method for Heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN). On the basis of the classic heterogeneous network clustering algorithm Stable Election Protocol(SEP), the intermediate nodes are added to optimize the information transfer within the cluster, and the Back Propagation(BP) neural network is used to fuse the data received from the cluster head into the cluster. The simulation results show that the method can greatly improve the energy consumption of nodes and the lifetime of wireless sensor networks.
提出了一种异构无线传感器网络(WSN)的数据融合方法。在经典的异构网络聚类算法稳定选举协议(SEP)的基础上,增加中间节点优化簇内信息传递,并利用BP神经网络将簇头接收到的数据融合到簇内。仿真结果表明,该方法可以大大提高节点的能量消耗和无线传感器网络的寿命。

Design of dual-band left-handed materials with double-left-handed characteristics 具有双左手特性的双波段左手材料的设计

In order to enhance information capacity and accommodate the rapid development of modern science and technology, design of left hand materials with the broadband and multiple frequency resonant characteristics has gained great attention. In this paper, we have theoretically devised and then experimentally validated a novel left-handed material (LHM) structure for multi-band operation. The proposed structure consists of a split-ring resonator (SRR) and defected ground structure (DGS) structure, which can provide arbitrarily positioned passbands by varying some geometrical parameters of the unit cell. The proposed dual LHM structure has been fabricated to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed unit cell. The experimental measured result is in good agreement with the simulation results. The designed device exhibits dual-pass band centered at 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz. The proposed LHM structure exhibits negative permittivity, and permeability in the targeted frequency ranges, which can be used in modern wireless communication systems for dual-band antenna application.

Application of Vis-NIR hyperspectral imaging in agricultural products detection 可见光-近红外高光谱成像技术在农产品检测中的应用

Hyperspectral imaging system can be used to measure the object in a continuous waveband, which can capture the spatial information and spectral information simultaneously. So hyperspectral images can not only reflect the external characteristics of the object through the spatial information, but also reflect its internal qualities of the spectral information. Based on this advantage, hyperspectral imaging has been widely used in the quality detection of agricultural products. Firstly, this paper summarizes the application of different imaging modes under different conditions based on hyperspectral imaging. Then it sums up the methods of spectral preprocessing and their applications in hyperspectral systems, the multiplicative scatter correction, the standard normal variable, the savitzky-golay smoothing, median-filter and the spectral differential all can correct the spectrum effectively in diverse backgrounds. Again, in this paper some common methods of hyperspectral data reduction are summarized either, the methods of principal component analysis, partial least squares, optimum index factor, successive projection algorithm and load factor are all widely used in reduction of hyperspectral data in agricultural products, these methods mentioned above can decrease the data dimension by feature extraction or feature selection, not only to simplify the computational process but to optimize conclusions through reduce redundancy information.

Multi-objective clustering and routing for maximizing lifetime of wireless sensor networks 无线传感器网络多目标聚类与路由优化

Multi-objective optimization is a technology of multiple criteria decision making, which is suitable for routing and clustering in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). In WSNs, clustering need to consider nodes' energy, the distance to the cluster heads (CHs), etc. Additionally, routing need to consider nodes' energy and the hops to the base station (BS), etc. However, existing algorithms just consider some of the factors or convert multiple factors into a single objective function resulting in worse performances. In this paper, an improved non-dominated sorting particle swarm optimizer for multi-objective optimization (INSPSO) is proposed to prolong network lifetime. We also adopt a non-uniform clustering strategy to avoid hot spot problem caused by multi-hop communication. Then, we simulate the proposed algorithm and compare with some existing clustering and routing algorithms to demonstrate the advantages of our algorithm.

Parameter budget of DPPM and pulse fiber laser in deep space optical communication 深空光通信中DPPM和脉冲光纤激光器的参数预算

The differential pulse position modulation (DPPM) is analyzed. Considering various engineering factors, the modulation order and transmission rate of DPMM are confirmed. The parameter budget method of pulsed fiber laser is proposed, and the parameters such as repetition frequency and linewidth are estimated. The link formula of deep space optical communication is established. The relationship between transmitting power, link distance and receiving power is analyzed, and the average power and peak power of laser are designed. Simulation results show that when the modulation order of DPPM is 8, the transmission rate is 500Mbps, and the repetition frequency of pulse fiber laser is 500MHz, the linewidth is 0.1ns, the average transmitting power is 6.8W, the peak power is 1000W, it can meet the ultra long distance 150,000 km deep space optical communication needs.

Automatic modulation classification using compressive sensing based on High-Order Cumulants 基于高阶累积量压缩感知的自动调制分类

High-Order Cumulants (HOCs) is widely used as the feature in automatic modulation classification (AMC) for it has the outstanding resiliency to noise. However, traditional works require more than Nyquist sampling rate for HOCs extraction. In this work, a HOCs-based method based on compressive sensing (CS-HOC) is introduced. Without reconstructing the original signal, we propose a scheme to estimate the fourth-order and sixth-order cumulants of unknown signals based on received compressive samples, which greatly reduces the number of samples. In order to deduce the sparse representation of fourth-order and sixth-order statistic, the Walsh-Hadamard Transform is brought in. From the simulations we can see that the CS-HOC method distinctly promotes the classification rate compared with traditional sampling schemes.

Ensemble clustering model of hyperspectral image segmentation 高光谱图像分割的集成聚类模型

In this paper, the method of ensemble clustering model of hyperspectral image segmentation is proposed. We select several abundant information and identifiable band from each hyperspectral face images cube using Principal Component Analysis, in order to alleviate the computation burden and improve the clustering performance. K-means base clustering is performed on the all selected bands respectively, and different initial clustering center values were given to each band. This solves the K-means over-reliance on the initial clustering center values. Finally, we use the automatic integration method based on factor graph to fuse the results of base clustering and gain the more robust cluster result.

Satellite communication plays an important role in the global connection for its large coverage and stability against the terrestrial disaster. Usually the on-board signal processor is customized for the satellite which it is implemented on, with high processing ability but also with high construction cost and difficulty of reconfiguration. Thus a reconfigurable on-board processor is required to fulfill the demand of more frequent and periodic configuration update. This paper presents a computing task allocation scheme based on general purpose processor, (GPP)-digital signal processor (DSP) signal processing system, in which GPP handles the generic algorithms such as channel coding, modulation, time and frequency synchronization while DSP is in charge of special mathematic operations. We first introduce a low earth orbit (LEO) orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) satellite physical layer system as an example with an analysis of the system's calculation characteristics. After that, a computing task allocation scheme corresponding to the system is derived based on the computation characteristic of all the modules in the system. Finally, the processing time with and without the scheme algorithm is tested on a system consist of a PC and a DSP board. Experiment results show that the processing time of the DSP-GPP system is shortened using the proposed scheme, compared to the GPP-only system without the task allocation scheme.

A parallel evaluation method of health degree based on MapReduce for smart grid dispatching and control system 基于MapReduce的智能电网调度控制系统健康度并行评估方法

In order to grasp the running status of the smart grid dispatching and control system in time, a parallel evaluation method of health degree based on MapReduce is proposed in this paper for the system's business complexity, complexity of evaluation indicators, large amount of evaluation calculation and requirement of evaluation time. Firstly, the health degree evaluation system which reflects the relationship between service level and priority is sorted out on the basis of D5000 system hierarchy analysis. Secondly, the health score of the system is calculated by modular MapReduce framework. In the first level MapReduce, Map task reads data and splits task. Reduce task calculates second-level indicators by hierarchical of D5000 system. In the second level MapReduce, it summaries score of second-level indicators in order to get the score of system and give the system status. Meanwhile, the adaptive task scheduling method ensure the system load balancing. Finally, the experiment platform of health evaluation of D5000 system is established, and the health evaluation experiment is carried out by the data of D5000 system. The result shows that the proposed method improves the efficiency of health calculation.
为了及时掌握智能电网调度控制系统的运行状态,针对系统业务复杂、评估指标复杂、评估计算量大、评估时间要求高等特点,提出了一种基于MapReduce的健康度并行评估方法。首先,在D5000系统层次分析的基础上,梳理出反映服务水平与优先级关系的健康度评价体系。其次,采用模块化MapReduce框架计算系统的健康度评分;在第一级MapReduce中,Map任务读取数据并拆分任务。Reduce任务对D5000系统的二级指标进行分层计算。在第二级MapReduce中,对第二级指标的得分进行汇总,得到系统的得分,给出系统的状态。同时,自适应任务调度方法保证了系统的负载均衡。最后,建立了D5000系统健康评价实验平台,利用D5000系统的数据进行了健康评价实验。结果表明,该方法提高了健康度计算的效率。

Radar coded aperture imaging for three dimensional target 三维目标的雷达编码孔径成像

Two dimensional (2D) radar coded aperture imaging is a cutting-edge imaging technology which can achieve high-resolution, forward-looking and staring imaging. This paper extends the imaging method to three dimensions. Such a three-dimensional (3D) radar imaging technique does not rely on Doppler frequency for resolution and has an extremely short imaging time. 3D radar coded aperture imaging consequently can derive high-quality images for stationary targets. The validity of the proposed imaging technique is confirmed by numerical simulations.
