Resumen Desde inicios del presente siglo, las circunstancias sociales y políticas han cambiado favorablemente para las lenguas indígenas peruanas; por ello, se deduce que estas nuevas tendencias, habrían repercutido en las creencias y valoraciones lingüísticas de sus hablantes. La investigación tuvo como objetivo describir y analizar los diversos prejuicios lingüísticos de los estudiantes bilingües quechua-castella-no de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano de Puno, desde los enfoques teóricos de la sociolingüística crítica y la antropología lingüística. El estudio presenta una metodología cualitativa de tipo descriptivo explicativo con diseño feno-menológico de entrevistas semiestructuradas planteadas para el análisis del discurso. Los resultados resaltan la asociación ideológica del quechua como lengua del campo, lengua difícil, lengua antigua, lengua del pasado cultural. En general, los estudiantes mostraron prejuicios positivos hacia la lengua indígena; sin embargo, estas representaciones resultan contraproducentes para la vitalidad de la lengua debido a la naturaleza irracional que poseen los prejuicios. Abstract Since the beginning of this century, social and political circumstances have changed favorably for Peruvian indigenous languages; therefore, it follows that these new trends would have had repercussions on the linguistic beliefs and assessments of their speakers. The research aimed to describe and analyze the various linguistic prejudices of bilingual Quechua-Spanish students of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the National University of the Altiplano of Puno, from the theoretical approaches of critical sociolinguistics and linguistic anthropology. The study presents an explanatory descriptive qualitative methodology with a phenomenological design of semi-structured interviews proposed for discourse analysis. The results highlight the ideological association of Quechua as a language of the countryside, a difficult language, an ancient language, a language of the cultural past. In general, the students showed positive prejudices towards the indigenous language; however, these representations are counterproductive for the vitality of the language due to the irrational nature of prejudices.

El presente artículo tiene por objetivo identificar los principales estándares elaborados por la justicia interamericana para las mujeres indígenas que pondrán de manifiesto la visión, enfoques y desarrollo jurisprudencial de la Corte Interamericana. Para ello se identificaron un conjunto de fallos dictados entre los años 2004 a 2020 en los cuales existieren vulneraciones a los derechos humanos de mujeres indígenas. De esta forma, el presente estudio identifica categorías de análisis que permiten sistematizar la jurisprudencia uniforme y asentada de la Corte, parámetros que de conformidad al principio de convencionalidad debiesen ser respetados por todas las autoridades públicas en el ámbito de sus competencias. The objective of this article is to identify the main standards elaborated by the inter-American justice for indigenous women that will reveal the vision, approaches, and jurisprudential development of the Inter-American Court. For this, a set of rulings issued between the years 2004 to 2020 were identified in which there were violations of the human rights of indigenous women. In this way, this study identifies categories of analysis that allow systematizing the uniform and established jurisprudence of the Court, parameters that, in accordance with the principle of conventionality, should be respected by all public authorities within the scope of their competences.

The article explores indigenous knowledge, which in contextual terms is related to ecological-cultural spaces (EE-C), where society, the environment and spirituality are articulated that give a sense of place, associated with a sociocultural identity and belonging. The objective of this work is to reflect on the importance of incorporating mapuche educational knowledge and knowledge associated with ecological-cultural spaces, to contribute with a knowledge base that allows contextualizing school education, from an intercultural educational approach. The methodology consisted of a systematic review of the normative and scientific literature at the national and international level to understand and explain the problem. It is concluded that: 1) mapuche educational contents are directly related to the maintenance of the EE-C; 2) there is ignorance of teachers regarding educational content associated with EE-C, leaving the school curriculum limited to a Western-Eurocentric perspective; and 3) the national curriculum is required to progressively decentralize intercultural education, in such a way that the entire school-age population develops intercultural competencies in relation to EE-C.

We analyze the history of the Chilean State and its relationship with the maritime territory from microhistory approach. We study the socio-environmental conflicts between the state expansion over the maritime territory and artisanal fishermenm, emphasizing the process of bureaucratization of nature through enclosures and closures at the beginning of the 20th century. Our proposal is to explore the disputes that arise with Law No. 1,949 of the State of Chile that promoted the privatization of the sea. The artisanal fishermen endowed with the protections of the Civil Code fought using different legal, social and political techniques at different levels from the local to the national to survive to this day.

Entre una diversidad de voces en la coyuntura del debate público, con defensas corporativas por mantener el modelo imperante, divergencias por transformar el sistema burocrático, múltiples proclamas, retóricos discursos sobre lo propio y lo ajeno, y un sinnúmero de propuestas, emergió en la agenda política la inclusión del Pueblo Tribal Afrodescendiente en la futura carta magna. No es menor el hecho, ya que como era de suponer, frente a la elaboración de una nueva Constitución sostenida en la equidad y participación ciudadana, había que inquirir que todos los pueblos preexistentes al Estado chileno formen parte del corpus jurídico.

For the study of the representation of the puma in the Chilean society, we resorted to historical sources, and oral history, performing at the same time a critical hermeneutical and relational analysis of these sources. Interviews were also used that allowed the analysis to be focused and exemplified, as well as a brief review of the legal aspects in the conservation of the puma. The results suggest that, despite legal attempts to protect the species, and contrary to empirical evidence, the idea of a dangerous animal remains in the collective imagination, which in rural areas is still persecuted and hunted. This poses the challenge of resorting to the entire cultural baggage of the multispecies turn to advance together with the more traditional view of a need to preserve the species, towards a deeper un-derstanding of the animal being, of animality in the human, and of the puma as a receiver and transcriber of fears and uncertainties rooted in the Chilean collective unconscious.

The aim of this article is to propose the topic of natural medicinal knowledge as a relevant issue for Environmental History, insofar as they constitute a form of relationship between humanity and nature, also resorting to the tools proposed by the History of Knowledge. Starting from this theoretical crossing, the intention is to address the historicity of the knowledge about Chilean medicinal plants, investigating their approach between the 17th century and the beginning of the 18th centuries by the four authors who described them in their works: Alonso de Ovalle, Diego de Rosales, Louis Feuillée and Amédée François Frézier.

Resumen Este estudio devela las fuentes del conocimiento mapuche que los kimeltuchefes consideran necesarias para desarrollar el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de niños y jóvenes en contextos mapuche. El diseño y análisis es cualitativo, en base a la teoría fundamentada constructivista. Los participantes corresponden a 36 kimeltuchefes. Para la recolección de la información se utilizó la entrevista en pro-fundidad. Los resultados develan que la naturaleza es una fuente del conocimiento. Esta se obtiene a través del uso de los sentidos, pero principalmente mediante la observación y audición, para comprender los fenómenos que ocurren en la naturaleza. Asimismo se adquiere por medio de la espiritualidad. El mapuzugún se releva también como fuente del conocimiento, pues aglutina y vehiculiza el lenguaje que emiten todos los elementos y fenómenos de la tierra. Finalmente, algunos abuelos conforman una fuente del conocimiento, debido a que poseen sabiduría, conocimiento y, por tanto, tienen la capacidad y formas de enseñanza, para traspasar el conocimiento mapuche a las nuevas generaciones. Se concluye que la naturaleza, el mapuzungún y los abuelos, Abstract This study reveals the sources of Mapuche knowledge that the Kimeltuchefes consider necessary to develop the teaching and learn-ing process of children and young people in Mapuche contexts. The design and analysis is qualitative, based on the constructivist grounded theory. The participants correspond to 36 kimeltuchefes, in-depth interviews were used to collect the information. The results reveal that, nature is a source of knowledge. This is obtained through the use of the senses, but mainly through observation and hearing to understand the phenomena that happen in nature, it is also acquired through spirituality, to understand the phenomena that occur in nature. The mapuzugún is also revealed as a source of knowledge, because it brings together and conveys the language that all the elements and phenomena of the earth. Finally, it becomes evident that some grandparents form a source of knowledge, because they possess wisdom, knowledge and, therefore, capacity and teaching methods to transfer Mapuche knowledge to new generations. It is concluded that nature, Mapuzungun and grandparents, constitute sources of the Mapuche knowledge, to which the Kimeltuchefes turn to form children and young Mapuche.
