Prototype Jembatan Tipe Plate Girder U (PGU) dengan Lantai Orthotropic Komposit 聚合板U型桥墩模型与东正教复合材料地板

— This paper describes the model of the bridge made of plates, for the girder and for the floor. Both are formed orthotropically which crosses. The girder is formed orthotropically in the longitudinal direction of the bridge, and the orthotropic floor is a transverse bridge. To increase the stiffness of the girder, then the orthotropic floor is casted with reinforced concrete. This tipe of structure is named orthotropic composite Tipe U (PGU) Plate Girder. To prove whether reinforced concrete casted on orthotropic floors can increase stiffness, then a bridge model with a scale of 1:10 was made. Bridge model in loading test. The loading test was performed on orthotropic PGU non-composites and on orthotropic PGU composites. The loading test showed that orthotropic composite PGU had a serviceability of 2.7 times that of orthotropic non compostite PGU service.

Evaluasi Deskriptif Sistem Pembayaran Bus Rapid Transit 描述性的评价快速公交支付系统

— One of the Ministry Transportation's experimental projects in providing public transportation services with a cooperation scheme to buy services is known as Buy The Service (BTS). This service has been tried to be applied on Trans Jogja (TJ) buses since October 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic. A cashless payment system has been used for all BTS TJ buses. Unlike the TJ buses funded by the Local Government (Special Region of Yogyakarta), which still have a cash payment system. This study aims to evaluate the payment system between the TJ bus mode from the Ministry of Transportation and the TJ bus from the Local Government. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that it is necessary to integrate the payment system using the same card, both with Trans Jogja subscription cards and electronic cards in collaboration with banks.

Estimasi Biaya Proyek pada Kontrakor Skala Kecil di Bali pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19 估计一下巴厘岛在COVID-19大流行期间的小规模合同的成本

— Project planning is part of the realization of project implementation. In this planning stage there are several activities carried out, one of which is cost estimation. Cost estimation plays an important role in project implementation, considering that mistakes in making project estimates can result in errors in making decisions to run the project. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many things must be considered in planning project cost estimates. To solve problems related to project cost estimation, research was conducted to determine the factors and methods used in estimating costs. Data analysis in this study used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results show that the order of factors that have the most influence on the cost estimation process carried out by small-scale contractors in Bali during the Covid-19 pandemic are, among others, the price of materials and materials (14.6%), the wage price factor (13.8%), project specifications (12.8%), building type (11.5%), duration of work (10.4%), project location (11.4%), methods used (9.80%), resources (9 .50%), and stages of activities (7.30%).

— Around Prambanan Temple (Indonesia), two interchanges are close, within 436 meters. The prox-imity of the intersection and the large volume of vehicles passing through the Yogyakarta-Solo road section will cause traffic problems because the two interchanges have yet to be coordinated, resulting in congestion during peak hours. For this reason, an alternative adjustment to the inter-change cycle time is needed to create the two intersections to be coordinated to minimize the oc-currence of congestion. Primary data on the volume and cycle time of existing intersections were collected by direct survey methods to see the coordination performance of existing signals. The primary data processing method used in this study is by modeling Vissim software and also car-ried out optimum green time analysis with the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual approach (IHCM, 1997) on signal coordination planning. Although the existing condition obtained in this study is that the two intersections have not been coordinated, it can be seen from the level of road service that it is still included in category E and the difference in cycle time at the two intersections. The best alternative cycle time for both intersections is 117 seconds. The travel time value (from East-West direction) is 31.73 seconds with an average travel speed of 49.47 km/h, and in the reverse direction (West-East), the travel time value is 50.99 seconds with an average travel speed of 30.78 km/h.
