Time and cost are important aspects in a construcrtion project to achieve a desired success of the project. One way to control cost and time is to use earned value analysis (return value) that informs the data against the cost and time accurately and clearly. The purpose is to evaluate the amount of cost and usage time has been used in the on road paving projects in the Idi city sub district idi rayeuk district east aceh. The method used in this study is the concept of the value of the result (earned value analysis) examines the tendency of schedule variance and cost variance at a period during the project. By conducting this study of earned value project completion with BCWP =Rp.253,429,607.35 BCWS = Rp. 897,091, 753.ll and ACWP = Rp. 306,453,335. 79. TINJAUAN PERENCANAAN GELAGAR BETON PRATEGANG PADA JEMBATAN BAKONGAN KECAMATAN PERMATA KABUPATEN BENAR MERIAH

Bakongan bridge located in Bakongan village, Permata Subdistrict, Bener Meriah District. Based on the characteristics of the river, the bridge isplanned to Bakongan spans 13,6 meters long and 6 meters width. Girder longitudinal direction planned for the bridge is prestressed concrete girder type of post­ tension with the imposition of standard rules RSNI T-02-2005, RSNI T-12-2004 and Construction Manual 021/BM/201 J . Jn the early stages of planning done preliminary design to determine the dimensions of the main bridge, the calculation of the secondary structure are used as load analysis that occurs, the control voltage that occurs in the structure, post-tensile prestressing loss, sectional capacity, control deflection, and depiction. Quality of concrete used was Jc = 45 MPa, tendon used is seven strand wire with a diameter of  9,3 mm  inch diameter 51 mm shells tendon. Voltage tendonfpu = 1860 MPa, quality threaded steel reinforcement isfY = 320 MPa, and quality plain steel reinforcement isfY = 240 MPa. Moments that occur in the calculation  of girder 1502,0967 KNM combination III. Number of tendons obtained from the calculation is 5 to 35 pieces offruit on each strand tendons. Total loss of prestressing force obtained at 817,54 MPa or 34 %. Principal reinforcement used  Æ13 mm, Æ10-shear reinforcement used in the staging area 100 mm and g 10-600 mm in thefield area. Ultimate moment capacity of prestressed beams 3629664KN/m combination Ill of calculation. Greatest deflection is 0.0151 meters caused by a combination JV. Bakongan桥位于Bener Meriah区Permata街道Bakongan村。根据这条河的特点,计划在巴孔安建造一座长13.6米、宽6米的大桥。主梁纵向规划为后张预应力混凝土主梁型,执行标准规则RSNI T-02-2005、RSNI T-12-2004和施工手册021/BM/ 201j。在规划前期做了初步设计,确定了主桥的尺寸,二次结构的计算是用来进行荷载分析的,结构中发生的控制电压,张后预应力损失,截面承载力,控制挠度,以及描绘。采用的混凝土质量为Jc = 45 MPa,筋采用的是直径为9.3 mm英寸直径为51 mm的七股钢丝壳筋。电压tendonfpu = 1860 MPa,优质螺纹钢筋isfY = 320 MPa,优质素钢钢筋isfY = 240 MPa。KNM组合III型梁1502、0967计算中出现的弯矩。计算得到的筋数为每根筋上有5 ~ 35根水果。预应力总损失在817,54 MPa或34%。主钢筋使用Æ13 mm, Æ10-shear钢筋使用在集结地100 mm, g - 10-600 mm在野战区。预应力梁的极限弯矩承载力为3629664KN/m组合梁。组合JV产生的最大挠度为0.0151米。关键词:预应力混凝土,后张梁,筋,配筋

EVALUASI KINERJA SIMPANG BERSINYAL EMPAT LENGAN PADA SIMPANG INPRES KOTA LHOKSEUMAWE 在lhoumawe镇的突破突破的四臂突破表现评估

Lhokseumawe Inpres intersection consists of 4 approaches, which serve as a vehicle to change the direction of movement. The purpose of this study is to know the performance of signaled intersections on any approach to the degree of saturation based on current capacity using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI). The research was conducted for 3 days from 06.30 - 18.00 divided over 3 time based on the graph of the rush hour fluctuation with traffic survey method. The field survey was conducted using hand tally counter. Based on the results of the study, obtained peak volume of 1370.16 smp / hour with a capacity value of 896.2 pcu / hour, the degree of saturation obtained by 0.654 where the condition is close to saturation.Keywords: Intersection, cycle time, signal phase, capacity, degree of saturation.
Lhokseumawe Inpres十字路口由4个入口组成,作为车辆改变运动方向。本研究的目的是利用印尼道路通行能力手册(MKJI),了解任何接近饱和程度的信号交叉口的性能。研究时间为3天,从06.30 - 18.00,根据交通调查法绘制的高峰时间波动曲线图,分为3个时间段。现场调查采用手摇计数机进行。根据研究结果,得到峰值体积为1370.16 smp / hour,容量值为896.2 pcu / hour,饱和程度为0.654,此时条件接近饱和。关键词:交叉口,周期时间,信号相位,容量,饱和度。

ANALISA STRUKTUR BOX GIRDER JALAN LAYANG KERETA API KUALANAMU

The development of prestressed concrete is growing rapidly as the widespread construction technology. The use of prestressed concrete supports infrastructure development in Indonesia , especially Kualanamu Railway overpass in the city of Medan that use Box Girder with sectional height 2400 mm as a structural component . The case study of prestressed concrete box girder Railway flyover with spans of 40 meters Kualanamu explain sectional effectiveness girders whereare internaltendons filled in strand steel cables. 12.7 mm totaling 60 pieces. Further analyzing the percentage loss of prestressing force that occurs in the tendon due to the shortening of the elastic, friction on the tendon , creep , shrinkage of the concrete and so on. Additionally introduced step by step production process prestressed concrete box girder ranging from reinforcement to casting in the precast concrete plant.Keywords: Prestressed concrete , box girder, loss of prestressed
预应力混凝土作为一种广泛应用的施工技术,发展迅速。预应力混凝土的使用支持印度尼西亚的基础设施发展,特别是棉兰市的Kualanamu铁路立交桥,该立交桥使用截面高度为2400毫米的箱梁作为结构部件。以40米跨瓜拉纳木铁路立交桥预应力混凝土箱梁为例,说明了钢索内筋的截面有效性。12.7毫米,共60片。进一步分析由于弹性缩短、肌腱摩擦、徐变、混凝土收缩等原因导致的预应力在肌腱中损失的百分比。另外介绍了预应力混凝土箱梁在预制混凝土厂从配筋到浇筑的一步一步生产过程。关键词:预应力混凝土,箱梁,预应力损失
