In this article, thermal modeling of a single basin solar still coupled with an evacuated tube solar collector under natural circulation mode has been carried out on the basis energy balance equations. The expressions of inner surface of glass cover, outer surface of glass cover, basin liner, and water mass have been derived for the numerical computation. The experiments were conducted under various meteorological conditions for 0.05 m water depth. This experimental setup has been installed at Solar Energy Park, Tamilnadu College of Engineering, Coimbatore, India (Latitude: 11?N; Longitude: 77?E; and an altitude of 409 m above sea level). Observation revealed that there was a considerable increase in the average daily yield of solar still when integrated with an evacuated tube solar collector. For all the cases, the correlation of coefficients (r) between theoretical and experimental values have been verified and they showed good agreement with 0:98 < r < 0:99 and root mean square present deviation of 10:26 < e < 39:7%.

The research discussed factors including working conditions and fringe benefits that are part of welfare management methods that have an impact on teachers' job performance. Research hypotheses were used to direct the investigation. Employees are greatly inspired by welfare reforms, which contributes to the expansion of businesses. There is a close link between employee morale and job satisfaction, making welfare measurements an important component in both. The purpose of this research is to examine and assess existing worker protections and benefits. The survey, which gauges the effect on morale, draws the conclusion that most employees were happy with the welfare measures offered by the government, non-governmental institutions, and labor unions. A statistically significant and beneficial influence of working conditions on teachers' job performance was found, among other things, in the analysis of the replies. It has been suggested that the Calicut Education Service (CES) and individual schools implement rules that are supportive of teachers' families, improve working conditions, and guarantee timely payment of benefits.

A number of more recent discoveries in microbiology have made reliable identification of nano-biomolecules and extensive analyses of them necessary. A variety of proteins, including DNA, biotin-streptavidin, amino acids, as well as many types of bacteria and viruses, must be found and analyzed in order to fully comprehend any odd behavior occurring inside of live cells. Rapid testing and detection are essential steps in preventing undiscovered biohazards from eradicating the human race and other terrestrial living things. Since many decades ago, developing an accurate, affordable biosensor has been a struggle for scientists [1]. When compared to pricey laboratory-based sensors and detection methods, FET-based lab-on-chip nano biosensors appear to be a promising substitute. It is significantly more dependable than conventional bulk sensors because of its size, affordability, low power consumption, resilience, faster response time, and better sensitivity [1]. Due to their precision, adaptability, and compatibility with embedded systems, dielectrically modulated FET biosensors with Nano cavities are emerging as a promising research area that can yield useful data on bio-analyses. As an alternative to conventionally doped TFET devices, using a charge plasma SiGe-heterojunction double gate TFET, a label-free biosensor can be produced, bypassing the need for conventional semiconductors, which require a large thermal budget and are susceptible to random dopant fluctuations (RDFs). The effect of changing the dielectric constant (k), the positive and negative charge density, the gate work function, and the cavity size has been investigated to better understand how these factors affect the performance of the proposed biosensor. These parameters modify the biosensor's electric characteristics, improving detection [2]. There is also discussion of how these factors influence the device's drain current, electric field, surface potential, sub-threshold swing (SS), insulator-to-metal film (ION/IOFF) ratio, and electron tunneling rate (ETR). The sensitivity of the drain current in the proposed biosensor is also investigated. There is no restriction on whether or whether the proposed structure is used for charged or neutral molecules.Under lower supply voltages, it is discovered that the SG-DM current JLFET's sensitivity is high, measuring 1.2 *10^3, with a potential sensitivity of 1.4 V. A result, the SG-DM [2] JLFET exhibits good application potential while consuming little power and having ahigh sensitivity.

Mathematics as a subject need to be learned comprehensively. Yet, the complexities of problem-solving cause difficulty and anxiety among students. With these, mathematics should be made easy to understand by giving more emphasis on teaching strategies to be used like the Perpend, Pair, and Partake (3Ps) a less lecture, more learner -centered and directed learning, and a much more relaxing way of instructional approach in teaching. This quantitative experimental research investigated the significant differences in achievement scores of the Grade 9 students of Abra State Institute of Sciences and Technology - Bangued Campus before and after the use of the 3Ps Strategy. The researcher utilized researcher-made test questionnaires (validity index = 4.67; KR20 reliability index = 0.90) to determine the achievement scores and t-Test for significant differences set at a 0.05 level of significance. Investigated data exposed a Fair level of achievement of both groups (Control and Experimental) before the use and revealed an excellent level of achievement in the experimental group after the use of the strategy (t-Stat = 4.137; t-prob = 0.000). The level of achievement of the student respondents after the use of the 3Ps strategy significantly improved, thus Perpend, Pair, and Partake (3Ps) Strategy is an effective strategy in improving the students’ mathematics achievement.

The increasing usage of blogs, social networks, and forums for sharing opinions on a certain topic has created vast amounts of internet data. Therefore, Sentiment Analysis has gained great popularity among researchers and industry for analyzing the polarity of users' opinions. In recent years, Sentiment Analysis has been applied to various languages using machine learning-approach, corpus-based approach, and deep learning techniques since it is beneficial for creating an effective recommender system. The Kurdish Language is an Indo-European language, one of the official languages in Iraq, and it is also widely used in Turkey, Iran, and Syria. Although the importance of this Language is spoken by over 40 million people, to the best of our knowledge, no research has been done regarding the challenges and problems of Kurdish sentiment analysis. Our research aims to highlight the latest studies and examine the most critical challenges of applying sentiment analysis approaches to the Kurdish Language. The study includes determining each challenge in each step of sentiment analysis processing in the Kurdish Language. In addition, our proposed methodology that could help address most of these challenges is implementing a hybrid approach by combining machine learning and lexicon-based approaches to improve the proficiency of sentiment classification in the Kurdish Language.

Fitness exercises or yoga are very bene?cial to personal health and ?tness; however, they can also be ineffective and potentially dangerous if performed in correctly by the user. Exercise mistakes are made when the user does not use the proper form, or pose. In our work, we introduce Personal Exercise Assistant, an application that detects the user’s exercise pose and provides personalized feedback. Modified Open Pose is used as a Pose estimator in this application. Open Pose is a pre trained model composed of a multi-stage CNN to detect a user’s posture. This application then evaluates the vector geometry of the pose through an exercise to provide helpful feedback. Pose estimation is a method in which spatial locations of key body joints is calculated using image or video of the person. Modified open pose is a light weight (8bit Quantized version) Open pose. Personal Exercise Assistant works on yoga exercises and supports any Windows or Linux computer with a GPU.

Nowadays, getting substantial results for problems in operations research is crucial. The transportation problem can be solved very effectively with Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM) and discover a workable solution that is closer to the ideal solution. The basic principle of VAM is to allocate as many resources as possible to the cell with the smallest cost in the column or row with the greatest penalty. This cell will receive the maximum number of resources. A problem arises when the magnitudes of the least cost and the next-least cost are identical. Then, we devised a new method called the "New Vogel's Approximation Method (NVAM)" to provide a workable solution to the transportation problem that may then be used to determine the optimal solution. Transporting capacity to the required location is done by three distinct companies. The supply chain's participants seek to move their goods from warehouse to distribution centre, from plant to warehouse, and from distribution centre to retail store. In this study, the VAM method and the NVAM approach are used to determine the optimal transportation cost. These techniques are examined to provide potential supply chain management techniques.

The present study is a comparison of four different concrete mixes using ‘cradle to gate’ life cycle assessment. The aim is to obtain environmental impact, focusing mainly on criteria pollutants (CO, lead (Pb), PM10, NOx, SO2, and volatile organic compounds), global warming potential, energy consumption, and impact categories like human health, ecosystem quality, and resources. Each concrete mix design has different binder combination. CONOPC contains ordinary Portland cement (OPC) as a binder. CONPPC has 27% Fly ash + 73% OPC while CON PSC has 47% ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS) + 53% OPC as a binder. CONGP has 100% fly ash as a binder without the use of cement. The comparative results show that all three concrete mixes, i.e., CONPPC, CONPSC, and CONGP, performed better than CONOPC in terms of harmful gas emissions, energy use, and GWP. Further, with respect to three impact categories, CONOPC has the highest score with 11.06 pt and CONGP has the lowest score with 1.68 pt. CONPPC shows a reduction by almost 30% with a value of 7.77 pt whilst CONPSC shows an even further reduction by 46% with a value of 5.95 pt compared to CONOPC. It is recommended that OPC cement should be replaced by either Portland slag cement (PSC) or Portland pozzolana cement (PPC) in concrete production. Geopolymer concrete is also a good substitute for traditional concrete. Recommendations from this work would assist concrete producers to choose the best available options without compromising the performance of concrete while reducing the negative environmental impact during production.

We provide a comprehensive evaluation of methods for detecting plant diseases in images taken under normal lighting conditions. The aim of these methods is to use digital image processing to identify plant diseases, rank their severity, and classify them into different categories. Disease symptoms could appear everywhere on a plant, but researchers here focused on the parts of the plant that could be seen by the human eye, such the leaves and stems. This was done for two reasons: (a) to keep the essay at a manageable length, and (b) to provide a more in-depth explanation of the subtleties involved in dealing with roots, seeds, and fruits. Taking these factors into account was crucial to making this decision. There are three broad classes into which the consensus standards fall: detection, severity measurement, and classification. The algorithm's preliminary technical response serves as a basis for subsequent breakdown of each class. Experts in the fields of vegetable pathology and pattern recognition may find this study's comprehensive overview to be useful.
