Life Cycle Impact Assessment applied to cactus pear crop production for generating bioenergy and biofertiliser 生命周期影响评价应用于生产生物能源和生物肥料的仙人掌、梨作物生产

Among the potential uses of cactus pear, the generation of bioenergy (biogas) and biofertiliser (digestate), from the Anaerobic Digestion (AD) of cladodes and fruits, is surveyed in this paper. Data for Life Cycle Impact Assessment (LCIA) was drawn from a farm located in Roccapalumba (Palermo, Sicily, Italy), where three cultivars were cultivated: 1) yellow pulp cultivar; 2) red pulp cultivar; 3) white pulp cultivar. LCIA was applied to six scenarios: 1) current dry crop; 2) current irrigated crop; 3) dry crop for fruit and bioenergy production; 4) irrigated crop for fruit and bioenergy production; 5) dry crop for bioenergy production; 6) irrigated crop for bioenergy production. According to LCIA, the highest total GHG emissions were found in Scenarios 2 and 4, while the lowest ones were found in Scenario 5. Moreover, the highest share of environmental impact for Scenarios 2, 4 and 6 is associated with the consumption of cardboard boxes used for collecting and transporting fruits, crop irrigation and a higher human work load. Furthermore, the digestate obtained from the AD process contains nutrients which make it a valuable biofertiliser, so that it reduces the expenditure for mineral fertilisers.

Operative and environmental performance of a hot-foam machine for the herbicide-free weeding of the vineyard 无除草剂葡萄园除草热泡沫机的操作和环保性能

The elimination of chemical herbicides use is a key factor in vineyards, particularly in the case of biological cultivation. The machines employed for mechanical weeding under the vine row are often characterised by low travelling speeds and therefore also by a low working capacity. A new solution is the application of hot foam, to transmit heat to weeds. A hot-foam machine for the herbicide-free weeding of vineyards was then developed, to produce and deposit foam directly onto weeds. The foam strips produced were approximately 40 cm width and 20-25 cm height, with a temperature exceeding 75°C. The future success of this environmentally sustainable technique will be the identification of a 100% naturally biodegradable and long-lasting foam, to maximize heat transmission to weeds.

Tax benefits for the energy requalification of Italian real estate assets 意大利房地产资产能源再认证的税收优惠

The need for energy-efficient buildings has emerged since the onset of the first energy crises in the 1970s. It's in this decade that the concepts of sustainable development and energy saving have been introduced in the construction sector. Currently, the greatest energy saving potential for buildings does not lie in new buildings, but in the energy redevelopment of existing buildings. In order to promote interventions for building restoration, which are often costly and not economically convenient, Italian legislation has made a series of economic incentives available to the sector. This work reviews the main incentive systems for the energy requalification of buildings.

Modern features of law institutions of the European Union 欧盟法律制度的现代特征

The role of the European Union is to understand its legal nature through the struc-tural composition and distribution of powers between the EU institutions, as well as to study the forms and methods of their activities. It is important not only from the standpoint of the participating States, but also in the interests of countries that are not part of the European Union and build their relations with it on the basis of bilateral agreements. The aim of the article is to analyze the modern features of law institutions of the European Union. Legal analysis of such institutions of the European Union as the European Parliament, the European Commission and the EU Court is becoming important condition for the development of international cooperation. This article is devoted to the legal analysis of such institutions of the European Union as the European Parliament, the European Commission and EU Court that participate in the implementation of its tasks and functions, act on its behalf, have the appropriate competence and structure, are endowed with found-ing treaties and legislation of the Union of certain amount of power and apply their inherent forms and methods of activity.

Some aspects of legal regulation in international law: human rights protection issues 国际法中法律规制的一些方面:人权保护问题

The relevance of the topic of the article is confirmed by the tendencies and dy-namics of the internal development of modern democratic states, the need for a comprehensive theoretical and legal study of the effectiveness of the practice of law in the mechanism of ensuring the constitutional rights of citizens. In the context of this, the aim of the article was to carry out a comprehensive comparative analysis of the legal regulation of practice of law in the territories of the Member States of the European Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The author's developments and conclusions resulting from scientific and legal research are summarised as follows: international and national law consolidates different approaches to the practice of law; the legal regulation of the process of entering into the profession of lawyer and the subsequent exercise of his lawyer's activity in the territory of the European Union has more detailed elaboration in the context of the realities of modern legal relations in comparison with Commonwealth of Independent States countries; a comparative analysis showed that a model of practice of law, regulated by the legislation of the French Republic, can be considered the most approximate to the idealistic.

The essay investigates the trajectory of the notion of sustainability, starting from the founding moments of the ecological thought and the environmental crisis. The author highlights the substantial failure of culture and policies for sustainable de-velopment and the limited contribution of humanistic, social, and arts disciplines to the construction of a different relationship between human beings and the envi-ronment. The backwards cultural path, to the rediscovery of ecologized and trans-disciplinary thought, ends with an analysis of research and dominant educational models.

Life Cycle Assessment for "green" buildings “绿色”建筑的生命周期评估

In recent years, the interest in "green" solutions and in particular towards the use of green roofs and walls in an urban environment, not only for the reduction of the heat flow through the roofing due to the absorption of solar radiation and to its thermal inertia, but also for the mitigation of the heat island effect linked to the evapo-transpiration processes of plants. The benefits concerning comfort, and consequently the reduction of energy and economic costs, linked to the lower energy consumption for air conditioning under these green coverings, and the improvement of the quality of living in urban areas with a wider availability of green areas, which are often usable, are undeniable aspects of a "green" design and are widely investigated and documented. Only recently, however, research has started to address the issue of green design in terms of impacts in the life cycle, calculated according to the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology. In this research two equivalent coverings are compared in terms of summer thermal performance in the Mediterranean area: an extensive green roof and a ‘high-permeation' tiles roof covering, compiling the environmental performance of the life cycle with the phases of production, use and end of life, based on Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) compliant to the EN15804 standard.

The benefits concerning comfort, and consequently the reduction of energy and economic costs, linked to the lower energy consumption for air conditioning under these green coverings, and the improvement of the quality of living in urban areas with a wider availability of green areas, which are often usable, are undeniable aspects of a \"green\" design and are widely investigated and documented. Only recently, however, research has started to address the issue of green design in terms of impacts in the life cycle, calculated according to the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology. The paper focuses on the development of the ethnic intolerance preventative strategy and the development of ethnic tolerance.The objective of the paper is to study the problem of safe and emollient interaction of ethnic groups through the inoculation of tolerant and dialogoriented relation to each other and the development of the tolerance strategies. In the course of the research, the authors used the following methods: method of sociological survey, psycholinguistic experiment, observation method, and the method of the dialog-oriented competence formation. When solving this problem, the authors obtained the following results: revealed and described the hetero stereotypes about other ethnic groups, developed the strategies of positive perception of ‘others' as ‘our', studied effective ways of manifesting ethnic tolerance and ethnic integration of the peoples to each other. The results are reliable: the basic provisions of the paper were approbated and tested in the course of the free-associative experimentand phenomenological interview. The scientific results are fraught with novelty contributing to the theory of ethnic and communicative tolerance, assist in the development of new strategies and methods of inoculation of adaptive and tolerant behavior, and allow preparing the training programs on the coping behavior of ethnic groups.

Solar Cooling: A renewable energy solution 太阳能冷却:可再生能源解决方案

A sustainable and environmentally alternative to commonly used air conditioning systems can be the solar cooling system due to the use of renewable and clean energy. Solar absorption systems can be used for greenhouse cooling in areas with high outdoor temperatures and solar radiation levels. These systems take advantage of the simultaneity between the solar energy availability and the greenhouse cooling demand allowing the reduction of conventional electricity and water consumption. This paper presents the results of the application of a solar cooling plant for the climate control of a greenhouse at the University of Bari, Italy. The experimental plant consists of a Mediterranean greenhouse, having a surface of 300 m2, and of a single effect LiBr-H2O absorption chiller fed by evacuated-tube solar collectors. Two different localized systems were chosen for the distribution of cold inside the greenhouse: the first system presents pipes placed centrally on the cultivation vessels; the second consists of pipes in contact with aluminium plates and of a transparent EVA film, used to border an area close to plants. The distribution system of cold with pipes, plate and EVA film provided a slightly higher cooling capacity due to the presence of the plates which increases the ability to dissipate energy.
