The relevance of this issue is due to the fact that the government, public admin-istration bodies, civil society are increasingly emphasizing the need to update strat-egies to ensure the stability, resilience of the nation. The purpose of this article is to highlight the issues of the formation and development of national stability in modern scientific thought in Ukraine. The article reveals that today in Ukraine there is still no generalized, agreed definition of national sustainability; it was found that the main publications on this topic touch upon issues of national stabil-ity and security in public administration, social and humanitarian, national securi-ty, etc. The materials of the article are of practical value for the development and implementation of a strategy for the development of the national resilience of Ukraine in order to prevent and overcome modern complex risks and threats and ensure a fruitful environment for the well-being of descendants.

Insects as food is a recommended cultural shift by the FAO, especially among Western consumers. The objective of this study is to understand those elements, which can most contribute to explaining the desire to eat insects as food. There-fore, we evaluated people's knowledge and beliefs about the benefits deriving from the farming and consumption of insects, for the health of man and the plan-et. Furthermore, we investigated people's perceived credibility towards the main sources of communication that can convey information on insects as food. Final-ly, some suggestions for possible future communication campaigns are presented.

The study proposes the construction of a statistical model of the company's eco-logical and economic state, using the synthesis of econometrics and multidimen-sional forecasting methods, which provide the correlation of the obtained indica-tors, taking into account mutual proportionality in relation to the dynamic charac-teristics of environmental sustainability factors within the framework of the sus-tainable development paradigm. A combined model is implemented with a step-by-step modification of the matrix predictor into a regression-matrix one. Using the method of least squares, the study shows the codependency of the ecological and economic indicators of the sustainability of the enterprise: the cost of capital repairs of fixed assets for environmental protection; labor payment expenditures, including deductions for social needs of employees involved in environmental pro-tection; operating environmental costs; sales revenue; profitability of production and sales. The obtained regression coefficient showed a high degree of dependence of the closeness of the relationship of the considered environmental and economic indicators of sustainability (more than 98%), which proves their codependency and the need for their balanced use, since the value of at least one of the indica-tors outside the optimal range allows us to state a high probability of financial damage for enterprises. Using a combined model based on a matrix predictor, the study demonstrates the calculation of the predicted values of environmental and economic indicators of sustainability for 2021.The peculiarity of this model is to take into account the lagging (up to 2 years) values of factors and their growth over the previous period (for 1 year). The proposed model contains a mechanism of multivariate expectations, which allows us to consider various options for the future. Also, this model allows the automation of the forecasting process, which is reflected in the implementation of the trend of transition to the digital space in the implementation of sustainable development goals.

The article is devoted to the research of scientific issues related to acceleration of innovative development of spatial economy, the provision of the theoretical basis for the formation of zones of innovation growth of individual territories (regions). The degree of influence of innovations on the nature of the territorial organization of economic activity determines the level of well-being in society. The purpose of the study was to identify the features and contradictions of the current state of the system of territorial organization of innovation activity. The issue of diffusion of innovation has been studied in terms of representing and positioning a separate territory (region) as a subject of economic relations, a multifunctional and multi-faceted economic system, but not as a place of concentration of means of pro-duction and labor. The further development, the symbiosis of the regionalism the-ory, in particular the spatial organization of production, along with the theory and practice of innovative entrepreneurship, is the substantiation of creation and de-velopment of the territorial poles of innovation growth. It is proved that the effi-cient innovation policy in a certain economic space of activity should be based on the functional properties of the forms of spatial organization of production on the one hand, and the placement of productive forces, on the other hand. The idea of the nature and character of the existing forms of modern territorial organization of innovation activity embedded in a kind of network design, which is the projection of production networks in a certain territory, or so-called "place-connected net-works", is explored and developed.

The vector of sustainable development imposes a complex of new requirements on the management of enterprises, the implementation of which implies the con-sistent introduction of innovative digital technologies. In these conditions, the management of modern enterprises needs to assess not only the future costs, the prospects of the implemented ICT technologies, the susceptibility of the produc-tion potential to this ICT technology, but the future potential and the cumulative effect of the costs incurred. With the use of the cost-benefit method, the correla-tion dependence of labor productivity indicators and costs of investments in in-formation and communication technologies was revealed. It has been confirmed that for regions with a high level of industrial development, fixed capital expendi-tures have a cumulative (cumulative) effect. Territories with a predominance of agricultural enterprises and manufacturing industries are characterized by a high susceptibility of the regional economy to the introduction of highly efficient standardized technologies in the field of ICT. And for regions with an extensive type of economic development (forestry and chemical industries), there is a low sensitivity of labor productivity to the level of investment proceeds in the ICT sec-tor. Using the methods of strategic analysis: SWOT - analysis, PEST - analysis, the main factors for identifying the investment potential of the technologies being introduced have been identified.

The study aims at exploring the consumer perception of products containing palm oil, considering the impact on choices by the recent media campaign on the sub-ject. The exploratory analysis is focused on Millennials and uses the semantic dif-ferential methodology. The data are processed using a Multiple Factor Analysis. Moreover, homogeneous clusters of consumers are obtained by using hierarchical clustering on principal components. The results show that the sample is divided in three clusters: the first pays a lot of attention towards the absence of palm oil in food products, considering this aspect as a sign of a healthier product, more natu-ral and with a higher quality; the second shows a higher environmental sensibility; the third does not pay any attention to the absence of palm oil in food products, and considers the issue of its absence as a trend, a sort of status symbol and some-thing that negatively impacts the taste of certain foods.

The purpose of this article is the study of large companies' investment activities on the example of agricultural holdings in Ukraine. The belonging of the studied ob-jects to the complex dissipative economic systems with the emerging chaotic be-haviour is proved. The conditions and measures of ensuring the balance of the company's investment portfolio are studied. The involvement of chaos theory is proposed as a mathematical basis of the studies. The proposed model of agro-holding investment activity dynamics is presented by the system of differential equations and realized using the MatLab software platform. Numerical modelling of the investment processes dynamics in accordance with different values of management parameters is carried out. Transition scenarios of the system to a chaotic motion mode with the emergence of a strange Lorentz attractor are fore-cast. Scenarios of experiments on the model in order to ensure sustainable propor-tional development of production and logistics subsystems of the agricultural hold-ing and the formation of its investment portfolio are proposed. The behaviour di-agnostics system model on the basis of evolutionary equations is aimed at increas-ing the efficiency of making corrective investment decisions for the sustainable development of the agricultural holding.

This article uses social network analysis of online contestation on Twitter from September 2018 to April 2019 to reveal how netizens' engagement in election de-bates is polarized by the politics of hashtags. This study finds that hashtags are operated to construct dichotomist debate focusing on both presidential candi-dates' figure. This finding indicates: first, the weak position of citizens in deliberat-ing public issues; second, the ineffectiveness of social media, especially Twitter as an online forum for articulating public issues; and third, online influencers, who create and propagate hashtags, play a strategic role in deliberating public issues. Strengthening the role of social media needs to be combined with contemporary citizenship political strategies that can extend access for civil society and online influencers to play an active role in articulating public issues more argumentative-ly.

Climate change not only affects the global environment and natural ecosystems but also the human being. As a result, the relationship among humans suffers a lot due to degradation of values and ethics because of scarcity of resources and fluc-tuation of economic indicators. Climate change and environmental degradation have a greater negative impact on the economy, where the human being is work-ing. Again the economy with the help of these human being with bad relationship, starts producing goods to fulfill human wants and the vicious cycle continues with accumulation of more and more of pollutants in the ecological systems. Therefore, this study reviewed three concepts - value, growth and relationship in a green per-spective. The study finds that we must emphasize the wider vision and deeper val-ues of green growth and sustainability by understanding interconnectedness among all the parts of the planet, which will bring sustainable balance between economy, society and ecological system.

As a result, the relationship among humans suffers a lot due to degradation of values and ethics because of scarcity of resources and fluc-tuation of economic indicators. Climate change and environmental degradation have a greater negative impact on the economy, where the human being is work-ing. Again the economy with the help of these human being with bad relationship, starts producing goods to fulfill human wants and the vicious cycle continues with accumulation of more and more of pollutants in the ecological systems. Therefore, this study reviewed three concepts - value, growth and relationship in a green per-spective.
