Development of a PIC-based wireless sensor node utilizing XBee technology 利用XBee技术开发基于pic的无线传感器节点

This paper presents the performance analysis of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) used in the high-end applications such as weapons sensor ship, biomédical applications, habitat sensing and seismic monitoring. Recently WSN also focuses on national security applications and consumer applications. This project shall demonstrate the performance of WSN models, which have been developed using PIC. Temperature sensor nodes were deployed in the networks to create sensing phenomena. The results recorded that successful throughput from sensor node, strongly depends on the delay setting. Therefore, the important factors and issues pertaining to the WSN performance will also be determined and describe briefly.

Information tracking system for medium titanium plate production line 中钛板生产线信息跟踪系统

This paper describes design methods of the medium plate information tracking system and concrete realization in a new medium titanium plate plant of Western Materials. Information tracking system is an important part of the MES(Manufacturing Execution System), can achieve one to one correspondence of logistics and information flow, and provides real-time, reliable and real data source for the production and marketing system. All finished products can be traced from the current material shape back to billet. The events and the information of involved events can be clearly known which happened in the whole production and organization process.
本文介绍了中板信息跟踪系统的设计方法及在西材新钛中板厂的具体实现。信息跟踪系统是MES(Manufacturing Execution system)的重要组成部分,可以实现物流和信息流的一对一对应,为产销系统提供实时、可靠、真实的数据来源。所有成品都可以从目前的材料形状追溯到坯料。可以清楚地了解在整个生产和组织过程中发生的事件及其所涉及的事件信息。

Comprehensive evaluation technique from a three-dimensional view evaluation of science research capacity of national defense universities as an example 以三维视角下综合评价技术评价国防高校科研能力为例

The paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation technique from a three-dimensional view, in which an evaluation model with three dimensions of “history”, “status” and “future” is constructed. Then, the research on science research capability of national defense university based on the niche theory as an example is pulled into to illustrate the feasibility of the methodology from the empirical perspective. In the end, it analyzes the values of comprehensive evaluation indexes and the values of three dimensions comparatively to find out the reasons of changes on evaluation values. This study is expected to be helpful for national defense universities to analyze “history”, “status” and “future” of science research capability.
本文从三维视角进行综合评价技术,构建了“历史”、“现状”、“未来”三个维度的评价模型。然后,以基于生态位理论的国防高校科研能力研究为例,从实证的角度说明该方法的可行性。最后,对综合评价指标值与三个维度的数值进行对比分析,找出评价数值变化的原因。本研究可望为国防院校分析科研能力的“历史”、“现状”和“未来”提供参考。

Hierarchical and dynamic security access control for collaborative design in virtual enterprise 面向虚拟企业协同设计的分层动态安全访问控制

This paper proposes a hierarchical and dynamic security access control we call RTBAC (role and task-based access control) model for cooperation in a virtual enterprise. A multi-level privilege model is developed to simplify the process of permission definition and assignment for enriching the expression ability and helping to realize fine-gained access control. Role hierarchy and the task stat migration are brought into RTBAC for dynamic authorization management. Based on the practice, RTBAC model is more efficient to control collaborative operations. It meets the characters of design tasks. Different designers with different roles in different tasks have multi-level privileges to the components; the designers see only the data they are allowed to see, at the level of detail they are permitted to see it, which avoids the shortcoming of "all-or-nothing" permissions.

The growth and competitiveness of new ventures are highlighted and focused on recently. Ctrip, one of fastest-growing companies in the world, exhibits an energetic competitiveness in new ventures. The Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis model is applied to explore the essential reason of Ctrip's success. It demonstrates that the disruptive innovation is the key factor of Ctrip's success. The importance of the disruptive innovation in new venture is illustrated clearly. If a new venture wants to succeed by the disruptive innovation, it is necessary to recognise a good opportunity to open up a new market, make full use of the capital markets and venture investment to achieve a positive development and gain the market share, and at its initial growth stage, it should sustain disruptive innovation to obtain a good performance. This path of Ctrip's disruptive innovation could be learned by many new ventures.

Research of TRBAC model and the application in library management TRBAC模型及其在图书馆管理中的应用研究

Access control is an important part of the information system security in life, but traditional models can not meet the changeful information requirements, so the paper proposes task-Role-based Access Control Model TRBAC to meet the rapid development of science and technology in the Library Information Management System's needs. The model solves the shortcomings that flexibility of role-based access control model RBAC is not enough, and enhances the system security through time constraints, the minimum privilege constraints and separation of duties constraints. At last, it detailed the application of TRBAC model in library management for example.

Design and implementation of children's art educational software "Happy baby drawing board" 儿童美术教育软件“快乐宝宝画板”的设计与实现

Children's art educational software in Chinese market mainly includes drawing software, coloring software, puzzles software and dressing software. There are more than 20 kinds of drawing softwares and 100 kinds of other children's art educational softwares. But most of the softwares are developed by foreign countries, Hong Kong or Chinese Taipei, which have limitations in the spreading and use in Mainland China. To satisfy the preschoolers' needs of drawing, we took Chinese culture as the drawing board materials and used flash8.0, Photoshop8.0, CoolEdit2.0 as the development kit, then adopted VB6.0 to program and we have developed children's art educational software "Happy baby drawing board", which has achieved good effects in the spreading and use in the kindergartens.

Application of a post-processing model based on HMM for face recognition in video 基于HMM的后处理模型在视频人脸识别中的应用

In this thesis, the rarely concerned problem of data source in face recognition is investigated, and a novel post processing HMM-based solution is proposed. Data source problem is first empirically investigated through evaluating systematically the Eigenfaces sensitivity to variations of pose and illumination by Lambertian reflection model and 3D face model, which reveals that the changes of pose and illumination abruptly degrade the Eigenfaces system. This problem is explicitly defined as curse of data source for highlighting its significance. Aiming at solving this problem, combining the recognition rate with the analysis of the data sources, two methods is proposed to evaluate the overall performance of specific face recognition approach with its robustness against the low-quality data sources considered. Finally, a post-processing method is proposed to improve the robustness of the recognizer under unconstrained environment. Experimental results have impressively indicated the effectiveness of the proposed post-processing solution to tackle the curse of data source problem.

Quality education is a universal goal. This decade was marked by rapid advances and changes in many aspects of human activity, often taken together as the sign of a shift into knowledge era. Such advances and changes have stimulated many discussions about the role of information technology (IT) in teaching and learning. Given the deep technological, economic and policy changes that have taken place over the last decade, there are indications that pedagogical practices are changing as well. The pedagogical use of IT has made fairly great impact in universities. The main goal of our research is to benchmark the implementation and outcomes of the IT in quality education policy and to provide research-grounded insights for universities and teachers to evaluate their IT integration for teaching and learning. The specific objectives are to provide benchmarked indicators on the extent of IT integration in universities and its impact on pedagogy and students' learning outcomes.

Combination of MATLAB and sound card to realize Gaussian sine wave for decoding Morse code 结合MATLAB和声卡实现高斯正弦波对摩尔斯电码的解码

To actualize Morse code used for wireless communication simulation and to produce Gaussian sine signals, the method of combine Matlab and integrated sound card can be used to design, generate and realize the Gaussian sine wave. The paper is based on the principles of all sorts of virtual signal and design process of Matlab and provides the operation procedure and grammatical form of Matlab. Eventually generated the Gaussian sine signal of center frequency for 60 KHz, bandwidth for 50 MHz and sampling frequency for 60%.
