With the development of science and technology, ICT technical standards shorten the replacement cycle, and tends to expand all around the world. An ICT standard accepted in the international community can bring about great benefits and promote the development of ICT, which makes the diffusion issue rather eye-catching. At present, due to the fact that a isolating telecommunication enterprise is not able to integrate the regional even the national resources, the business-oriented promotion model of ICT standards has changed drastically and the government is playing an important role in the expanding of ICT standards. For the success of developing software, Software development process model plays a crucial role in order to complete the task of developing software and to get high quality software. Since the advent of the first model (waterfall model), many software development process models have been brought out, but the software development process model is still evolving. The rules of evolution of software development process model have been researched from different perspective. The research has shown that: (1)For the evolution of software development process model, there are the driving forces from the objective world and subjective world. (2)Four models are the basis of evolution of the software development process model. They are waterfall model, rapid prototyping model, incremental model, component-based model. (3)Currently there are five trends in the view of evolution of software development process model. These trends of evolution are from the linear model to nonlinear model, from non-formal model to formal model, from the non-reuse model to reuse model, from single process model to integrated process model and from universal model to non-universal model. (4)In the future, there are four directions of evolution in the software development process model. These directions are to weaken complexity, to enhance pertinence, to enhance reliability and to enhance flexibility.

The tight coupling between the data and the layout of the spreadsheets is one of the important problems in spreadsheet systems. The existing solutions are lack of flexibility and inefficiency in data retrieval. To improve the performance, a concept of data semantic object is introduced which encapsulate the data and its semantic in an object. The objective is to decouple the data and structure in the spreadsheet system. Based on the data semantic object, a spreadsheet system model is proposed and the related technique details are described. Finally, we verified the efficiency of the system in the petroleum domain.

In recent years, the high frequency of dairy products' safety accidents has led consumers to a trust crisis of dairy products' safety. Since dairy products have the features of credence goods, the article analyzes the market failure and supervision failure behind the safety accidents, and discusses the inner relations between commercial trust and system trust. Therefore, from the angle of rebuilding consumer's trust, it puts forwards that consummating quality management system and safety criteria, improving information asymmetry in product market and the production scale of raw milk are the feasible countermeasures which can improve the safety level of Chinese dairy products.

With the number of exhibition increase greatly, the competition between exhibitions is increasingly fierce. With the time and financial constraints, exhibitors can only participate in limited exhibition. To attract more exhibitors, organizers must understand the needs of exhibitors. The current studies focused on decision-making process of exhibitor, but there are few study on the need of exhibitor and the performance of exhibition. From the perspective of the exhibitors, this paper, using IPA, examines the important factors in the process of choosing exhibition, as well as the actual performance, finds out the weakness and strength, which will help the marketing of exhibition.

With the workflow technology's gradual maturenient and development, it has brought a great deal of system's flexibility in their business processing, the multi-level interaction, the task allocation, information sharing, business statistics, and so on. Especially it can reduce the maintenance cost in the system maintenance and system upgrade, reduce the upgradeable period, and raise the working efficiency. However, when the enterprises and institutions introduces workflow management system, they often gets rid of the original or old information management system, develops a set of new software system, the development cost is relatively high. This paper proposed an implementation scheme on how to use the original system, and then upgrades seamlessly it to the flexible workflow management system that based on the workflow engine. Using OSWorkflow that has been used in industry widely to upgrade the original Java-based Web management system, it can reduce the software development workload and shorten the development period.

This study carried out a sampling survey to the university teachers and students in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. From the survey we know that, most of the teachers have experienced the convenience of network, but students' use of network is still not optimistic. They offen carry out e-learning to complete the papers or exercises arranged by teachers. An overwhelming majority of students have not carried out the long-distance video study frequently, and most students think they do not fully and effectively use the network. The main reasons are their passive study custom and the long-distance study is not effective. Therefore in order to strengthen the students' autonomous e-learning, the teachers should induce or even "compel" the students to use the network searching knowledge; If possible, video of the famous teachers' classroom instruction should be recorded, and uploaded to the net to realise autonomous long-distance study.

In this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and Matlab combining method is applied to the assessment of cadres, the first divided into four categories based on attributes in each category was divided into four categories, first in the various factors in the implementation of a single judge, and then together to implement a secondary evaluation, and finally given the realization of the Matlab model. This method can be better to consider the combined effects of factors that can better address the multi-classification, more classification and assessment of cadres more just and rational examination, scientific and effective. Color face provides more cues for face recognition task than grey scale ones. A novel color face recognition approach based on NMF algorithm with Fisher rule coined Fisher-NMF is proposed in this paper. The approach employs matrix to encode color information of different channels. Fisher discrimination rule is integrated with the non-negative matrix factorization algorithm to extract facial features. Nearest neighborhood classifier is adopted to identify color face samples. Experimental results on CVL and CMU PIE color face databases verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

The paper is directed by constructivism theory, combined by the practical characteristic of programmer courses, brings forward an “incomplete” assistant teaching system, and expatiates on the ideology, model and overall design of this system. The practice proves that the “incomplete” assistant teaching system based on the constructivism is a new approach to improve teaching quality.
