Dynamical balancing of machinery considering the effect of loading based on Virtual Prototyping technology 基于虚拟样机技术的考虑载荷影响的机械动平衡

In order to improve the inside dynamic performance of the machinery, it is important to acquire comprehensive dynamical balancing of the machinery. However, the influence of the external loading on the parameters of dynamical balancing hasn't been considered in the traditional methods. In this paper, the external loading has become an important factor in dynamical balancing problems. Based on Virtual Prototyping (VP) technology, we studied the effect of loading to dynamical balancing when taking several kinds of targets as the optimized goal. This conclusion provides significant reference for the actual dynamical balancing of the machinery.

Understanding the 3D virtual world market in China: A comparative case study of HiPiHi, Uworld and Novoking 了解中国3D虚拟世界市场:HiPiHi、Uworld和Novoking的比较案例研究

The Chinese burgeoning Internet population will soon have an array of 3D virtual worlds in which to work and play. HiPiHi, Uworld and Novoking are considered as being the “Big3” local companies in this emerging market. Although some strategies of virtual worlds have been proven to be successful for attracting user acceptance in the western world, the effects of these strategies are questionable in the Chinese environment. For surviving in the Chinese environment, these three local companies have developed innovative strategies to attract Chinese users. Based on customer relationship management (CRM) and uses-and-gratifications (U&G) theories, this study compares the different strategies of these three virtual worlds, and explores which strategies can attract user acceptance in the Chinese environment.

Method of fault diagnosis for cold storage system based on probabilistic rough set and SVM 基于概率粗糙集和支持向量机的冷库系统故障诊断方法

Proposed a method of fault diagnosis for cold storage system, the method based on probabilistic rough set and support vector machine(SVM). Simplify the uncertain information by using probabilistic rough set of Bayes decision making. Design a multi-level classifier of SVM to fault diagnosis. Research the typical fault set of cold storage system with the proposed method. The results show the accuracy ability of fault diagnosis with the proposed method.

Research on co-opetition of mobile TV based on network convergence the case of CMMB 基于网络融合的移动电视合作竞争研究——以CMMB为例

This paper first gave an overview of the development of mobile TV and 3-network convergence, then presented the co-opetition model of mobile TV, including isolating mode, cooperation mode, competition mode and co-opetition-equity mode. Finally, based on the example of CMMB (China mobile multimedia broadcasting), the co-opetition of mobile TV in China is analyzed.

Nowadays, Electronic Payment Systems are inseparable part of digitally communication systems. One of the crucial challenges of Electronic Payment System makers is making security and anonymity. Digital information while transferring through the network or in storage systems and servers can easily be copied. Moreover, electronic money which is a good simulation of cash money should have the most characteristic of it, that is, payer's anonymity. Controlled anonymity provides a balance between the protection of privacy and the security against anonymity misuse. A new system for revocable anonymous is therefore designed in this paper. This system presents solution to confront with attacks like blackmailing and double spending by MultiInterfaces and Passwords.

The principle and step of performance evaluation of project management based on fuzzy rules and wavelet neural network are studied. The index system of performance evaluation of project management is set up. Then we built up the evaluation model on fuzzy rules and wavelet neural network. Finally, take some samples of project for an example, we carry on this model to instance. It can take a preferably evaluation, so that it is a viable method.

The management support has an important influence on high-tech enterprise innovation. The study on domestic high-tech enterprises shows that organizational motivation, organizational barriers, resources support, supervisor support, team support and autonomy all have significant impacts on the performance of employees, in which psychological safety and organizational learning play an intermediary role. Therefore, managers of high-tech enterprises should provide support programs for staff systematically to enhance employees' psychological safety and organizational learning capacity for the purpose of innovation emerging.

Human Resource Dispatch is an important tool of improving the operational efficiency of the Organization's human capital. At present more and more enterprises have recognized and used it. But for the enterprises, there are still many risks of using the labor method. Based on systematically analyzing the human resource dispatch's risk factors, this paper will introduce the risk matrix method into the human resource dispatch. This paper will also use Borda ranking method to sort the importance of the risks. It provides a simple method of risk identification for the business which uses Human Resource Dispatch.

Investigation on damage self-diagnosis of fiber smart structures based on LS-SVM 基于LS-SVM的纤维智能结构损伤自诊断研究

The self-diagnosis function is one of main research contents of smart structures. And it is the foundation of other functions realization of smart structures. Aiming at the localization of present structural damage detection methods and the virtue of Least Square Support Vector Machine arithmetic, Least Square Support Vector Machine (LS-SVM) used to detect damages in fiber smart structures was proposed in this paper and was compared with the improved BP neural network. The experimental research results show that this proposed method is feasible and effective for detecting damages in smart structures. Least Square Support Vector Machine provides the more advanced method for realizing the self-diagnosis function in fiber smart structures.
自诊断功能是智能结构的主要研究内容之一。它是智能结构其他功能实现的基础。针对现有结构损伤检测方法的局限性和最小二乘支持向量机算法的优点,提出了将最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)用于纤维智能结构损伤检测,并与改进的BP神经网络进行了比较。实验研究结果表明,该方法对于智能结构的损伤检测是可行和有效的。最小二乘支持向量机为实现光纤智能结构的自诊断功能提供了更先进的方法。
