The study on the application of marketing information system 营销信息系统的应用研究

Now, as the linkage between the company and the market environment, the marketing information system (MIS) has played an important role in the company decision-making and business operation activities. The effect of the information technique on the company's competitive ability lies on the application of the information technique. In fact, many companies have the tendency that emphasizes the technique but neglects the application when they implement the marketing information system. So their marketing information system has never achieved the expectant effects. This paper studies this question, and analyses the wrong concepts when the company implements the marketing information system in order to provide theoretical instructions for the application of the marketing information system.

Modeling of land ecological safety evaluation based on attribute recognition theory: A case study on Henan Province 基于属性识别理论的土地生态安全评价建模——以河南省为例

Evaluation of land ecological safety plays an important role in regional economic development, reasonable land utilization and ecological construction. The paper constructed an evaluation indicator system of land ecological safety. The indicator system was composed of natural, economic and social elements. Then the paper established an evaluation model of land ecological safety based on ordered division and attribute recognition criterion. Finally the paper developed a case study on Henan Province from 2000 to 2007. The sequence of land ecological safety of the eight years is: 2007>2006>2005>2003>2004>2002>2001>2000. There is a tendency of improvement year by year and the safety conditions in the eight years belong to "critically secure" grade. However, land ecological safety of Henan need to be improved. The evaluation results can help collocate and plan land resource effectively and reasonably and realize the sustainable utilization of land resource.
土地生态安全评价对区域经济发展、土地合理利用和生态建设具有重要作用。构建了土地生态安全评价指标体系。指标体系由自然要素、经济要素和社会要素组成。然后建立了基于有序划分和属性识别准则的土地生态安全评价模型。最后,以河南省2000 - 2007年为例进行了实证研究。8年土地生态安全排序为:2007年>2006年>2005年>2003年>2004年>2002年>2001年>2000年。8年的安全状况呈逐年改善的趋势,属于“极度安全”等级。然而,河南土地生态安全还有待提高。评价结果有助于有效合理地配置和规划土地资源,实现土地资源的可持续利用。

Network intrusion detection method based on Agent and SVM 基于Agent和SVM的网络入侵检测方法

It is necessary to study a kind of network intrusion detection method which realizes faster attack detection and response. In order to improve the network intrusion detection precision further, Network intrusion detection method based on Agent and SVM is proposed to recognize the intrusion types in the paper. The network intrusion detection system based Agent and SVM are created. Then, network Intrusion detection model based on SVM is gained, and the process of intrusion detection by SVM is given. The experimental results demonstrate that the presented method in this paper is better than artificial neural network.
有必要研究一种能够实现更快的攻击检测和响应的网络入侵检测方法。为了进一步提高网络入侵检测的精度,本文提出了基于Agent和SVM的网络入侵检测方法来识别入侵类型。建立了基于Agent和SVM的网络入侵检测系统。然后,建立了基于支持向量机的网络入侵检测模型,给出了支持向量机入侵检测的过程。实验结果表明,该方法优于人工神经网络。

In view of the contradiction of the "Labor Shortage" occured in the eastern costal cities of China and surplus rural labors existed in western regions, this article conducts an empirical analysis of rural labor mobility factors of all regions based on panel data, and compares the impact of various factors to get further results. In order to guarantee the quality of results, cointegration test are used.

Relief demand forecasting in emergency logistics based on tolerance model 基于容差模型的应急物流救援需求预测

Various disasters with serious results are reported and happen around our lives. Most of them are unconventional contingency events that are difficult to be detected and discriminated. Emergency management is an important activity dealing with the contingent events. For the uncertainty, imperfect, stochastic, fuzzy and disturbed environments and the unrecognized characteristics of the events, it is hard to make the urgent decision for relief demands in the context of emergency management. Inspired by the higher efficiency and special structure of immune system dealing with the pathogens, and the tolerance mechanisms dealing with incentives, a tolerance model based approach is proposed to forecast the emergency demands for protect disaster node. The concepts, models and algorithms are studied.

Agricultural e-commerce application mode in China 中国农业电子商务应用模式

E-commerce is the most extensive areas for the application of information technology and an important component of informationization construction. Agriculture is a growing part of the e-commerce world. In China, the cultural quality of personnel engaged in agriculture is generally not high, especially, the websites are unbalanced in the different regions. Facing the practical problems, this paper aims to clarify the stratification development strategies in the agricultural e-commerce mode. Less developed areas or small and medium agricultural enterprises should use third party e-commerce mode, the areas where government pays more attention and play the leading role should use C2G2B mode, however, in the developed areas, the large enterprise may establishes its own agricultural e-commerce.

Research on Wavelet Neural Network modeling based on improved Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm 基于改进粒子群优化算法的小波神经网络建模研究

For the shortcoming of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm in Wavelet Neural Network (WNN) training, a modeling approach of WNN based on improved PSO algorithm is proposed. The approach applied a PSO algorithm based on the strategies of multi-particle information sharing and self-adaptive inertia weight to optimize the parameters of WNN for modeling quality of WNN. The experiment result indicates that, compared with BP and Simple PSO (SPSO) algorithm in optimizing WNN, the approach had a better ability with features of convergence, precision, overcoming prematurity and local optimization, and was also a good method for nonlinear modeling.
针对粒子群算法在小波神经网络训练中的不足,提出了一种基于改进粒子群算法的小波神经网络建模方法。该方法采用基于多粒子信息共享和自适应惯性权重策略的粒子群算法对小波神经网络参数进行优化,提高小波神经网络的建模质量。实验结果表明,与BP和简单粒子群算法(Simple PSO, SPSO)相比,该方法具有更好的收敛性、精度、克服早熟性和局部寻优等特点,是一种很好的非线性建模方法。

A meaningful e-marketplace (MEMP) is a common business information space where computer agents can faithfully deliver the true meanings of e-trade with each other on behalf of their human masters. Partial understanding of any received e-trade information is forbidden since it hides unfavorable legal consequences. MEMP is a new concept. This paper discusses it by putting forward a framework, which consists of four important procedures of design, reification, transformation and inference. The important features of MEMP are representation personalization and localization, accurate cross-domain message exchange, true result reasoning, context-based reification, and model-free template design and use. In future, a successful realization of MEMP in design will drastically change our existing e-trade modes, lift the quality of e-business, and lead to a more efficient e-marketplace brought by higher accuracy of meaning understanding, broader scope of business interaction, and richer e-trade functions.

Improved differential evolution for global optimization 改进差分进化全局优化

Differential Evolution (DE) is a recently proposed population based evolutionary technique, which attracts much attention for its simple concept, easy implementation and robustness. In order to enhance the performance of classical DE, this paper presents an improved DE algorithm for global optimization. The proposed approach IDE employs a mutation operator based on an opposition-based learning concept. To verify the performance of IDE, we test it on 13 well-known benchmark functions. The simulation results show that the proposed approach outperforms the compared algorithm on most of test problems.
差分进化(DE)是近年来提出的一种基于种群的进化技术,以其概念简单、易于实现和鲁棒性而备受关注。为了提高经典DE算法的性能,本文提出了一种改进的DE全局优化算法。该方法采用基于对立学习概念的变异算子。为了验证IDE的性能,我们在13个著名的基准函数上进行了测试。仿真结果表明,该方法在大多数测试问题上都优于比较算法。
