Influencer marketing is a form of advertising in which the paid relationship between marketers and sponsors is not very clear. This relationship is clarified using advertising disclosure to protect consumer rights. The research investigates the influence of advertising disclosure on the sub-dimensional credibility of the source, namely attractiveness, expertise, and trustworthiness, as well as its direct and indirect influence on purchase intentions. The PLS-SEM analysis used data obtained from Instagram users aged 18-34 in Bekasi and Jakarta, had previously expressed an interest in buying beauty and fashion category products promoted by influencers on Instagram. The findings revealed that advertising disclosure significantly increases the sub-dimensional credibility of the source. Then, expertise and trustworthiness significantly increase purchase intentions; and the existence of advertising disclosure has a positive influence on the purchase intentions of beauty and fashion consumers on Instagram, both directly and indirectly. The findings further revealed that attractiveness had no effect on the purchase intentions of beauty and fashion consumers on Instagram. However, attractiveness, along with expertise and trustworthiness, can help influencer marketing be more effective. Overall, the study contributed to the literature on product endorsement by demonstrating how the influence of social media and ad disclosure can effectively improve consumer purchase intention on Instagram.

The purpose of this study is to examine elements that influence employee loyalty, as viewed through the prism of characteristics that foster the establishment of employee participation, as shown via case studies in financial services organizations. In a number of investigations, it was discovered that occupational health and safety had a significant impact in promoting employee loyalty, and this was confirmed. As a result, the goal of this study is to determine the degree to which employee loyalty is impacted by employee engagement when occupational health and safety is included as a moderator. The notion of employee engagement was the subject of the literature research conducted for this study, followed by employee loyalty and occupational health and safety. Using a quantitative approach, with reference to multivariate analytic methods, with partial least squares, and the decision-making way of looking at the P-values, this research method is carried out. The findings of this study indicate that occupational health safety does not have an effect on the relationship between employee engagement and employee loyalty; however, the presence of occupational health safety will not have an effect on the relationship between employee engagement and employee loyalty.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of information-seeking, knowledge, and self-sufficiency on Indonesian consumerism behaviour. There were 2100 data determined by using systematic random sampling. Data analyses applied Structural Equation Modeling using LISREL 8.7. The results confirmed that information-seeking significantly influence consumers’ knowledge. However, consumers’ self-sufficiency did not considerably affect information-seeking. It also revealed a significant positive effect of information-seeking and self-sufficiency toward consumerism behaviour, but no significant impact between consumers’ knowledge and consumerism behaviour. The government and consumer protection institutions need to be more intensive in conducting socialization to increase consumer knowledge and consumerism behaviour.

Indonesian oil reserves and production are greatly influenced by investment. The focus of the study is to evaluate governance options to boost investment through appropriate fiscal regime and non-fiscal policies. The main aspect of the fiscal regime to increase investment is cost recovery. When cost recovery is still interpreted as a burden on state finances and there is still a stigma that contractors commit fraud in cost recovery, it is then a big challenge for oil and gas contractors to maximize investment and for regulator in giving approval on budget. Flexible Split and First Trance Petroleum (FTP) are the 2nd highest priority to improve to accommodate dynamic situation on the oil industry such as oil price fluctuation and size of reserves. Incentives and windfall profit treatment are the other key issues on fiscal. Sufficient geological surveys and researches are crucial things to attract investment. The duration of a contract that is only 30 years is too short to maximize the contractors return because of lengthy period for exploration, construction and drillings prior production. Combination of NOC dominated and Separation of Power model seems to be the best governance model. Partnership between Pertamina and multi-national company will facilitate investment funding.

The purpose of this study is to examine the economic impact of Covid-19 on the performance of micro, and small enterprises (MSEs) and cooperative institutions; how the strategies and formulate a recovery strategy in the new normal era. The main data used are primary data collected through interviews to MSE and microfinance institutions. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics and econometric models. The before and after analysis shows the significantly different costs and benefits of MSEs before and after the pandemic. The analysis shows that in the pandemic Covid-19 period, all MSEs decreased performance, most experienced a decrease in business turnover (6 percent) and similarly with cooperative institutions, their turnover decreased to 55%. The strategy of the cooperatives to maintaining its performance is to provide relaxation, improve efficiency by reducing employees, and ask for a reduction in profit-sharing payments to creditors; while the MSE strategy if the cooperatives does not provide loans for a while is 60 percent of MSEs seeking loans from relatives, 25 percent borrowing from other microfinance despite high-interest rates and 15 percent selling their household assets.
