The research aims to identify the influential factors in developing cooperative development strategies in the city of Bogor. Research data using primary data and analysis using quantitative methods with SWOT and AHP analysis. The results of the research on the internal-external (IE) matrix show that the position of cooperative development is in cell one by implementing a growth strategy through vertical integration, by means of backward integration, meaning that in order to develop cooperatives in Bogor City, they must be independent, which means the use of all factors of production rely on the cooperative's own business, both products, human resources and other resources. The results of AHP show that the most prioritized strategy implemented is a strategy of trying to improve information and technology systems so that they can innovate and compete with other similar businesses. Cooperatives can make efforts to increase cooperation with the government and the private sector in the field of science and technology development so that cooperatives can innovate and compete in the market, as well as efforts to increase public trust in cooperatives and the need to make regulations and policies that support the development of cooperatives.

Resilience is the ability to survive, adapt, rise, and recover from unexpected conditions. The Covid-19 pandemic is unpredictable for almost all organizations, including Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), one of the state universities in Indonesia with legal status (PTN-BH). The study analyzes the effect of strategic human resource management (SHRM) on the resilience of university management in facing the COVID-19 pandemic, mediated by organizational culture. Respondents in this study were lecturers and education personnel at Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). The sampling technique used a stratified random sampling technique, obtaining 358 respondents. The research data were obtained by survey method using an online questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results showed that organizational culture successfully mediated the effect of SHRM on organizational resilience positively and significantly. Strategic HRM latent variables have a positive and significant impact on organizational culture, and organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on organizational resilience. The direct effect of SHRM on organizational resilience is positive and effective according to lecturers but not substantial according to education employees. This result means that the strategic HR policies implemented can support lecturers in adapting to changing conditions to continue to carry out their duties and achieve their performance targets. Meanwhile, for education employees, existing policies that have yet to help tend to contribute significantly to efforts to achieve organizational resilience. Education employees requires strategic HRM policy support that is different from lecturers to be able to contribute significantly to the achievement of organizational resilience.

The development of information technology has triggered significant changes to various aspects of human life, including the banking industry. The banking industry has adopted electronic banking technology that has made it easier for customers. One of the banks with an excellent reputation for large electronic transactions is Bank BCA. This condition requires Bank BCA always to guarantee the quality of existing electronic services. If the service has problems that interfere with customer satisfaction and trust, Bank BCA has the potential to lose its loyal customers. Therefore, a study was conducted to examine customer trust and satisfaction in using BCA's electronic banking services and their impact on customer loyalty. This study uses a sequential explanatory combination research design, namely a quantitative study first followed by a qualitative study. This method is used to obtain more in-depth data related to the problem under study. The results of this study state that satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. However, trust does not affect loyalty. However, this study states that BCA has succeeded in forming customer loyalty, such as the availability to recommend BCA to others, not wanting to switch and open accounts at other banks, and the desire to keep using BCA electronic banking services.

Initiatives to restore the economy in Indonesia have continued after the COVID-19 pandemic. The decline in people's purchasing power due to the pandemic is a threat to companies. Therefore, the right strategy is needed to deal with this threat, including PT. Fatahillah Anugerah Nibras, which has been a company in the fashion sector since 2011. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the company's internal and external environment through the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis, formulate and assess the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). This study uses a quantitative approach, with primary data sourced from questionnaires and secondary data sourced from literature studies. The results of the analysis of the internal and external environment show that PT. Fatahillah Anugerah Nibras is in quadrant IV, which means that the company is in a period of growth and a strategy is needed to increase the business growth. Meanwhile, the results of the BSC analysis show that the majority of KPIs scores are in the good category, but there are still a number of things that need to be improved, especially from an internal business process and financial perspective. Therefore, by implementing several strategies that drive business growth and improve several aspects of internal and financial processes, it is hoped that the business will run more effectively and efficiently.

Education staff need to have OCB, namely working in accordance with job responsibilites and even exceeding them to increase organizational effectiveness. ED and OC have an important role in creating OCB and are a form of POS (organizational support). Therefore, the role of mediation in ED and OC is important to study. Quantitative research methods using a sample of 140 respondents using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling techniques, with the criteria for permanent employee status and having worked at least 2 years at one of the private higher education in Surabaya. Test the validity and reliability using SPSS version 25, while data analysis using SmartPLS. The results show that there is a significant effect on POS to ED, ED to OC, OC to OCB, and POS to OCB through ED and OC as joint mediation. On the other hand, there is no significant effect on the relationship between POS to OC, POS and ED to OCB, as well as POS to OCB via ED or OC as independent mediation. The research results for the leaders of private higher education were examined so that leaders can show organizational support in the form of respect for the contributions that have been made by education staff so that work abilities can be improved through employee development efforts and organizational commitment will be higher. In addtion, education staff will want to help provide suggestions or input to their co-workers, so that work will be more effective without having to be given orders.

Social capital in the form of strong internal and external networks is useful in maintaining the company's supply chain resilience and company competitiveness. During the COVID-19 pandemic, social capital in the form of relationship strength that is the mainstay of transportation service companies is not utilized optimally due to restrictions on direct interaction between companies and stakeholders. Effort to digitize company services is one option in empowering social capital through relationship strength to maintain supply chain resilience and company competitiveness. This research explores the role of service digitalization in the empowerment of social capital to generate supply chain resilience and company competitiveness. Data and information are collected from 446 Indonesia’s marine transportation services companies through online surveys and analyzed statistically using SEM WarPls. The results showed that social capital has a significant effect on the company’s supply chain resilience and also on the company competitiveness. Furthermore, service digitalization strengthens the influence of social capital on the supply chain resilience. Likewise, service digitalization strengthens the influence of social capital on company competitiveness. On the contrary, service digitalization actually weakens the influence of supply chain resilience on the company competitiveness.

Coffee Shop is one of Food and Beverage (F&B) business that has a more functional purpose than culinary businesses in general. Coffee Shop does not only sell coffee drinks or its accompaniments, but a place that provides space and comfort for its customers while enjoying coffee and its accompaniments. This is a consideration for MSMEs whether Coffee Shops will be more effective if they adopt online food delivery services. This study aims to explore the factors that influence the adoption of Food Delivery Applications (FDA) in MSMEs Coffee Shop based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). The research was conducted on 70 MSMEs Coffee Shop in Pontianak City by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling method with SmartPLS software. The results showed that the personal innovativeness variable had a significant positive effect on FDA's adoption behavior at the coffee shop MSMEs in Pontianak City. Coffee shop entrepreneurs in Pontianak City do not consider performance expectancy, supporting infrastructure, community and consumer needs, technological security levels, or the cost of using food delivery services. While previous studies hAVE identified factors influencing people's technology adoption behavior with the UTAUT2 theory, this study showed that the factors that shape coffee shop behavior are different from F&B businesses generally in terms of adopting food delivery. Factors outside the UTAUT2 theory need to be analyzed in future studies to explore factors influencing FDA adoption by coffee shop MSMEs.
