Keniscayaan Metode Komprehensif dalam Studi Islam: Telaah Pemikiran Ali Syariati 伊斯兰研究的全面必然性方法:研究Ali Syariati的想法

This article reveals Ali Shariati's thoughts on methodological issues in studying Islam. The data used are the works of Ali Shariati and relevant literature obtained from library sources and analyzed by qualitative descriptive methods and philosophical approaches. This article finds that Ali Shariati views it as important and necessary to understand Islam in various ways. According to him, the method of understanding Islam is fundamental for socio-political change and the progress of civilization. However, Ali Shariati only offers two approaches to understanding Islam, namely historical and sociological approaches. Based on these findings, this article recommends and supports the claims of urgency and necessity of comprehensive methods in Islamic studies

Islamic education system refers to the value of Islam. Islamic education foundation located in attitude or outlook on life itself. Which Islam considers life is not an end of all but ground to achieve spiritual goals after life. At the time of the prophet, Islamic education implemented in two periods, Mecca period and Medina period. Mecca period as the initial construction phase of Islamic education and based in Makkah, and Medina period as the center of Islamic learning and activities. Teosofi al-Suhrawardi al-Maqtul dan Mahzab Iluminasionisme dalam Filsafat Islam

Islamic mysticism (Sufism) developed rapidly systematically (theosophy) and widely after the birth of speculative theology ('ilm al-kalām). The development is considered to have reached its peak in the hands of Syihab Al-Din Suhrawardi Al-Maqtul (d. 1191 AD) and Muhy Al-Din Ibn 'Arabi (d. 1240 AD). These two Sufi-philosophers that gave a new color that had a different nuance from the muhadditsun, mutakallimun, philosophers, and also a number of Sufis who were strongly tied to text traditions. Although both of them also have a basis of text, their interpretation is so broad, they also have different nuances. Especially the first name has a unique journey in his career, thought and life. Suhrawardi is proposing criticism as well as trying to create a synthesis as a form of criticism and renewal of thoughts that developed before his time. Inspired by the concept of light from the Koran and Al-Ghazalī's Misykat, he tried to connect what he encountered with ancient knowledge while exploring new knowledge, especially regarding the concepts and systems of light, resulting in his new theosophy called Philosophy of Isyraq. This paper will discuss the profile, context, and thoughts of Suhrawardi, especially regarding his Divine Philosophy idea which is based on light.

Koperasi dalam Perpektif Hukum Islam

Cooperatives are business entities established by individuals or groups to improve the economic quality of the community. Especially in Indonesia, cooperatives have played their role since pre-independence. One of the functions of cooperatives is as a fund-crediting agency. With the development of cooperatives in Indonesia and the high awareness of the Indonesian people about Islamic law in every transaction in order to avoid what is called usury and gharar (losses) make cooperatives interesting to study more deeply using the lens of Islamic law. It is judged that cooperatives are a new type of transaction that did not occur in the days of the prophets and scholars of previous schools of thought. It is interesting because the ulama have different views on cooperatives. Of course, the difference is not only in terms of texts but also from the harm and benefits of cooperatives. Keywords: Cooperatives, Transactions, Islamic Law Koperasi merupakan badan usaha yang didirikan oleh individu atau kelompok guna meningkatkan kualitias ekonomi masyarakat. Terkhusus di Indonesia koperasi telah memainkan perannya sejak pra kemerdekaan. Salah satu fungsi koperasi adalah sebagai badan pengkreditan dana. Dengan berkembangnya koperasi di Indonesia serta tingginya kesadaran masyarakat Indonesia akan hukum Islam dalam setiap transaksi agar terhindar dari yang namanya riba dan gharar (kerugian) menjadikan koperasi menarik untuk dikaji lebih dalam menggunakan kaca mata hukum Islam. Dinilai karena koperasi termasuk jenis transaksi baru yang tidak terjadi di zaman nabi dan ulama mazhab terdahulu. Menjadi menarik karena ulama berbeda pendapat dalam memandang koperasi. Tentu perbedaan itu bukan ditinjau dari nash saja melainkan dari mudharat dan manfaat yang ditimbulkan koperasi. Kata Kunci: Koperasi, Transaksi, Hukum Islam

The spread of the Covid-19 virus has been very massive almost all over the world, Covid-19 is a real threat to humans and countries because it causes some global losses and damage. The perceived losses have led several countries to sue China to be responsible and immediately be tried in an international court. This research aims to know, understand, and analyze the regulatory responsibilities of countries in Islamic law and international law perspective and whether or not the country of origin of the Covid-19 outbreak is held accountable for a global Covid-19. This research is normative legal research with a statutory approach. The results of this study explain that China could be held accountable if it met certain characteristics of the Covid-19 case, but it is not easy for China to be held accountable for this Covid-19 case which almost in several countries in the world

Peranan Majelis Taklim dalam Pembinaan Keberagamaan bagi Ibu Rumah Tangga

This study aims to determine and describe how the role of the taklim assembly in fostering religiosity in the aspect of worship for housewives; the role of the taklim assembly in fostering the religious reading of the Qur'an; the role of the taklim assembly in fostering religious diversity in the social aspect; and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in religious development for housewives. The type of research used is qualitative research (field research), qualitative research methods are descriptive methods in the form of writing or words from people and observed behavior. Sources of data obtained from the congregation taklim assembly. To strengthen the research data obtained, the authors also took data through observation and documentation. All interview data were analyzed by collecting, reducing, presenting and ending with conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the role of the taklim assembly in religious development for housewives in various aspects, namely aspects of worship, the Koran, and social plays a very important role in broadcasting and developing Islam in society, especially for housewives

This study aims to determine the Strategy of Guiding Troubled in Islamic Religious Guidance for Teenagers in North Padang Mantinggi Village, Rao District, Pasaman Regency. This research is a type of field research using qualitative methods. Sources of data were taken from three informants consisting of coaches of trouble, five parents of teenagers, and fifteen members of teenagers using purposive sampling technique. Research data were taken through in-depth interviews with all informants. PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI THAILAND

Di Thailand, negeri yang mayoritasnya beragama Budha aliran Teravada (agama resmi kerajaan),terdapat lebih dari 10% penduduk muslim dari seluruh populasi penduduk Thailand. Pendudukmuslim Thailand sebagian besar berdomisili di bagian selatan Thailand, seperti di propinsi Pha Nga,Songkhla, Narathiwat dan sekitarnya yang dalam sejarahnya adalah bagian dari Daulah IslamiyyahPattani. Dengan jumlah umat yang menjadi minoritas ini, walau menjadi agama kedua terbesar setelahBudha, umat Islam Thailand sering mendapat serangan dari umat Budha (umat Budha garis keras),intimidasi, bahkan pembunuhan masal. Pattani (patani) adalah nama sebuah “Muslim minoritas”yang mendiami empat wilayah selatan Thailand, yaitu Patani, Naratiwat, Satun, dan Jala. Masuknyaagama Islam ke Selatan Thailand (Patani) tidak bisa dilepaskan dengan masuknya Islam ke AsiaTenggara. Rentetan penyiaran Islam di Nusantara ini merupakan satu kesatuan dari mata rantaiperoses Islamisasi di Nusantara. Pendidikan Islam yang dijalankan di Thailand memiliki persamaandengan pendidikan Islam yang ada di Indonesia. Seperti, di Thailand juga ada pondok dan madrasahyang mana sistem pendidikannya sama dengan yang ada di Indonesia. Perbedaannya terdapat padajumlah mata pelajaran yang diujikan pada UN dan kewajiban mempelajari bahasa Thai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan informasi dan membahas tentang upayameningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI)melalui model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakankelas (Classroom Action Research) dengan subjek penelitian peserta dididk kelas IV Sekolah Dasardengan jumlah peserta didik 19 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada awal semester ganjil tahun ajaran2019/2020. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua kalipertemuan. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap penelitian, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaantindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian digunakan empat alatpengumpulan data yaitu, observasi lapangan, wawancara, hasil tes dan bukti dokumentasi. Seluruhdata dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus presentase dan reduksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitianterkait dengan hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran problem based learning ini dapatmeningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, karena peserta didik sudah berhasil mencapai KKM yangtelah ditetapkan. Hal itu dapat dibuktikan dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar peserta didikdalam setiap siklus, yaitu Siklus I (47%) dan siklus II (89%).

Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas dan mengkaji pemikiran Muhammad Abduh tentangpendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah library research, yang menggunakan data kepustakaansebagai sumber. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan terdapat 7 (tujuh) point penting pemikiran M.Abduh yang terkait dengan pendidikan, yaitu ; (1) Pengertian pendidikan, pendidikan adalahsarana perubahan, (2) Tujuan pendidikan, adalah mendidik akal dan jiwa serta menyampaikanpada batas-batas kemungkinan seseorang mencapai kebahagiaan hidup dunia dan akhirat, (3)Kurikulum pendidikan, di mulai dari tingkat sekolah dasar, menengah dan tingkat atas, (4) Metodependidikan yang paling banyak beliau gunakan adalah diskusi dan keteladanan, (5) Saranapendidikan, menurut Abduh sarana pendidikan adalah semua yang berguna untuk mempermudahtercapainya tujuannya pendidikan, (6) Pendidik, menurut Abduh perlu campur tangan pemerintahdalam mempersiapkan pendidik, (7) Pendidikan Wanita, menurut Abduh wanita berhakmendapatkan pendidikan.
