This article discusses the special way (manhaj) from the book of interpretation of al-Jâmi' li ahkâm al-Qurân by Al-Qurtubi. The purpose of this paper is to find out what sources are used as references by al-Qurtubi, how the style of his interpretation is and how the special way (manhaj khâsh) adopted by Al-Qurtubi in implementing his interpretation. The writing of this research will be based on literature review or library research, using qualitative methods. The main source (primary) that is used as reference material is the book of interpretation of al-Jâmi' li ahkâm al-Qurân by Imam Al-Qurtubi, while the additional (secondary) source is derived from the books of interpretation of the Qur'ran and other relevant books with the topic of discussion. This research is exploratory research. The results obtained are that the sources of al-Qurtubi's interpretation are the Qu'ran, the sunnah of the Prophet, the opinions of Sahabah and the opinions of tabi'in, the history of asbâb an-nuzûl, Arabic poems, qiraat, opinions of madzhab scholars, books of interpretation of previous scholars. , such as the works of Az-Zujaj, ma'ânî al-qurân; Abu Ubaidah, majâz al-qurân; Al-Harasi, ahkâm al-qurân; and others. In addition, Al-Qurtubi also quotes from the books of hadith, such as the nine books (kutub at-tisáh); Sunan books, Musnads, and also the Maghazi books. The style of interpretation is fiqhi interpretation and there are ten khâsh manhajs taken by Al-Qurtubi in his commentary book.

This research is a study of the Islamic thought of two Islamic figures, namely Al-Gazhali and Ibn Taimiyah, regarding calling for good and preventing from bad (amar ma'ruf nahi munkar). This research is motivated by the difference in thinking of the two scholars regarding (amar ma'ruf nahi munkar). Seeing this phenomenon, a reassessment of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar is very important and urgent to do. The research questions are: how al-Gazhali and Ibn Taimiyah think about amar ma'ruf nahi munkar; and how do the two figures differ and differ in their thoughts on amar ma'ruf nahi munkar? This study aims to describe the thoughts of Al-Gazhali and Ibn Taimiyah about amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, looking for differences and similarities between the two. This research is a literature-based research. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The results showed that the method of practice of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar (especially nahi munkar) compiled by Al-Gazhali was carried out in stages, starting from the mild stage such as notifying the perpetrators of the mundane, to the more violent or decisive stage such as threatening or even hitting. Meanwhile, Ibn Taimiyah, carrying out his practical method, namely the subtle way is the way of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. Affection is the foothold of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. Therefore, Ibn Taimiyah taught that in practice goodness (maslahat) must take precedence over ugliness (mafsadhat).

Jamaluddin al-Afghani (1838-1897) is one of the Islamic modernists who is famous for his slogan of Pan-Islamism. Apart from his discourse on Islam and politics, al-Afghani also developed a system of rational theology. This article will explore al-Afghani's rational theology, especially about reason and revelation and human actions. This article employs a qualitative, explorative-analytical method. This article concludes that in al-Afghani’s theology, reason and revelation are two sources of knowledge that do not contradict each other, which both lead to the truth. Regarding human action, al-Afghani maintains that human being has the power to determine what they want to achieve.

The formation of national law which is the basis for realizing justice in Indonesia has gone through a long process. Starting from the entry of Islam into Indonesia and is still ongoing now. In the formation of the national law, there are at least four theories that explain how the struggle for legal sources that have been integrated with Indonesian society has crystallized into the main guideline in regulating the lives of Indonesian people. The sources of law are Religious Law, Customary Law, and Dutch Law. Combining these three sources of law to become national law is not simple. So that clashes often occur which results in the birth of various conflicts in the community. In particular, when the Dutch Colonial tried to apply their laws in Indonesia, they set rules according to their interests in order to strengthen their grip on the colonized country. So to explain how the process of forming national law, there are several theories that can explain it, namely: Receptie in Complex, Receptie, Receptie a Contrario, and Eclecticism. This research is in the form of qualitative which tends to be analytical and descriptive. Data were collected from various relevant literature and then analyzed using interactive methods. Thus, the findings of this study are that the theory of Receptie in Complex, Receptie, Receptie a Contrario, and Eclecticism explains that national law and religious law have a strong relationship. So national law and religious law will always be united in their principles because the majority of Indonesian people are Muslims.

This study aims to explore the Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ) is an institution that is engaged in religious activities, as well as the Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ) which should be a very appropriate institution to develop Islamic symbols in terms of deepening read the Qur'an properly and correctly and the madrasa diniyah from a historical perspective. This research is using a library approach. Madrasah Diniyah provide awareness for the Islamic Community about the existence of Religious Education. In its development, it has led to the renewal of Islamic education. In the next phase of Madrasah the diniyah have still received recognition from the government as part of the national education system in Indonesia. It also has a level of education such as basic education which is called madrasah diniyah ula or Awaliyah.

Interest in women's issues does not only come from women's groups, but also from men's groups. The word "masculine" which is often attached to men and "feminine" to women is in fact a form of social construction which in practice is absolutely interchangeable. It is important to trace the existence of men in the Islamic feminism movement with the aim of seeing how religion regulates the position of men and tracing the causes of discrimination against women under the guise of religion. This research is included in library research that refers to several scientific sources such as books, journals and the internet. The method used is historical continuity and interpretation to trace history and its relation to actual issues related to the existence of men and the Islamic feminism movement. From the results of the study, it was found that the existence of men in the Islamic feminism movement is a form of concern and support for issues related to gender inequality and violence against women in the name of religion as the basis of Islamic law. In addition to thinking support, the researcher also found that there was support in terms of action. For example, the campaign from the New Men's Alliance which supports the gender equality movement, that there is nothing wrong if men also help in the domestic area because cleaning the house and taking care of children is not an absolute nature of women. In addition, the existence of men can also be seen from the ideas of characters such as Asghar Ali Engineer and KH Husein Muhammad. In general, both are equally critical of the conservative views of Muslims. Criticizing the commentators who only use the Qur'an and Hadith as the only source of Islamic law without contextualizing it with the progress of civilization. As a result, misogynistic verses appear that are detrimental to one party, in this case women.

Science is very closely related to revelation (the Qur'an), because both are sourced from Allah SWT. So this study aims to find a correlation between science, especially astronomy and revelation (Al-Quran) so that it can be a reference in view of the correlation between science and the Qur'an. Al-Qur'an contains miracles, one of which is I'jaz ilmi. I'jaz ilmi can be seen from the truth of the Qur'an which is proven in later scientific studies. This research is novel because it discusses the meaning of Lafaz al-Kawkab in the perspective of the Koran and the wisdom of its use in the Koran, as well as scientific facts about the planet. This research is descriptive qualitative, while the type of this research is library research. The method used in this study is the Tafsir Muqaran method, which compares various interpretations in the Tafsir books and captures their correlation with science. The results of this study stated that lafaz al-kawkab means planets in the solar system and has a different essence from other celestial bodies. In addition, the Qur'an also describes the nature and characteristics and functions of these planets by distinguishing the term al-kawkab and other celestial bodies in their mention.

This article discusses about the history of the development of hadith that occurred at the beginning of the development of Islam. The traditions that are known today are found in the books of hadith not just by accident, but through a long journey. Starting from the hadith conveyed by the Prophet, then memorized and recorded by the companions, there was even a prohibition from the Prophet himself in recording it, until there was a process where the hadith was arranged in the way it was narrated and finally the hadiths were recorded in a neatly arranged book. The existence of a prohibition on recording this hadith is certainly a problem as to how the hadith will be narrated, the loss of a definite source whether it is true that the hadith comes from the Prophet because there are no notes and reminders about the hadith. However, the restriction in narration (Taqlil ar Riwayah) both from the Prophet himself and from his companions was intended to keep the Qur'an from being mixed with hadith, because at that time the revelation of the Qur'an was taking place.

This article discusses one of the goals of education, namely to educate people. The first step that must be taken before dismantling the oddity of education in Indonesia is to know in advance about the nature of human beings themselves. Many people think that humans have three elements, namely physical elements, intellectual elements, and spiritual elements. There is a part of humans called the heart which is the heart of human control. Based on this, this article will discuss the relationship between the heart and education. This article uses qualitative research methods and the conclusion of this type of research method is in the form of words based on a study of a concept of thought of a character or phenomenon that occurs and is synergized with a theory. This literature research is focused on exploring tarbiyah messages in the verses of the Qur'an, related to the theme of Qolbun education.

This research aim to find out, explain, and to describe how the renewal of Islamic education in the field of curriculum at al-Isyad Islamic Boarding School Bulaan Kamba, Kubang Putiah (years 2011 until 2021). Including the renewal of the study of yellow book. The location of this research is the Islamic Boarding School al-Irsyad Islamic Boarding School Bulaan Kamba, Kubang Putiah Village, Banuhampu District, Agam Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research with historical research methods. This research was conducted at the Islamic Boarding School al-Irsyad Islamic Boarding School Bulaan Kamba, Kubang Putiah, Banuhampu District, Agam Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Technique of validating data with triangulation technique. The results of the research conducted by the researchers can be concluded that there is indeed a renewal of Islamic education in the al-Irsyad Islamic Boarding School Bulaan Kamba Islamic Boarding School, Kubang Putiah, especially in the field of curriculum.
