The leadership style principles of the Saleh Children's Kindergarten in Malang, shows the ability of a leader to be able to influence and motivate teachers to be professional in their professional responsibilities as teachers. Teachers who understand that they must continue to hone, update and improve their competencies in line with advances in technology and information in the world of education. In this study, the background of a leader who is able to accommodate all the needs of teachers in a teacher professional development program with coaching techniques, a strategy implemented by exploring the potential of teachers to be able to solve all problems that arise in the learning process. The competence of leaders in an institution greatly determines the performance of teachers as human resources who have a role to design, implement and evaluate to achieve the expected learning objectives. In this study, the authors want to find out more about "Analysis of the Effect of Sales Promotion and Brand Reputation on Impulsive Purchases at Super Indo" in accordance with the subject matter raised by the researcher, namely the relationship between sales promotion and brand reputation that can affect pembelian impulsif behavior. One way to excel in terms of sales is to be able to influence consumers to make impulse purchases by using sales promotions that are attractive and in accordance with consumer needs. In addition, it is also necessary to improve and maintain the reputation of the brand sold by business people in this modern market. In this study will use quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires and test analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) techniques. The population in this study were consumers from Super Indo which was carried out for 2 days as many as 69 samples. The conclusion of this study is that sales promotion and brand reputation have an effect on pembelian impulsif behavior.

The purpose of this study is to find out what is the effect of NCT127 as a brand ambassador on the brand image of Nu Green Tea products, then is brand ambassadors and brand image can also have an influence on purchasing decisions for Nu Green Tea products. This study uses quantitative research methods and uses questionnaires as a data collection technique and then analyzes the data using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. This study gives results, that the relationship between brand ambassadors and brand image variables has a significant influence where the P value is below 0.05, then for a brand image variable it is proven to be able to influence purchasing decisions and gain trust from consumers, while the selection of NCT127 brand ambassadors is also proven influence to create a consumer purchasing decision mindset. Thus it can be stated that all the variables of this study, which is Brand Ambassador variable, Brand Image variable, and Purchase Decision variable have a significant effect. Organizational commitment is a condition in which an individual follows the policies and goals of the organization and his desire to maintain his membership in the organization. This study aims to analyze the increase in organizational commitment influenced by organizational support, job satisfaction, and quality of work life at the Petrokimia Gresik Family Employee Cooperative (K3PG). This study uses a quantitative approach to determine the level of organizational commitment relationship that is influenced by organizational support, job satisfaction, and quality of work life. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed an increase in organizational commitment which was influenced by organizational support to achieve employee job satisfaction which resulted in a more conducive quality of work life. Penelitian terhadap kinerja keuangan PT. DSFI yang dilakukan sebelum pandemic covid-19 pada tahun 2018-2019 dibandingkan dengan keadaan ketika terjadi pandemic covid-19 tahun 2020-2022, secara umum menunjukkan keadaan yang lebih baik. Hal itu terlihat pada keadaan likuiditas perusahaan yang diukur dengan Cash Ratio, Quick Ratio, dan Current Ratio. Kondisi solvabilitas yang diukur dengan Debt to Asset dan Debt to Equity juga menunjukkan keadaan yang lebih baik ketika pandemic terjadi. Hanya rasio aktivitas saja yang diukur dengan Perputaran Total Aktiva, Perputaran Total Persediaan dan Perputaran Piutang yang menunjukkan penurunan, hal ini dikarenakan terjadinya penurunan penjualan sejak tahun 2018-2020. Sedangkan kemampuan profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return on Asset dan Return on Equity menunjukkan kecenderungan yang meningkat ketika pandemic terjadi. Walaupun kinerja ketika pandemic meningkat namun hal itu belum sesuai dengan standar industri. Secara umum kondisi kinerja PT. This study aims to examine and analyze both partially and simultaneously the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial interest of students in the management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, WR Supratman University, Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative method with a student population of the 2017 and 2018 class of Management study program which found 98 students. In this study, the authors used the data collection methods questionnaire and google form. While the research sample found 72 students based on filling in the google form.The results showed that partially, namely the t test, the results of Entrepreneurship Knowledge had a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest with a value of sig. count < from 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and the hypothesis is accepted. Entrepreneurial Personality has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Entrepreneurship with a value of sig. count < from 0.05 (035 < 0.05) and the hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, for the simultaneous test, the F test Knowing Entrepreneurship Knowledge and Entrepreneurial Personality simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest with sig. count < from 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05), the hypothesis is accepted. This study aims to determine partially or simultaneously the effect of work communication, work equipment, and work safety on job satisfaction at PT. Inda Logistics Cargo Surabaya (Kengelan Branch). In the design of this study, we used the post-survey method. The data used is quantitative data. The analytical method used is multiple regression testing, data quality testing, and classical hypothesis testing. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS26. The results of this study indicate that work communication can have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. At Indah Logistik Cargo Surabaya (Kangeran Branch), work facilities can have a significant influence on the job satisfaction of PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Surabaya (Kengelan Branch) and Employment Security have a partial effect on job satisfaction of PT. Inda Logistics Cargo Surabaya (Kengelan Branch). perhotelan merupakan salah satu dari pendukung industri kreatif yang berkembang paska pandemi covid 19. dalam operasional manajemen khususnya layanan yang cepat dan tanggap menjadi kunci utama dalam memenangkan persaingan. implementasi sistem informasi perhotelan merupakan solusi untuk mengatasi tingkat respon dari hotel terhadap kebutuhan konsumen. pada penelitian ini dilakukan pemodelan dari sistem informasi berbasis web pada industri perhotelan. penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode waterfall dan perancangan tampilan antar muka serta notifikasi pada sistem pembayaran agar mempermudah pengguna dalam melakukan transaksi. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan adalah nilai manfaat terhadap bisnis hotel dimana hotel akan memiliki efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam proses reservasi tamu yang akan menginap.

Companies that are ready to compete must have effective management because with management company goals will be easier to achieve. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation have on employee performance in the production division. This research was conducted in a Korean company in Surabaya with a total of 68 respondents. All data were analyzed using SPSS version 20.0. The results of the study simultaneously and partially leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a dominant influence on employee performance, while work motivation is the smallest coefficient value in this study, however employee motivation is still needed to improve employee performance.
