This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price, and product quality simultaneously and partially on fast food purchasing decisions at the Smack Burger restaurant, Ngagel Jaya Selatan, Surabaya. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 80 consumers of Smack Burger Ngagel Jaya Selatan, Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F) it is known that Fcount is 57.707 > Ftable is 2.72. This means that there is an effect of service quality, price and product quality together on purchasing decisions on consumers of Smack Burger Ngagel Jaya Selatan Surabaya, (2) The partial test results show that the variables of service quality (not significant), price (significant) and product quality (significantly) has an effect on purchasing decisions at the Smack Burger restaurant, Ngagel Jaya Selatan Surabaya. Human resources are the most important asset for the company, therefore companies need to optimize employee performance. In the COVID-19 pandemic, the hotel industry has had a huge impact, knowing the influence of motivation and emotional intelligence on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis method, where the population in this study is 150 employees of a hotel in Surabaya. The results in this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive effect, work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance and is significant on employee performance, motivation and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Pemasaran menggunakan aplikasi mobile merupakan tren saat ini. Jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile dalam melakukan transaksi hingga januari 2021 tercatat sebesar 193,3 juta pengguna dari total keseluruah penduduk Indonesia yang berkisar diangka 267 juta penduduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen berdasarkan dari kualitas tampilan antar muka pada aplikasi pemesanan berbasis mobile yaitu aplikasi GoFood. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan purposive sampling. Total responden yang didapatkan sebesar 105 konsumen, yaitu konsumen yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi GoFood dan selanjutnya dilakukan olah data menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,05 melalui aplikasi SPSS. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terbukti bahwa variabel tampilan antarmuka berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap minat beli para konsumen pada aplikasi GoFood.

This research aimed to find out the effect of brand image, product quality, price, and promotion, on consumers’ purchase intention of Burger King Fast Food restaurant,Surabaya. The research was quantitative moreover, the population was consumers who had bought at Burger King restaurant, Jemursari, Surabaya. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there ware 96 respondents as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used SPSS 25for windows. In addition, based on hypothesis tests, it concluded that product quality affected consumers’ purchase intention of Burger King Fast Food restaurant, Jemursari, Surabaya. Likewise, price had a significant effect on consumers’ buying decisions of Burger King Fast Food restaurant, Jemursari, Surabaya. Similarly, promotion had a significant effect on consumers’ purchase intention of Burger King Fast Food restaurant, Jemursari, Surabaya. Correspondingly, brand image had a significant effect on consumers’ purchase intention of Burger King Fast Food restaurant, Jemursari, Surabaya.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the SBI interest rate and the inflation rate on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) partially and simultaneously on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results showed that there was a simultaneous effect of the two dependent variables on the independent variable, namely the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). Partially, the SBI interest rate has no significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) and the inflation rate has no significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI).

Boen Interior Surabaya which is located at Jl. Kalijudan X No. 11, Kalijudan, Mulyorejo, Surabaya City, East Java. is a company engaged in furniture and has many employees. Problems that exist in the CV. Boen Interior Surabaya is a decrease in employee performance due to compensation, motivation and employee work environment. The purpose of this study in accordance with the formulation of the problem described above is to determine, analyze and answer the role of Compensation, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at CV. Boen Interior Surabaya. This study took respondents with a total of 45 employees. This study took primary data by using a questionnaire. The type of research that will be used is by using quantitative methods. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis using SPSS Version 23.0. while for the classical assumption test used, among others, Data Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, heterokedasticity test. Overall, the indicators used in this study are valid (because the correlation coefficient value is > 0.739 with a significant level < 0.05) and reliable (because the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient value is > 0.60). The results of the classical assumption test also show that this study has met, among others: 1) the residuals of the two regression models are normally distributed; 2) Both regression models are free from multicollinearity; 3) There is no heteroscedasticity. This study aims to examine the effect of financial performance as measured by Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Macroeconomics as measured by inflation, exchange rates, interest rates on stock prices in investment sub-sector companies on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange). 2015-2019 period, either simultaneously or partially. In this study, the population used is 11 investment companies, and the sample selected using purposive sampling method is 7 companies. the type of research used is quantitative, with the research location and source www.idx.co.id. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is assisted by the SPSS program with a significant level of 0.05 or 5%. based on the type of investigation, this study wants to prove a causal relationship between the independent variables Return On Equity (X1), Current Ratio (X2), Debt to Equity Ratio (X3), inflation (X4), exchange rates (X5), interest rates (X6) jointly affect the stock price. As for the partial test results, Return On Equity, inflation, and interest rates have no significant effect on stock prices, then Current Ratio and exchange rates have an insignificant negative effect on stock prices, while the Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on stock prices. In this study, the population used is 11 investment companies, and the sample selected using purposive sampling method is 7 companies. the type of research used is quantitative, with the research location and source www.idx.co.id. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is assisted by the SPSS program with a significant level of 0.05 or 5%. based on the type of investigation, this study wants to prove a causal relationship between the independent variables Return On Equity (X1), Current Ratio (X2), Debt to Equity Ratio (X3), inflation (X4), exchange rates (X5), interest rates (X6) jointly affect the stock price. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan dari kinerja relationship manager dan dikaitkan dengan keuntungan bank CIMB NIAGA di Surabaya. Ada tiga variabel bebas yang digunakan sebagai prediktor keuntungan bank yaitu kinerja relationship manager berdasarkan target klien (X1), target nilai (X2) dan loyalitas nasabah. Data yang digunakan adalah data dari tahun 2006-2014. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik parametrik yang meliputi analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil pengujian terhadap hipotesis dan analisis terhadap fungsi regresi disimpulkan bahwa baik target klien (X1), target nilai (X2) dan loyalitas nasabah (X3) terbukti mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank CIMB Niaga Surabaya. Hasil uji F hitung di dapatkan nilai F sebesar 14,179 dengan probabilitas menerima H0 sebesar 0,007 dengan demikian H0 ditolak. Ketepatan model prediktor secara simultan ini dijelaskan dengan kekuatan hubungan model sebesar 0,946 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,895. Signifikansi pengaruh target klien (X1) terhadap profitabilitas ditunjukkan dengan uji t hitung sebesar 2,952 dengan signifikansi mencapai 0,032, target nilai (X2) dengan t hitung sebesar 2,793 dan signifikansi 0,038 dan pada variabel Loyalitas Nasabah (X3) dengan t hitung 6,248 dengan signifikansi mencapai 0,002. Keseluruhan hasil tersebut telah menunjukkan nilai signifikansi dibawah 5% sehingga hipotesis H0 yang diajukan ditolak, ini berarti bahwa tiga variabel prediktor yang diteliti telah memberikan bukti kuat signfikansi pengaruhnya terahdap profitabilitas Bank CIMB Niaga Surabaya.
