Minesweeper Warship KRI Pulau Rupat 712 needs stability when sails at the sea. Stability control system has had some problems due to their electronic life time equipment, remembering that this ship was made by Holland in 1984 (more than 30 years ago). Rejuvenation of control system is needed in order that its stability system is still can be functioned. Current control system use electronics card which is rather difficult to be repaired when it is broken. PLC is one of the solutions to change the electronics card system because PLC is easy to install and using programming system which is also easy to learn and having been used by a lot of industry likes automotive, food and beverage, oil and gas, textile, and etc. Some of the old instruments still can be used because PLC can support them, except there are few instruments that must be changed and added, for example: must change the gyro sensor and add the soft button HMI to change the hard button.

This paper proposed a novel method to detect the kidnapped robot problem event in Monte Carlo Localizationin corridor-like map. The proposed method is aimed towards overcoming two commmon drawbacks from existing methods of detection, namely the inability to stay accurate across wide array of particles’ convergence level, and a high dependency on the success of recovery process. This objective is achived by combining the difference in particle’s weight, maximum current weight, and difference in particles’ standard deviation. The addition of these two parameters makes the proposed method to be superior to pure maximum current weight parameter for kidnapping detection. A series of simulation tests using corridor-like map are executed to test the claim. These simulations show that the proposed method outperforms the maximum current weight parameter in terms of accuracy, ability to detect kidnapping during early stage of localization, and independency towards the success of the re-localization process.

Machine cost is one of the components of production cost. Accurate record of machine usage time is thus crucial to obtain accurate production cost calculation. Besides, machine usage time can be used as parameter to assess the performance of the machine operator. Furthermore, the data can be used as input to the machine’s maintenance and reparation plan. The author is motivated by the current problems found at Akademi Teknik Mesin Industri (ATMI) Cikarang, where it is still possible to use one machine simultaneously by more than one operator. This causes inaccuracy in calculation of machine usage time and production cost. In this paper, the author proposed a design of device to record detailed data of shop drawing and machine usage time. By the use of this device, a certain machine will be activated and deactivated by using RFID technology, with the whole system controlled by Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller. Furthermore, the shop drawing and machine usage time will be able to be accessed through a Windows-based interface application, implemented by using Visual Studio. A database is also made available by using Microsoft Access. The use of the proposed device makes possible of accurate measurement of production time efficiency and machine operator performance. Through this improved accuracy, further analysis can be made in order to achieve production improvements in planning, process, and maintenance.

PT Dharma Electrindo Manufacturing is one of the compant in automotive manufacture. This company has two plants which are in Cikarang and Cirebon, with Cirebon focusing on the manufacturing side. PT Dharma Electrindo Manufacturing Cirebon branch has three floors for production. Thus it is necessary to have a freight elevator to ease production process on second and third floor with support from AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle) with the market price of Rp 200.000.000 without humans directly controlling it. Several accidents could happen due to unsynchronized elevator door and AGV. In 2017, 15 accidents occurred on the elevator door on the second floor. Because of this, an early detection system has been implemented in the form of a crossbar on the door such that the AGV does not hit the acrelyte-made door which could cause the AGV to fall and caused the company loss about Rp 200.000.000 or the broken elevator door all through 2017 which caused Rp 202.250.000 loss. It is hoped that this crossbar implementation is developed using stabilizer.

Medirossa Hospital is one of the health care centers in the city of Cikarang which in its operations does not only focus on the customer excellent services but also pay attention to the comfort of the environment and the completeness of the health facilities. One factor that determines the convenience of a hospital is the intensity of lighting. From the observations made by the authors of several rooms at Medirossa Cikarang Hospital, namely the casemix room, medical records, VIP treatment, and the hall leading to the second floor has less bright lighting. This observation was carried out by surveying 26 respondents who were hospital employees and visitors. From the observation, 53% of respondents stated that the room was "not bright enough." To find out whether the lighting in the room surveyed is actually less than the Indonesian National Standard (SNI 6197: 2011), it is necessary to measure the intensity of lighting using a measuring instrument, calculating and analyzing of IKE (intensity of energy consumption) values, which can then be continued with lighting improvement if the IKE value is below the applicable lighting standard. Based on the results of calculations and analysis it was found that the value of IKE RS Medirossa Cikarang is 248.603 kWh/m² year. This value indicates that electricity consumption is efficient, but has not fulfilled the applicable standards. To achieve the intensity of lighting in the rooms that have been surveyed, it is necessary to add a lamp that resulted in additional load of 748 Watt. This study aims to provide analysis and suggestion to regarding the intensity of energy consumption of RS Medirossa Cikarang for hospital lighting improvements which in turn can improve the comfort of hospital employees and visitors

The processing strategy based on measurement metadata is a data stream engine running on Apache Storm, who is able to process measures in real-time. In the data stream context, the data have no an associated limit, they are al-ways arriving. The Attribute-Relation File Format (ARFF) is used by popular software like Weka, allowing offline analysis in the machine learning and data mining area. However, the ARFF file has a finite size. The CincamimisConversor library allows exporting from the data streams organized under a measurement interchange schema to a columnar-data organization in real-time. Here, an extension to the library is introduced for supporting the real-time translating and storing from the heterogeneous data streams to the ARFF file format. This is very useful, because through the library now is possible to collect data from heterogeneous data sources (e.g. Internet-of-Thing -IoTdevices) and export them in real-time for offline analysis in Weka. Even, this could foster a lot of educational applications among IoT, the measurement process with heterogeneous sources, data stream processing strategy, and Weka. A discrete simulation was carried out, obtaining promising results. It is just required at most 0.2387 ms for translating 5000 measures, while the storing operation for them consumed less than 0.2028 ms on a Solid-State disk.
