Dr. Daniel Wiedemann (Médecin homéopathe)
Through a clinical case of schizophrenia, we will specify the type of hallucinations corresponding to Alumina, thus enabling us to propose 4 index additions to the “Hallucinations ” sections of the homeopathic repertories. Alumina has been the main and the most effective homeopathic medicine prescribed, in combination with neuroleptics. The beneficial collaboration of the psychiatrist and the homeopathic doctor led to the complete cure of a young schizophrenic man with a follow-up of more than 20 years.

The controversy surrounding “water memory” can only be understood if the media component of this “affair” is separated from the scientific publications on this subject and the original homeopathic medical sources. While the media aspect was out of proportion, the reproducibility of the scientific work proved to be insufficient, the efforts made by the homeopathic community having been limited. This had consequences on the evolution of research in homeopathy and indirectly on the decision to stop the reimbursement of homeopathy by the French social security system.

Jean-Paul Billot (Médecin gériatre homéopathe)
This study concerns a series of 1022 patients from the Paris metro treated by homeopathy over several decades. It attempts to define the extent to which observational studies can be used to evaluate the medical-social impact, the theoretical validity and the effects of homeopathic therapy, an original discipline, straddling the empirical and the experimental, a meeting point between the labelled illness and the illness as it is experienced by the patient. To do this, all the information noted about each patient and all the effects occurring after each prescription must be systematically collected and classified. This then needs to be integrated into a databank and must be made available to researchers. The aim here is to determine the position of homeopathy in medicine and analyse the benefit and limits of observational studies. The method used within the RATP medical service will then be defined. Next, the patients are classified according to their geographical origin, gender, age, their consultations over time and their role in the company. Finally, the consultations are quantified: number, sex ratio, by year, by patient and by motive and type of pathology according to the CIST 2 classification.

Jean-Lionel Bagot (homeopathic doctor)
Introduction
Since the 1 st January 2021, homeopathy is no longer paid for by the French National Insurance system. Without drug interference and significant side effects, popular with two-thirds of French people, homeopathy is by far the most used complementary medicine, whatever the disease. What is its real merit and what are the risks for patients with chronic conditions of having to pay for the actual cost of their medicine without any help from the French National insurance system?
Method
Review of the literature concerning the use of homeopathy in cancer care support.
Results
Homeopathy is the most widely used complementary medicine in oncology (30.7% of patients) with a very high percentage of satisfaction. The improvement in the quality of life has been shown in several studies. Better compliance with conventional cancer treatments has also made it possible to demonstrate an improvement in survival rates. Prescribed in 75% of cases by doctors, the use of homeopathy does not lead to refusal of treatment and is more and more often accepted or even recommended by oncologists. The latter are informed of these treatments in 83% of cases.
Discussion
The average prescription, respecting the recommendations of the International Homeopathic Society for Supportive Care in Oncology, is around € 50 per month. This can represent a medico-social handicap in long-term illnesses. Stopping or reducing homeopathy for economic reasons not only endangers the quality of life of these patients but also puts at risk their observance of conventional treatments with its consequent loss of opportunity.
Conclusion
We believe it is essential and urgent for the French national insurance system to return to paying for homeopathy in the framework of supportive care for long-term illnesses.

Georges Stahl (médecin homéopathe) , Jean-Lionel Bagot (médecin homéopathe)
Context
In the early 20 th century, Antoine Nebel developed a new chronic reactive mode (CRM), tuberculinism, in addition to the three “miasms” already described by Hahnemann: psora, sycosis and syphilis. How does tuberculinism fit in within the three other CRMs today?
Goal
To provide diagnostic elements so as to identify the tuberculinic CRM of a patient. To suggest the most effective therapeutic strategy.
Method
By comparing the writings of twentieth century authors with our clinical experience, we will offer the essential features and pathognomonic of tuberculinism as well as its treatment.
Results
Tuberculinism is an inherited or acquired CRM, very common in children and adolescents. It often occurs when there is a family history of tuberculosis or following BCG vaccination or repeated antibiotic therapy for recurrent ENT disorders. It evolves in two stages, acceleration of cellular metabolism then progressive exhaustion. Individuals with a phosphoric constitution are more affected. Morbid manifestations mainly evoke psora but also sycosis.
Conclusion
The recognition and management of the tuberculinic CRM make it possible to effectively treat recurrent and chronic respiratory diseases, which are very debilitating for children as well as for their parents.
