In this paper we propose a novel method for continuous monitoring of the optical fiber using polarization effects. Nowadays there are many optical cables with expired operational time in use on communication networks. These cables have many actively developing microcracks and other local defects.

In this work, we demonstrated an open access Wi-Fi wireless digital platform for environmental gas monitoring based on different types of gas sensors with SPI digital output. The digital platform consist space for four sensors. Used for data exchange between drivers of gas sensors and wireless digital platform, the open data exchange protocol for digital intellectual sensors (DIS) gives possibility to work with any type of gas sensors (electrochemical, metal oxide, thermocatalytic, optical etc.). Developed system architecture of wireless digital platform has also an advantage “hot swap” (PnP) of gas sensors. Visualization of gas concentrations from the wireless digital platform is possible to be received on-line through any web application available on most mobile device (laptop, smart phone, etc.) using widely available free internet browsers (Opera, Google Chrome, etc.) without necessity of downloading any additional user or service software.

Held modeling of noise properties of the three schemes of hybrid frequency synthesizers on the basis of PLL and direct digital synthesizer with automatic compensation of phase noise. Interference suppression of hybrid synthesizers performed by isolating the law of parasitic phase deviation of the output signal of the digital synthesizer and changing the modulating voltage of controlled oscillator of the PLL in accordance with the law of selected phase deviation. The graphs power spectral density of phase noise of individual blocks of hybrid synthesizers are drawn and estimated degree of suppression of phase noise in the output signal of the analyzed devices.

This paper shows the results of the research aimed to find most efficient method of computation residue of dividing multi digit numbers by numbers of standard digit capacity. It is shown that application of the distributed arithmetic allows processing multi digit numbers (more than 64-bit long) of any length by using only hardware resources of field-programmable gate array. It appears that there is a relation between value of partition parameter B and time for finding residue of division.

The paper presents the research on the state of linear objects of pipeline systems. The research includes the original mathematical model for evaluating the state of the linear sections of pipeline networks. For evaluating the state of linear objects of pipeline networks it is proposed to use research methods based on fuzzy modeling. The process of modeling and evaluating of linear objects of pipeline networks was tested on the heating systems of Tomsk.

This paper describes a nonclassical approach to the logical synthesis and circuitry designing of digital IP-modules for computer facilities, control systems and communication. It is based on changing from Boolean algebra by another algebraic structure to the linear algebra. The process of the logical synthesis and circuitry designing of digital devices is described in the offered algebraic structure. The advantages of the considered architectural and circuitry solutions for the synthesis of double-valued and multi-valued digital nodes of different applications in comparison with the double-valued Boolean algebra are demonstrated.

The new method for the indirect determination of the errors in the angular velocity of a synchrophase electric drive operating in transient modes developed. Currently known methods don't allow to estimate the errors with a sufficient accuracy in the early stages of acceleration (deceleration) of the motor. The method proposed in the article to solve the problem by introducing an additional frequency signal to the current system.

The principles of implementation of the control system with sinusoidal PWM inverter voltage frequency scalar and vector control induction motor are reviewed. Comparisons of simple control system with sinusoidal PWM control system and sinusoidal PWM control with an additional third-harmonic signal and gain modulated control signal are carried out. There are shown the maximum amplitude and actual values phase and line inverter output voltage at the maximum amplitude of the control signals. Recommendations on the choice of supply voltage induction motor electric drive with frequency scalar control are presented.
