The synthesis of copper oxides has a great importance due to the fact these materials are widely used in high temperature superconductors manufacturing. It's known that properties of materials in nanodispersed conditions are improved. In this article, an analysis of nanodispersed plasma dynamic synthesis product obtained using coaxial magnetoplasma accelerator with copper electrodes was carried out. The obtained powder was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer Shimadzu XRD 7000 using the temperature consoles. Using this analysis such phases as Cu, Cu2O, CuO, Cu(OH)2·H2O were identified in the product. By gradually heating, the powder to the temperature of 800 °C the phase change was observed. The mass of copper oxide increased up to 96% and copper hydroxide hydrate.

Modern dangerous manufactures like nuclear, military, chemistry or medicine as a part of technical objects often used difficult system of electric drives mechanisms. In this case as urgent issues are the fault-tolerance and failure-free control of these systems. Under review common existing technical solutions in switched-reluctance drive. The paper introduces mathematical model of two-sectioned switched-reluctance drive. Shows MatLab Simulink simulations results of fault-tolerant switched-reluctance drive in emergency modes under loss of phases up to functionality with two phases.

The paper investigates spatial signal processing using antenna arrays. Main attention is paid to the optimization of spatial structure of antenna array to improve noise immunity and estimation accuracy of information parameters. Non-recurrent algorithm of spatial structure optimization with sequential samples is proposed. On the basis of statistical approximation the optimal spatial structure is estimated and the variance of the estimation error is defined.

Hybrid-reflector multibeam antennas employed in satellite navigation systems transform adopted accelerated spatial filtering algorithms. In order to accelerate the algorithm, the adaptive system selects an amplitude-phase distribution from a set of precalculated distributions for various interference signaling environments in the beam where the interference signal affects the radiation pattern of the main lobe. Specification of the weighted coefficients is performed after the most appropriate amplitude-phase distribution has been selected. Data from the weighted coefficients calculations is used for null formation in radiation patterns of beams where interference affects the side lobes.

WiMAX is a broadband wireless last mile technology providing high speeds for long distances and offering great flexibility. Scheduling in WiMAX became one of the most important tasks, because it is responsible for distributing available resources among users. A high level of quality of service and scheduling support is one of the most interesting features of the WiMAX standard. In modern telecommunication networks the access control techniques are widely used. That is because using such devices instead of traditional ones permits to increase accuracy and reliability of control. Fuzzy systems have replaced conventional techniques in many engineering applications, especially in control systems. In the article it is suggested to use a fuzzy controller for access control in WiMAX networks that allows avoiding congestion in networks. The main objective of this work is providing an implementation of the WiMAX standard using the dynamic fuzzy logic based priority scheduler. We propose to use a fuzzy controller having three input and one output linguistic variables. Input linguistic variables of the controller are waiting time, queue length and packet size, its output variable is priority. A block diagram of the fuzzy controller was developed. Linguistic variables, terms and membership functions for input and output values have been defined. The Waiting time linguistic variable has three terms: low, medium, high. The Queue length linguistic variable has three terms: short, medium, long. The Packet size linguistic variable has three terms: small, medium, large. The rules base consisting of twenty-seven rules has been developed. The fuzzy controller has been simulated using Matlab 6.5. Results of the simulation prove the accuracy and reliability of the fuzzy-controller's model.

The paper describes methodological problems of functional check and parametric testing of electronic devices by using modular NI PXI-devices in various environmental conditions. The operation algorithm of developed automated test system can analyze the time measurement of various parameters; it synchronizes time between measurements, creates experimental data back-ups and minimizes measurement time. The log-file allows detecting the sequence of errors during the functional check of electronic device. The interface module controls the data exchange by multiplex channel and it is integrated in automated test system. The application-dependent software provides the remote parameters measurement and research control. The control program realizes the switching of the device power supply to external power source in case of the control parameters exceeding the limits. The developed test system has been approbated at modeling and simulation facilities of ROSATOM companies such as FSUE VNIIA (Moscow, Russia), FSUE RISI (Lytkarino, Russia) and SSC RF - IPPE (Obninsk, Russia).

Assuming that the source of the wave is far enough and its wave front can be considered flat, knowing the phase difference for each antenna, and also theoretical dependence caused by the configuration of the adaptive antenna array, we can determine the quality estimation of each antenna. In this paper we describe the method of adaptive antenna array quality estimation, define applicability limits, the most important parameters of the antenna array and the waves affecting the reliability of the results.
