The software reliability growth model SRGM is an effective tool for evaluating software reliability in the software testing phase. The SRGM based on the non-homogeneous Poisson process NHPP is the most widely used model. So far, the validity range of the model has not been known. This article first reviews the construction process of the classic G-O model, summarizes the modeling process of NHPP SRGM, and briefly analyzes the research content and classification of SRGM. In order to verify the fitting and prediction performance of many NHPP-type SRGMs in the actual test environment, this paper uses 26 SRGMs to conduct experiments on 19 real data sets, and analyzes in detail the performance of 11 imperfect debugging models on 11 data sets. Fitting curve and fitting index value, as well as the prediction curve for predicting the number of failures of the software in the future. The results of the example verification show that no model can have excellent fitting and prediction performance in any test environment, that is, the performance of the model in the application environment is different and not universal.

In order to realize the simulation of yacht driving process, this paper designs a yacht driving training simulator based on VR. Energy harvesting from human hand shaking provide a promising solution for the power supply of the portable electronic devices. In this paper, a magnetoelectric (ME) heterostructure is developed to extract mechanical energy from hand shaking. The use of a Halbach array potentially enhances the induced equivalent magnetic field of the ME transducer. Experiments are carried out using the fabricated prototype. The accelerations and the induced voltages are measured. The output voltage varies with the hand shaking frequency. Under the shaking frequency of 2.9Hz, A RMS voltage of 10.56V can be generated. The results demonstrate the practicability of the proposed energy harvester under ultra-low frequency excitation.

In actual industrial production, the historical data of fault diagnosis are often imbalanced. Therefore, this paper uses a fault diagnosis method based on the improved MWMOTE(Majority Weighted Minority Oversampling Technique) algorithm and LS-SVM (Least Squares Support Vector Machines) under the Moth Flame Optimization (MFO) -Bayesian framework. The IMWMOTE algorithm was used to over-sample to obtain the balanced data set. To verify the effectiveness of IMWMOTE algorithm and optimize the parameters of LS-SVM classifier, we used MFO-LS-SVM method to diagnose whether the fault occurred. Then, the Bayesian- LS-SVM method is used to diagnose the fault types. An example of bearing fault diagnosis shows that the proposed method has higher fault diagnosis recognition rate and algorithm robustness than the existing algorithms.

Learning programming in object-oriented way is common and Java programming language has been a popular object-oriented programming language for computer science (CS) related majors in higher education. However, learning object-oriented programming languages, such as java, is a challenge even for CS students. This paper presents a novice framework for learning java based on learning theories to avoid some pitfalls in java learning process and to improve undergraduate students' learning output of java language. With this framework, students will start with java package to organize their files, which is natural way for students to organize files on computer in daily life. Then new classes would be designed by students according to real life objects that students are familiar with. After that, objects will be created from a class in different packages. In this way, the framework helps students build their knowledge and skills step by step based on what they know. A case study was provided in this paper to demonstrate the application of this learning framework in a java course. Results showed that students in experimental group achieved better performance with new learning framework than students in control group did.
