Face Extraction and Recognition from Public Images Using HIPI 基于HIPI的公共图像人脸提取与识别

Social networking services with public data are widely used nowadays. Billions of images uploaded to the internet each day over the world. This paper proposes the idea of a system which is currently being developed. The system collects images from public sources by some specific criteria, applies face detection and recognition algorithms on collected images, and provides the results in readable form. The Apache Hadoop library is used to increase performance of the system, and images are downloaded by the help of HIPI library. For testing purposes Labeled Faces in the Wild benchmark is used as a database for images containing over 13233 images of 5749 identities. Each image is jpg format in 250*250 resolutions. Results were more than good after testing the system with this database for face detection and recognition.

The Research and Development of the Information System on Mobile Devices for Micro-Learning in Educational Institutes 教育机构微学习移动设备信息系统的研究与开发

In the current research study possible ways of implementation of micro learning were discussed, that will increase the quality of education in the country. The purpose of the research study is show the effect of new teaching style through making number of different experiments. Research study revealed that current system needs changes and micro learning is accepted positively by both teachers and students, as it allow learners to construct knowledge in different contexts and to access information easily.

Remote Teaching System Based on Modern Multimedia Interactive Computer Technologies 基于现代多媒体交互式计算机技术的远程教学系统

This paper presents the architecture and basic functions of a remote teaching system based on Modern Multimedia Interactive computer technologies, as well as the main approaches to manage remote teaching process. Our remote teaching system allows humans to interact with computers in a natural way. This system has been successfully used to teach a programming course, showing a number of advantages and benefits in comparison with traditional teaching methods. This confirms that we chose the right direction to create teaching tools that is to use a variety of modern methods of human interaction with a computer system, such as speech recognition. The software consists of a number of modules: a class-conducting module, a course management module, and an authorization module. The class-conducting module is the most important; it provides the following functions: group interaction among users (chat), interactive board, video transmission, etc. We compare the existing remote teaching systems with our own. The proposed platform analyzes the capabilities of building internet-based laboratories for online teaching and learning systems.

Decentralized Wireless Communication Using WI-FI in Battlefield Combat Identification System Optimization 基于WI-FI的分散无线通信在战场作战识别系统优化中的应用

This research centered on using software simulation to optimize Battlefield Combat Identification System (BCIS) which uses wireless communication between field combats. This was done by designing an android application compatible with mobile phone, tablets and by extension, smart watch. This system enables soldiers to communicate through local wireless communication (Intranet) between themselves to help to decide if a subject is a friend or foe in order to prevent fratricide. This approach was integrated with other backup modules to locate missing soldiers and soldiers in danger to ensure immediate help is provide. Our research shows that good communication medium between soldiers in battlefield can help reduce military fratricide to the bearest minimum. The existing BCIS uses central satellites communication among combatants. This work suggests a less expensive, better performance and lower security vulnerability BCIS idea which will reduce fratricide among military combats to the barest minimum.

Influence of Heuristic Functions on Real-Time Heuristic Search Methods 启发式函数对实时启发式搜索方法的影响

In this paper we determine if heuristic function properties affect traditional and real-time heuristic search methods differently. The extent to which heuristic functions affect search method properties is measured by comparing traditional and real-time heuristic search methods. Problems of concern are observable, deterministic problems whose solution is a sequence of actions. Research is limited to influence of heuristic functions in real-time search domain only. It is shown that LSS-LRTA* produce higher wall times with a middle value heuristic and that solution cost is linear with heuristic value in IDA*. The same is not the case in LSS-LRTA*. Furthermore, the behaviour of LSS-LRTA* nodes expansion is similar to that of IDA*: a downward slope relative to heuristic value increase. The solution time decreases for LSS-LRTA* but is almost constant for IDA*.

Breast Cancer Histopathology Image Classification with Deep Convolutional Neural Networks 基于深度卷积神经网络的乳腺癌组织病理学图像分类

This work addresses the problem of intra-class classification of Breast Histopathology images into Eight (8) classes of either Benign or Malignant Cell. Current manual features extraction and classification is fraught with inaccuracies leading to high rate false negatives with attendant mortality. Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNN) have been shown to be effective in classification of Images. We adopted a DCNN architecture combined with Ensemble learning method using TensorFlow Framework with Backpropagation training and ReLU activation function to achieve accurate automated classification of these Images. We achieved inter-class classification accuracy of 91.5% with the BreakHis dataset.

The Development of Education Methods of Electricity and Magnetism Discipline in Higher Educational Institutions 高等院校电磁学学科教学方法的发展

The article deals with the methodology and system of teaching physics in higher educational institutions such as the difficulties in teaching the section of electrodynamics. The factors that contribute to the emergence of these problems are described. New technologies in the teaching of physics, methods of physics and theory, and methods used are considered. On the issues of developmental learning in electrodynamics, we study: logical, theoretical, scientific and technical, dialectical thinking. This article describes the definition of electrical phenomena of nature, its understanding by students and application. In connection with the fact that the student does not understand the program of the first year and complicates the process of training mentors in the process of training, the problem of preparation in the section of electrodynamics is considered to be actual at the university. At present it is impossible to become a competent specialist, until new effective methods are applied. The aim of the students is to study an in-depth of electrodynamics.

Machine Learning Algorithms for Classification Geology Data from Well Logging 测井地质数据分类的机器学习算法

Machine learning today becomes more and more effective instrument to solve many particular problems, where there are difficulties to apply well known and described math model. In other words - it is a great tool to describe nonlinear phenomena. We tried to use this technique to improve existing process of stratigraphy and lithology interpretation and reduce costs on site by applying computer leaded predictions on the basis of existing on-field collected data. Article describes usage of machine learning algorithms for several geology data stratigraphy and lithology boundaries classification based on geophysics logging data for deposits in Kazakhstan. Correct marking of stratigraphy and lithology from geophysics logging data is complex non-linear task. To solve this task we applied several algorithms of machine learning: random forest, logistic regression, gradient boosting (scikit-learn library), k - nearest neighbour (KNN) and XGBoost.

We tried to use this technique to improve existing process of stratigraphy and lithology interpretation and reduce costs on site by applying computer leaded predictions on the basis of existing on-field collected data. Article describes usage of machine learning algorithms for several geology data stratigraphy and lithology boundaries classification based on geophysics logging data for deposits in Kazakhstan. Correct marking of stratigraphy and lithology from geophysics logging data is complex non-linear task. Numerical Modeling of ORE Body and Development Hydrodynamic Models of in-Situ Leaching Process 矿体数值模拟及原地浸出过程水动力开发模型

the article proves the urgency of studying the models of the uranium mining process by the method of underground leaching, which will allow to evaluate the dynamics of the technological process. More and more attention is paid to the modeling of the process of underground leaching (ISL), with the aim of solving the problems of raising the effectiveness of the process under consideration. The problems of extraction of underground leaching are described, the current state and description of the technology, connection with management problems is very actual development of new systems using the simulation results of the ISL process in the control loop. The article considers that there is an optimal pressure on the pumping wells according to the chosen criterion. Models of searching for the solution of the required flow rate for a quench well providing the maximum productivity of the solution at the outlet are constructed. In the paper, the tasks of determining the initial hydrodynamic parameters of wells and seams after conducting special investigations of wells with the use of deep instruments and information measuring instruments are solved.

Algorithm for Reduction of Space Allocation of the Boxes in the Warehouse 减少仓库箱体空间分配的算法

reduction of space allocation of the boxes is a system, which proposes the most optimal rack to store the box, optimal by size and distance between rack and delivery stake. Algorithm is intended to decrease time for searching the empty racks and the racks, which have been already, stored the boxes. It will make delivery and sorting process at receiving much faster and also will optimize consuming free space in racks. For example, this algorithm can be used during delivery, post official will exactly know, in which rack does the package stored and during sorting, it wouldn't be necessary to look for optimized rack to place package; in case if post official will not look for optimized rack, optimized consumption of space will not be actual. In developing of algorithm Mathematics and Statistics Science were used. And there are intentions for developing algorithm, working with Internet of Things technologies in future.
