Under the conditions of the economic crisis and fierce competition, companies are able to efficiently use affordable financial resources such as factoring, which is a competitive business financing tool that meets international standards. The benefits of factoring can be seen in all participants of this service. It is beneficial for suppliers in terms of increasing sales, turnover, and reducing cash gaps. Due to the factoring, buyers obtain commodity loans and provide the optimal use of working capital. Commission merchants increase in their revenues and the number of customers, and strengthen their market positions. In the global market, an increase in factoring regardless of the presence or absence of a crisis leads to an increase in the volume of trade flows. In Russia, the popularity of the factoring is low compared to bank loans, especially among small and medium-sized businesses. The paper analyses the composition of the players in this market, examines the dynamics of the volumes of financing provided, the weighted average cost of factoring in comparison with the interest on loans, the number of participants, and financing by industry and region of the country. Based on an analysis of the current situation and long-term market data, the paper summarizes the problems of factoring in Russia, and identifies key factors for factoring market growth in the future.

The financial stability of a company is one of the most important criteria for assessing the situation of enterprises both for the current period and for subsequent periods of functioning. Of course, every enterprise wants to have business liquidity, otherwise the basis of entrepreneurship collapses; however, the purpose of doing business is to make a profit. An enterprise can make good profits, but at the same time have large liabilities, that is, debts. In this case, it is difficult to call the company financially stable. The onset of the economic crisis in the Russian Federation only prompts the conduct of such studies. Firstly, because it is necessary to understand how the situation in the country's economy as a whole affects a single enterprise, and secondly, what the prerequisites for this influence can be noticed in advance and how to try to prevent them. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that today in Russia there are a number of difficulties with assessing the status of organizations and their adequate comparison with reality. There are many different methods for assessing the financial condition and, in particular, the financial stability of a company. However, when choosing one of them, it is necessary to consider them in order to identify the shortcomings of their application to certain market conditions. Identification of these disadvantages of different theories will allow us to competently and reliably analyse the financial condition of various companies. It is also worth noting that this topic is relevant not only for the companies themselves. The presence of positive dynamics of financial stability indicators as an integral part of the financial condition of the enterprise is one of the most important bases of investment attractiveness. Therefore, not only a company itself is interested in such studies in the inside, but also other market entities from the outside.

The paper discusses various options for taxation of transactions with securities issued by Russian companies. The study aims to solve the problem of low investor activity in the Russian stock market by transforming the current tax legislation. An assessment of the factors restraining the development of the primary public offerings market is given. The problems of the existing methodology for the formation of the tax base when calculating income tax and personal income tax on transactions with exchange-traded financial assets are analysed. A methodology for providing tax benefits and tax incentives for investors is proposed. An assessment of the effectiveness of tax benefits using an individual investment account is given. A comparative analysis of the amount of taxes paid is carried out depending on the status of an investor and the type of securities. A detailed description of the methods for calculating taxes on stocks, bonds and futures is given. The results of the study consist in substantiating theoretical and practical provisions that allow us to develop an effective mechanism for taxing financial transactions in the securities market. The need is theoretically substantiated and the significance of state support in the stock market for citizens of the Russian Federation is determined. Mechanisms are proposed for cancelling separate accounting for several types of tax bases. The main problems are found and ways to improve the mechanism of taxation of transactions made on the Russian stock market are developed.

Important decision makings are always the imperatives of the crisis in the first moments, which, whatever the speed of decision-making by crisis management is greater, the speed of crisis control is greater. Since each organization is subject to various crises and power plants are no exception to this rule, to this end, the purpose of this study is to design a budgeting model for crisis management in a case study of power generation plants. In this research, we examine the relationship between crisis management steps and Planning, Programming and Budgeting System. A statistical population of this study is 60 managers of the power generation plants. The relationships between variables were tested using Smart-PLS software. The results of the model test showed that there is a significant relationship between budgeting dimensions and crisis management. The model fitness value is also numerically equal to 0.638, which is a strong index and indicates the overall high quality of the model.

The quick development of information and communication technologies has made the countries using these technologies a step forward in the global competition. Thanks to the contributions of the public, private sector and non-governmental organizations all over the world since the beginning of the 1990s, there has been considerable progress in reaching the information society. The age we live in is called the information age. In this society where knowledge becomes power, a lot is expected from individuals. There is a need for individuals who can reach the information themselves, question the information they obtain, use them in line with their needs, and have the ability to think scientifically. In this study, analysis of written documents was used. In this respect, the analysis of written documents and documents is an information gathering method used in the qualitative research to support the information obtained both on its own and the interview and observation.

The paper discloses the approach and results of the study of the electric power market (electricity market) related to the II non-price zone on the basis of the formulation of indicators that make it possible to highlight its specificity. The results of a study devoted to the solvency of electricity consumers - individuals are revealed by comparing the level of average income in the regions of the Russian Federation and the conditional maximum amount of electricity that can be paid for from these incomes. It has been established that despite the opportunities for timely payment, there remains a low payment discipline for a number of consumers, which is reflected in the growth of receivables and, as a result, leads to cash gaps. During the review of the dynamics of debt, the scope of cash gaps was determined, which in 2018 amounted to more than 169 billion rubles. Power supply companies attract loans for timely settlements, what entails additional costs and worsens financial results. The impact of the identified factors on the main indicators of power supply companies being last resort providers of electricity in Russia, including the power supply company under study, was assessed. The results obtained will be further used to develop methods for the diagnostic analysis of critical risk zones, which determine the financial stability of the power supply company being a single purchaser and last resort provider of the 2nd non-price zone.

Cryptocurrencies have attracted the attention of many investors, entrepreneurs, regulators and the public today. By popular definition, the cryptocurrency is an asset in a blockchain that can be transferred between actors on the scene of exchange and hence used as a payment instrument. Completely decentralized cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin have attracted public interest and are far more successful than previous e-money. Despite the importance of these currencies, in third world countries like Iran country, people don't interest in using these types of currencies to their trading. So, in this study, we find and rank the challenges of using cryptocurrencies in international trading. To this end, the challenges of using cryptocurrencies were identified by reviewing the literature. Then, the identified factors were prioritized using the AHP technique. In general, four criteria and twenty-eight criteria were compared. The results show that technical factors are the most important criteria in comparison with the purpose; the risk-taking is the most important person reason; the negative attitude to cryptocurrencies in society is the most important social reason; the lack of sufficient funds to develop the use of cryptocurrencies, and the failure to properly find the parties to the transaction is the most important technical reason which can affect cryptocurrencies adoption in international trading.
