Recovery of upper and lower limbs function is essential to reach independence in patients with neurodegenerative diseases. The exoskeleton is an external wearable structure that provide to increase the physical capabilities with important applications in medical and rehabilitative therapy. Robotic exoskeletons for upper and lower limbs, based on the principle of motor learning, have been introduced in neurorehabilitation. The treatment must be individualized according to the characteristics of the patient, to provide him all the help necessary for the improvement of his quality of life. Wearable exoskeletons have potential for a number of applications including early rehabilitation, promoting physical exercise, and may improve mobility and independence, moreover, may reduce secondary health conditions related to sedentariness, with all the advantages that this entails. This work focuses on the importance of using the exoskeleton for the rehabilitation of people with neurodegenerative diseases and problems related to loss of motor skills, highlighting the benefits of this type of rehabilitation compared to traditional physical therapy. In conclusion, these devices represent an important turning point in the lives of many disabled people for their independence but also for their assistance. The hope for the future is to be able to permanently replace the wheelchair.

The study aimed to identify the level of stability and accuracy of the compatibility between the hands and the eyes of the ballplayers for a plane according to their specializations, as well as to identify the differences between them. (12) Libero players (8) Fast players (10) High players (14) The fourth chapter included presenting and analysing the results after statistically treating them. As for the most important conclusions, the test was conducted between players and players of the team and individual games who use the right side and others who use the left side. The most important recommendations are that the trait of compatibility is a kinetic characteristic, and the higher the level of the player in this trait, the higher his level in the game, the higher his level in the game, and he must train on this trait during the training unit and make comparisons between the sexes to find out their true level and know what is distinguished from the other while identifying the variables that affect it.

At present, the problems in one way or another related to the risk of involving young people in illegal activities are recognized as the most pressing. In addition, the issues of well-being of various environments of an individual’s existence are recognized by the expert community and require close consideration. The educational environment is a unity of psychological and pedagogical reality, the purpose of which is to solve educational problems in the presence of specially organized conditions; tasks aimed at socializing students; as well as tasks for the formation and development of the student’s personality. The solution to the listed tasks in the educational environment, along with its psychological and pedagogical support, can act as an alternative to the aggressive social environment which results in the growth of sociogenic diseases. In this regard, this paper presents an empirical research program developed by the authors aimed at studying the psychological and pedagogical security and safety of the educational environment as a factor in providing the national security of the Russian Federation. The paper presents the results of a theoretical and methodological analysis of the main factors and risk indicators of the safety of the educational environment (school baiting (bullying), delinquent behaviour among children and youth, suicidal behaviour of children and adolescents, the problem of psychoactive substances use, the problem of Internet addictions); the research methodology has been substantiated; methodological tools (psychodiagnostics tools, sociological and pedagogical methods, methods of mathematical statistics) have been chosen. In addition, the proposed results have been identified in the framework of the research program, which are designed to contribute to the problem of ensuring the psychological and pedagogical security and safety of the educational environment in educational institutions which is being solved by the world psychological science.

Soccer players are susceptible to repeated trauma that could lead to a precocious development of knee osteoarthritis (OA). Intra-articular hyaluronic acid (IA-HA) injections have been proposed as a valid treatment for knee OA. Objectives: To describe the effects of IA-HA injections and oral collagen supplementation in a female soccer goalkeeper playing in Italian Women’s Serie A with secondary OA in her knee. Design: Case report. Setting: The athlete underwent three IA-HA injections (1 per week for 3 weeks in a row) together with oral collagen supplementation for one month. Treatment outcomes were evaluated using five scoring scales. Results: One week after the first IA-HA injection all the scores improved. One week after the second injection, compared with the first week, two scores improved, two remained the same, and one worsened. One week after the third injection, compared with the second week, all the scores worsened. At one month, compared with the third week, one score remained the same and all the others worsened. From baseline to one month, three scores improved, one remained the same, and one worsened. Conclusions: In our study, IA-HA injections and oral collagen supplementation showed short-term effects on pain and functional impairment for knee OA.

The study analyses the physical condition and quality of life on the physical activity of schoolchildren in a Peruvian educational institution, applying a non-probability and convenience sampling, to 168 first-year high school students, being 41.07% men and 58.93% women. Physical condition was assessed using the ALPHA-Fitness battery, and physical activity and quality of life were assessed using questionnaires with a reliability of .929 and .75, respectively. Regarding the procedures, descriptive analyses, post-hoc comparisons and a multiple regression model were carried out. Among the results, a very active level of physical activity was obtained in the male gender (15.48%) and a moderate level in the opposite gender (9%). Physical activity is related to a medium level of quality of life (p = .000), while a low and medium level of physical activity is associated with a better level of physical condition (p < .05). In addition, physical condition and quality of life explain 15% and 14%, respectively, in physical activity. It is concluded that the relationship between physical activity and physical condition is positive and bidirectional; thus, physical activity, physical condition and quality of life are positively related.

Context: The objective of this research was the creation and implementation of a gymnastic program to improve the level of balance in high school students. Method: A diagnosis was made using the direct observation technique and a pre-test by implementing a motion capture platform for the analysis of balance in order to obtain a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the study group. Subsequently, a basic gymnastics program was formed and implemented for a period of 12 weeks. Finally, the impact of the program was evaluated by means of a post-test using the motion capture platform that allowed obtaining a quantitative data and it was contrasted with the field diary by triangulation technique to verify the progress in the level of balance in the students. Results: The quantitative analysis showed improvement in balance on the three-body axes with an average of +/- 5.23°. Furthermore, according to the observations made in the field diaries for each session, they showed that the basic exercises of educational gymnastics, as they were practiced, improved body control. Conclusion: The gymnastic movements practiced within the proposed program caused constant imbalance responses, which originated a positive stimulation in the systems involved in stability improving kinaesthetic awareness, spatial coordination, and postural tonicity in the research group.

Method: A diagnosis was made using the direct observation technique and a pre-test by implementing a motion capture platform for the analysis of balance in order to obtain a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the study group. Subsequently, a basic gymnastics program was formed and implemented for a period of 12 weeks. Finally, the impact of the program was evaluated by means of a post-test using the motion capture platform that allowed obtaining a quantitative data and it was contrasted with the field diary by triangulation technique to verify the progress in the level of balance in the students. Results: The quantitative analysis showed improvement in balance on the three-body axes with an average of +/- 5.23°. Furthermore, according to the observations made in the field diaries for each session, they showed that the basic exercises of educational gymnastics, as they were practiced, improved body control. Conclusion: The gymnastic movements practiced within the proposed program caused constant imbalance responses, which originated a positive stimulation in the systems involved in stability improving kinaesthetic awareness, spatial coordination, and postural tonicity in the research group.","PeriodicalId":402493,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Human Sport and Exercise - 2021 - Winter Conferences of Sports Science","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125355333","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Usually, the term training is used to indicate a workout that aims to improve the physical performance of athletes. However, it is important to consider that training does not only affect physical features but also influences several cognitive components, consequently different behavioural expressions. This study aims to collect the main scientific evidence on the role of training based on biofeedback signals. Biofeedback is a technique useful not only for recognizing, evaluating and modulating different physiological responses but also for preventing any alterations and trauma. This work could be very important especially in the sports field, where training based on biofeedback, could be decisive for an improvement in the athlete's performance.
