This research is related to investigation of the reason why youth use short message service (SMS) by conducting intensive in-depth interviews during 2008 to 2009. It found that affordability, convenience, flexibility, indirectness, recreation, and certainty are the major reasons to use SMS among Western exchanging students who study in Asia. Cultural phenomenon, like attachment, happiness, attitude, and so on, due to SMS usage is another highlight to follow. Furthermore, a conceptual model is initially introduced after summarizing the research conclusion.

Only a simple gray or fuzzy evaluation method can not evaluate the risk of the overall project, objectively and accurately, so use Grey Clustering to get the statistic of gray indicator, construct the fuzzy matrix of project risks, and then establish a risk comprehensive evaluation method, which is a combination of gray and fuzzy matrix. This method can make full use of gray and fuzzy that experts judged the information gray to enable the project risk evaluation is more objective and accurate. This method is applied to the integrated logistics supply chain in the China Coal Construction1First Group and the project risk evaluation results show that this method is feasible and effective.

As competition intensifies, more and more enterprises outsource their IT. It is very important to enterprises that how to make IT outsourcing success. Outsourcing Relationship is one of the key issues of IT outsourcing. This paper firstly introduces the importance of IT outsourcing relationship; secondly, it analyses evolution dynamic of IT outsourcing relationship: external power including government, competitors, technology, suppliers and internal power including enterprise's management ability, top management and outsourcing project; thirdly, it analyses evolution path of IT outsourcing relationship: support, alignment, reliance and alliance; lastly, it forms evolution mechanism model to explain evolution mechanism of enterprise IT outsourcing relationship.

By using of SolidWorks as the design platform and Visual C++6.0 as the development tool, SolidWorks was redeveloped by API functions. A Parametric Design System for the Furniture was developed by object-oriented tool technology and modular design technology. The system has the function of parametric design and auto-regulation of engineering drawings. It has been proved the design system can improve the design efficiency remarkably.
采用SolidWorks作为设计平台,Visual c++ 6.0作为开发工具,通过API函数对SolidWorks进行重新开发。采用面向对象工具技术和模块化设计技术,开发了家具参数化设计系统。该系统具有参数化设计和工程图纸自动调节功能。实践证明,该设计系统能显著提高设计效率。

Next generation wireless communications will integrate multiple wireless access networks, including Wireless Wide Area Network (WWAN) and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN). Vertical handoff decision plays an important role in heterogeneous networks. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy logic based vertical handoff decision algorithm (VHDA) to provide ubiquitous access at any time. Our proposed algorithm considers received signal strength (RSS), available network bandwidth (B), monetary cost (C) and user preference (P) as the vertical handoff decision criteria. The proposed VHDA uses the fuzzy logic method to evaluate the performance of the available networks. Then handoff decisions are made to select the most appropriate network for the mobile nodes (MNs). Simulation results show that fuzzy logic based VHDA is able to make accurate handoff decisions, reduce unnecessary handoffs and decrease the probability of call blocking and dropping.

Information integration is a key way to solve the problem of the information isolated islands. In this paper, to deal with the problems in information integration in equipment domain, performance requests of the information integration framework in equipment domain are analyzed. An information integration framework at semantic level in equipment domain based on ontology is presented. The key techniques are studied. And the application example is also given. It is proved that the isolated information can be integrated effectively at semantic level through the presented information integration framework.

Enterprisers learning is a crucial question in the theory of strategic management. How enterprisers can learn effectively has been a crucial and strategic point for the survival and development for the firms. Based on the network theory, this paper studies the effect of enterprisers' social network on enterprisers learning. After analyzing 122 valid samples from Yangtze River, we find that strong ties has a positive and significant effect on the enterprisers' leveraging learning while weak ties has no effect on enterprisers' exploratory learning. And then we discuss the results. Finally, limitations and implications are addressed.

Network fault management is an important part of Network management. Aiming to the problem of the traditional SNMP-based network fault management, a mobile agent-based network fault diagnosis model is proposed, which applies mobile agent technology to network management, so it can monitor, detect and deal with network fault autonomously. The structure and function of model, especially the architecture and strategy of diagnostic agent, is depicted. Finally, comparing the system performance through experiment and results show that the network fault diagnosis based on mobile agent has greater advantage.
