Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is a system that can simplify the process of handling various human resource management activities in a company in a structured and comprehensive manner. HRMS can assist management in carrying out their duties and assist companies in achieving goals and minimizing the risk of loss due to errors in managing employee data, especially in terms of payroll. The number of components in managing employees in a company will make the management in carrying out their duties a little more complicated and complex. So it is necessary to have a system that can manage all components of employee management in one centralized system. In this study, a web-based HRMS has been designed that can be used by employee management and also the employees themselves. From the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of HRMS at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Lingga Regency can assist employee management in managing all employee data including data collection, planning, management, and directing activities effectively and efficiently and can minimize the human error factor.

Sales and marketing on CV Ryan Bali Garment is a problem that needs serious attention. Seeing the increase in sales, there is no increase in the web-based system built with the help of Business Intelligence analysis in the hope of finding out where the problems are that have an impact on sales. The system built aims to increase sales and marketing. In this study, researchers conducted analysis and testing of problems that arise which resulted in decreased sales so that the owner can directly take action to increase sales and marketing in that place. So that the system that is built can be a solution to the problems obtained.

The low quality of service is a problem that affects people's satisfaction. The Padang City One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service, and sometimes it is problematic in assessing the quality of its services. The object of the study is to see the Service quality of Community Licensing in the Padang City DPMPTSP. In this research, there are 15 respondent data originating from the licensing and complaints section of the Padang City DPMPTSP. Based on the analysis of the data, a research was conducted on the quality of community satisfaction. The fuzzy servqual method can be used to explain the uncertainty about information about certain parts of the problem at hand, such as community satisfaction, response quality, expectations and service quality. The results of this research show the distribution data and the percentage of business actor satisfaction quality on service performance so that it can be seen that 47.41% of business actors are satisfied with the performance of the service and 52.59% of business actors who assess the Padang City DPMPTSP service as very satisfactory. Conclusion From the test results Fuzzy servqual method has been able to provide knowledge on the quality of service quality. To assist the licensing and complaints department in improving the service quality of the Padang City DPMPTSP.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan suatu badan usaha yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok atau individu yang tidak memiliki kaitan dengan perusahaan tertentu. Pasca pandemi COVID-19, menyebabkan pertumbuhan sektor ekonomi di Indonesia mengalami dampak yang signifikan, terutama pada sektor UMKM yang menjadi tumpuan masyarakat hingga saat ini. Pelaku UMKM membutuhkan strategi pemasaran digital di era revolusi industri 4.0 dan society 5.0 guna menyeimbangkan kemajuan ekonomi dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi saat ini dan di masa yang akan datang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat teknologi adopsi UMKM di Kota Pekanbaru menggunakan Fuzzy C-Means. Kriteria yang digunakan pada penelitian ini di antaranya, nama UMKM, tahun mulai usaha, jenis usaha, jumlah tenaga kerja, modal, asset dan omset. Berdasarkan hasil análisis data yang dilakukan pada iterasi 1, metode Fuzzy C-Means belum menghasilkan nilai error yang diharapkan serta fungsi objektif yang diperoleh sebesar 439,8768.

One of the ways to maintain and improve the quality of service and security on the network of an agency of the Barangin Sub-District Office, Sawahlunto City (Central) is to add a VPN feature. Administrators who always monitor the flow of traffic by accessing routers and access points to find out network conditions. There are times when the Administrator is on a public network, he or she cannot access routers and access point devices because the Public IP obtained is Dynamic (random). To solve this problem, it is done through the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method by combining the L2TP and IPsec VPN protocol systems on Mikrotik. A Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a private and secure network using a public network such as the internet. One of the bases for securing VPN technology is Internet Protocol Security (IPSec). IPSec is a protocol used to secure datagram transmission on TCP/IP-based networks. This study aims to design and implement a VPN network system by utilizing a public network, where this system provides advanced security enhancements on the internet network using IPSec. The information/data sent will be confidential with an automatic encryption method through the L2TP tunnel method from the server to the branch/client computer and vice versa. The VPN is implemented using a layer 2 (L2TP) tunneling protocol using two Mikrotik routers. There are few changes to the computer network configuration to minimize costs and implementation time. Tests are carried out to implement security on the network using the command prompt, where the admin observes packet loss and delay parameters to determine the increase in security quality on the network.

Kerusakan sepeda motor matic merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering muncul dari pengguna, sehingga tidak jarang dari pengguna langsung membawa kendaraan tersebut ke pakar/teknisi, dimana hal tersebut terkadang memberikan dampak terhadap waktu dan lainnya. Sehingga sistem yang berhubungan dengan komputer sangat dibutuhkan untuk kondisi seperti ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu para pengguna sepeda motor matic dalam mencari solusi terhadap kendaraan yang digunakan sehingga para pengguna paham dengan kendaraan tersebut. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan metoda hybrid yang menggabungkan dua metode yakni forward chaining dan certainty factor. Sistem ini bekerja dengan menyadurkan kepakaran teknisi dibidang sepeda motor matic dan beberapa ahli dibidang teknik mesin sehingga bisa memberikan solusi kepada user berupa persentase nilai keyakinan mengenai kondisi sepeda motor matic pada saat konsultasi. Dari hasil konsultasi yang didapatkan bisa digunakan sewaktu-waktu ketika dibutuhkan.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari Algoritma Genetika yang diimplementasikan dalam pembuatan aplikasi penjadwalan mata pelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Padang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan interview yang dilakukan kepada staf yang bersangkutan. Selanjutnya data dianalisa untuk menentukan data yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pembuatan aplikasi. Dari eksperimen yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Algoritma Genetika serta menggunakan PHP dan MySQL dapat memberikan hasil yang baik.

In Indonesia, the most commonly adopted electronic payment is an e-wallet. E-wallets have become a part of everyday life for Indonesians. Even so, there are not a few Indonesians who have not used this facility, the acceptance of e-wallets in Indonesia is still uneven. There are not a few studies that discuss e-wallets, however limited to research on acceptance without depending on other variables. Therefore this research was conducted to provide an overview of the comparison or differences in the attitudes of e-wallet users in Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively with Manova analysis technique. The findings of this study indicate that there are relatively no differences outside of two things, specifically the social influence in which women report higher scores than men. and on the perception of risk which is quite the opposite, that it was men who reported higher scores that were women. This research can complement and enrich the literature in the field of financial technology and provide an overview of the comparison or differences in attitudes of digital wallet services in Indonesia. In addition, the knowledge from this research is not only beneficial for digital wallet service providers, but widely for the financial technology industry.

Paru-paru merupakan salah satu organ vital pada tubuh manusia. Memiliki fungsi utama sebagai alat pernafasan manusia dengan memasukkan oksigen dari udara luar melalui mulut dan hidung ke dalam aliran darah dan didistribusikan ke seluruh bagian sel, ketika sel bekerja maka akan menghasilkan gas buangan berupa karbondioksida. Pneumonia atau yang biasa disebut dengan paru-paru basah ini merupakan infeksi yang menyerang jaringan paru-paru. Pneumonia bisa disebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri, virus, ataupun jamur. Dikarenakan gejala penyakit pneumonia ini mirip dengan gejala flu, maka banyak orang yang seringkali terlambat menyadari atau bahkan membiarkannya saja. Metode Certainty Factor dan Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto memiliki kecocokan dengan permasalahan yang ada pada penyakit Pneumonia, dimana penyakit Pneumonia ini sulit dikenali oleh masyarakat karena mirip dengan gejala infeksi saluran pernapasan lainnya, seperti flu dan bronkitis. Metode Certainty Factor dan Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto ini sangat cocok digunakan untuk sistem pakar yang mendiagnosa suatu penyakit yang belum pasti.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model blended learning pada pendidikan kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan model ADDIE. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, lembar observasi, dan tes kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Model blended learning meliputi: (a) komponen filosofis esensialisme dan pragmatisme; (b) teori belajar: behaviorisme, kognitivisme, dan konektivisme (c) komponen 4C yaitu komunikasi, kolaborasi, kerjasama, dan kreativitas; (d) komponen revolusi industry 4.0: mencakup pembelajaran dengan elemen digital dengan literasi data, literasi teknologi, dan literasi manusia. (2) Model blended learning yang berpusat pada pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara offline dan online menjadikannya memiliki proporsi pola pembelajaran yang jelas. Fleksibilitas belajar kapan saja dan di mana saja melalui komunikasi tatap muka, serta interaksi online menggunakan chat dan forum online untuk menggali pemikiran kritis melalui diskusi. Termasuk juga unsur mahasiswa untuk berkreasi dan inovatif dalam proyek dan perbaikan proyek, serta bahan ajar online yang dibuat menarik dengan kehadirannya.komponen multimedia (teks, gambar, dan video). (3) Produk hasil berupa buku model, buku pedoman dosen dan pedoman mahasiswa, serta buku teks yang dinyatakan valid dan praktis sehingga model blended learning dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. (4) Pencapaian yang ditemukan berkaitan dengan kemampuan kognitif, afektif, psikomotorik dan 4C.
