The article actualizes the task of studying and developing the personal professional experience of a teacher of fine arts, presents some results of empirical studies, characterizes the actual types of professional experience, the development of which is focused on the implementation of additional professional programs based on the Academy of Watercolor and Fine Arts of Sergey Andriyaka and the Association of Teachers of the Subject Area " Art” of the city of Moscow, chaired by the author of the article. International and national legal policy in the energy sector are considered. The points of view of various authors on the content and purpose of modern legal policy, as well as the place of energy law in the system of domestic legislation are analyzed. Conclusions are drawn about the uniqueness and complexity of energy law, consisting in a dialectical combination of public-legal and private-law ways of regulating energy relations, as well as about the lack of formation of a full-fledged legal policy in this area.

The paper considers the possibility of quantifying the standard Gibbs energy of the formation of hydrates of basic nickel carbonates by the method of comparative calculation. Empirical equations are obtained that allow calculating the values of the standard Gibbs energy of the formation of anhydrous basic nickel carbonates of the form xMeCO×yMe(OH) and crystallohydrates - xMeCO×yMe(OH)∙zHO.

The article claims that modern science pays a lot of attention to the monitoring of inclusive educational space. The least interesting thing is how inclusive upbringing and socialization works. Inclusive upbringing and socialization is updated in the article. It is about the conditions that must be created for the personality development of disabled as well as healthy students. El artículo contiene los resultados del estudio empírico de la tecnología del desarrollo de las habilidades del habla coherente de los niños en edad preescolar con el subdesarrollo general del habla.
