Modeling of electrostatic fields at the environments with different characters lead to necessity of solution of the various boundary value problems for the Laplacian in R3. Review of results about well-posed conditions for these problems at the Hilbert space the normal derivative elements of which has the jump through boundary surface were made in [6] and at the Hilbert space the elements of which has the jump through boundary surface were given in [7]. The conditions of well-posed solution of the double-sided Dirichlet, Neumann, and Dirichlet-Neumann problems at the Hilbert space elements of which as their normal derivatives has the jump through boundary surface were determined in [5, 9].

Interaction between cable harness structures and antennas is simulated by means of combination of two methods: multi-transmission line (MTL) based Lumped Circuit Transmission Line (LCTL) method and Method of Moments (MoM). Simulation is validated by comparison with measurements. Proposed methodology can be applied to prediction of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) characteristics of complex antenna-harness systems.

The problem of scattering of 3-D Gaussian beam incident at a small angle onto a double-periodic magneto-dielectric clab has been formulated and solved. The new formulas for incident and scattered 3-D Gaussian beam fields in the form of the single integrals have been derived. They allow to reduce the time spent upon the numerical calculations of the incident and scattered beam fields and improve their accuracy. The calculations of the obliquely incident 3-D Gaussian beam onto magneto-dielectric slab and reflected from it using derived formulas are illustrated in figures presented in the paper.

A Method of Auxiliary Sources (MAS) combined with Model-Based Parameter Estimation (MBPE) technique is applied to numerical simulations of plasmonic nano-structures. The MAS is a numerical technique for the calculation of electromagnetic fields in the frequency domain. The adaptive MBPE algorithm is based on Cauchy's formula and operates in the frequency domain to extrapolate or interpolate from a narrowband set of data to a broadband set of data. The data can be either computed or measured over a specified frequency range. For computed data the sampled values of the function and a few low order derivatives are calculated from a Maxwell solver and are then used to reconstruct the function. MBPE belongs to the class of auxiliary techniques and can be added to any field solver. In this paper a Channel Plasmon-Polariton (CPP) is analyzed to demonstrate the efficiency of MAS-MBPE.

Time-harmonic plane wave scattering in 2-D elastic body with partially debonded fiber of nonclasical cross-sections is investigation. The modified null-field method under taking into account the asymptotic behaviour of the solution at the interface crack tips is exploited for obtaining the numerical results.

The problem of visible and IR light diffraction by planar 2-D periodic metaldielectric structures with a periodic cell consisted of two complex-shaped asymmetric metal elements was solved. The mapped PSTD method and ADE technique with complex-conjugate pole model were used for taking into account the dispersion of metal permittivity. The conditions of light confinement by an excitation of trapped mode resonances of the structures were studied. Existence of high order trapped mode resonance with a greater quality factor than the quality factor of lowest one was shown for the first time.

Wave scattering on quasiperiodic layered structures is considered. Exact solutions for complex amplitudes of reflected and transmitted waves are found by method of transmission matrices. Influence of different type of periodicity distortion is investigated. Two types of brewsterization of Bragg reflection are analyzed. Influence of negative values of permittivity and/or permeability is considered.

In this paper we consider the problem of diffraction of electromagnetic wave on the resonance wire structure. The resonance properties of this systems gives ability to create the periodical structure of these wires embedded in dielectric in order to get the complex material with desired properties. We consider the mathematical approach of this problem and also the computer simulation of the system of wire pairs radiated by the plane wave.
