Imagens públicas filmadas: a política dos contrários no documentário 'O processo' 拍摄的公众形象:纪录片《审判》中对立的政治

The study deals with the documentary O processo (Maria Augusta Ramos; Brazil, 2018); the analysis focus on the way certain public images were filmed during Dilma Rousseff's impeachment; framing contraries and contradictories instances, verbal and imagetic discourses organize peculiar ways of showing Brazilian politics on the scene. The re-apresentation of the public image in the film reveals that in order to gain control in the given context, a specific social image needs another one to be presented as a counterpoint.

Ausencia de justicia e imposibilidad de reconciliación en el cine de postconflicto peruano 秘鲁冲突后电影中缺乏正义与和解的不可能·全球之声

This paper focuses on how the absence of justice is represented in five Peruvian films produced after the internal armed conflict period. These representations contribute to cultural heritage preserving the memory of the events occurred during the last two decades of the 20th Century in Peru, fostering national reconciliation. To highlight the ways in which justice is represented and how the possibilities of reconciliation are addressed, a brief theoretical review of the concepts of cultural memory and forms of justice is presented. Qualitative methodology is used to analyse topics, scripts, and audio-visual language, complemented with interviews with filmmakers and personalities related to the armed conflict. The cinematographic discourses show coincidences regarding the injustice experienced during those years, which continues to these days.

Habilidades socioemocionales, lectura y escritura en la transición de educación inicial a primer año escolar 从小学到大一过渡的社会情感技能、阅读和写作

The article reflects on the relationship between socio-emotional skills and literacy acquisition during the educational transition from pre-school levels to first school form. The theoretical journey focuses on socio-emotional skills from a cognitive assessment perspective, in the current context of the Affective Turn movement, and identifies some key aspects to think about the process of construction of emotionality in educational historiography. The approach relies on the assumption of the positive (facilitating) or negative (impeding) influence of emotion on teaching, learning, and assessing literacy practices during the first school year. Finally, the implementation of socio-emotional skills programs of intervention is explored as an educational strategy, based on the reflection on its foundations.

Cambio de paradigma en el derecho de familia 家庭法范式转变

Los cambios sociales ocurridos en el mundo occidental han transformado la conformacion y las relaciones de la familia, y han impactado en el derecho de familia concebido con una vision tradicional, propia del siglo XIX. El trabajo repasa la evolucion historica de la familia y cuales han sido los cambios sociales y los avances cientificos que causaron el deterioro paulatino de los cimientos del derecho de familia, principalmente en dos de sus instituciones fundamentales: el matrimonio y la filiacion. Por ultimo, se plantea el estado de situacion en Uruguay y la necesidad de reconstruir el derecho de familia sobre nuevas bases que aseguren continuidad, acordes con los requerimientos actuales de la sociedad.
西方世界发生的社会变化改变了家庭的结构和关系,并影响了19世纪传统观念下的家庭法。本文回顾了家庭的历史演变,以及导致家庭法基础逐渐恶化的社会变化和科学进步,主要是在其两个基本制度:婚姻和亲子关系方面。最后,考虑到乌拉圭的情况,以及在新的基础上重建家庭法的必要性,以确保连续性,符合当前社会的要求。

La alfabetización mediática e informacional en la era del capitalismo de vigilancia 监视资本主义时代的媒体和信息素养

All over the world, democratic systems are facing the radical change of the new ways of citizenship. This is explained by technological advancements and, mainly, by the emergence of a new virtual public space in which game rules are completely different. By introducing the concept of surveillance capitalism, this paper seeks to draw attention to the threats and challenges presented by technological change, while proposing an approach from the educational system, integrating media and information literacy as a civic training to exercise citizens’ rights and freedoms in the new virtual space.

Educación e inclusión social en la campaña electoral 2019 en Uruguay: disputas, contrapuntos y propuestas para el próximo quinquenio 乌拉圭2019年大选中的教育和社会包容:未来五年的争议、对策和建议

La educacion se ubico entre los principales temas en el discurso de los candidatos presidenciales en esta campana electoral 2019, a traves de diagnosticos claramente diferentes, de los que se derivan propuestas muy diversas, construidas desde logicas tecnicas y politicas tambien dispares. En particular, lo referido a inclusion cuenta con un tratamiento acotado y construido desde perspectivas distintas. Los enfoques del Frente Amplio, por un lado, y de los partidos politicos de oposicion (Colorado, Nacional y Cabildo Abierto), por el otro, se presentaron con distancias muy significativas, pero pasadas las elecciones hay que trabajar en la concrecion de acuerdos (al menos minimos) que permitan encarar los multiples problemas que existen en este campo, asumiendo que los avances concretados en estos ultimos 15 anos, asi como las asignaturas pendientes, deben formar parte del mismo diagnostico, lo que implica eludir el camino facil de los conformismos inconducentes y los tecnocratismos esteriles.

This essay aims to examine sport within the current global context; more precisely, its cultural forms and its evolution as a historical product, from the critical perspective of its aesthetic analysis. Within this context, it aims to analyze sport, its genesis and its transformations, together with Theodor Adorno's aesthetic criticism, in order to finally articulate both perspectives. The work is inscribed in an educational key in relation to sport as the object, seeking to confront it dialectically with its contradiction in the search for an overcoming thesis.

The article presents some findings of research on organized recreation practices in educational institutions in Uruguay, focusing on the historical process by which recreation was separated from the field of physical education to become a professional profile of its own. Based on the assumption that halfway through the 20th century there was a break with the foundational hygienist matrix and thus recreation began to distance itself from the hegemonic field of physical education, some key experiences for the introduction of a sociocultural and educational perspective are highlighted with a focus on memory studies. The survey focused on secondary sources (mainly documents and chronicles of the time) which allowed contextualizing the period under review, in addition to interviews with actors from that period. The conclusion is that these experiences define a proper and local view of recreation, oriented to education and social integration.

Derechos humanos, desarrollo local y educación en contextos de exclusión social 社会排斥背景下的人权、地方发展和教育

Education is an essential element to generate processes of struggle for human dignity in the territories, if it is understood as a cultural and liberation process, as explained by authors such as Paulo Freire and Herrera Flores. In areas of social exclusion, education presents different approaches and aspects, whereas the educational system is configured in a hegemonic way, within a neoliberal context based on homogeneous and universal educational models. However, as Freire points out, education as a practice of freedom is a dynamic and contextual construction that must start from the heterogeneity of the territories in order to generate processes that prevent social and human exclusion. In this sense, development and education could be defined as human rights, as emancipatory cultural processes towards human dignity.
