KELUARGA ERA 4.0: MENILIK PERAN WANITA DI TENGAH ANCAMAN HOAKS 4.0家庭:评估女性在HOAKS威胁中的作用

Women have a significant role in preventing the spread of hoaxes.The existence of mother figure should be maximized in supporting the hoax prevention mechanism in the family. However, Various data and studies show that women's role in preventing hoaxes appears contradictory. Psychological conditions, emotional factors and stigmatization of woman become barriers for women in obtaining adequate powers to anticipate the transmission of wrong information. As a result, women, especially housewives have strongly pictured as hoax spreaders. The message of the Qur'an contains a conceptual solution in preventing the spread of hoaxes. The internalization of the character of solidarity and a sense of brotherhood is a concept offered by the Qur'an in building communication ethics on social media. Building female characters who can educate and prevent families from spreading hoaxes is needed. It is started with providing education on ethics in communication and media literacy from an early age in schools, families, and the media.

Feminist Consciousness to Prevent Marital Rape Victimization of Women during the Covid-19 Pandemic Covid-19大流行期间防止婚内强奸受害妇女的女权主义意识

Marital rape is one of the sexual violence against women (wives). The study's focus was to analyze the relationship between rape in marriage and women's awareness during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses library research that is representative and relevant to the research object. Regarding the feminist consciousness, many women do not realize that women end up helpless and fight when they are not good, including experiencing marital rape. The problem is the case not recorded, and the victim does not receive protection and their rights. The feminist consciousness of women can open women's eyes that there is sexual violence against women through marital rape. Furthermore, women can be aware of these cases, especially so as not to experience the same thing, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Then, women are empowered and protected from marital rape.

Deteksi Spasial Pada Model Indeks Ketimpangan Gender Indonesia 印度尼西亚性别不平等指数模型的空间检测

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persentase penduduk perempuan umur 10 tahun ke atas yangtidak/belum pernah sekolah, persentase rumah tangga dengan kepala rumah tangganya perempuan, persentase perempuan umur 20-24 tahun berstatus kawin/hidup bersama sebelum umur 18 tahun, persentase persalinan tidak di fasilitas kesehatan, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) pada penduduk perempuan, Indeks Pembangunan Gender (IPG), dan Indeks Pemberdayaan Gender (IDG) terhadap Indeks Ketimpangan Gender (IKG). Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi, yang didahului dengan deteksi spasial melalui uji ketergantungan wilayah (spatial dependency) dan keragaman wilayah (spatial heterogeneity) dengan menggunakan bobot spasial dengan pendekatan rook contiguity. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier diperoleh faktor-faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi Indeks Ketimpangan Gender adalah persentase penduduk perempuan 10 tahun ke atas yang tidak/belum pernah sekolah, persentase perempuan umur 20-24 tahun berstatus kawin/hidup bersama sebelum umur 18 tahun, persentase persalinan tidak di fasilitas kesehatan, IPM pada penduduk perempuan, dan IDG. Sedangkan faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi IKG adalah persentase rumah tangga yang kepala rumah tangganya perempuan dan IPG. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pemerintah dalam mengambil langkah-langkah kebijakan untuk menurunkan ketimpangan gender di Indonesia. Keyword: IKG; Regresi; Spatial dependency; Spatial Heterogeinity

Menanggapi Fenomena Anak- anak yang Mengemis dalam Perspektif Perkembangan Psikososial 从心理社会发展的角度来应对乞讨的儿童现象

Abstrak: Pengemis merupakan suatu istilah yang seringkali terdengar sehari-hari, begitu pula anak- anak yang mengemis. Studi literasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan psikososial anak-anak yang mengemis. Teori yang digunakan sebagai sudut pandang yaitu teori perkembangan psikososial Erick Erickson. Dalam tulisan ini hanya dibahas tentang tahapan perkembangan psikososial industry vs. inferiority pada anak- anak yang mengemis. Masa tahapan perkembangan tersebut adalah masa anak- anak pertengahan. Pada fenomena ini, anak-anak akan cenderung merasa rendah diri yang disebabkan tidak jelasnya identitas yang dimiliki. Identitas ini salah satunya diperoleh ketika anak mendapatkan kebebasan dalam memilih sesuatu sebagai kesukaan dan harapan. Ketika anak sama sekali tidak mendapatkan kebebasan dan dalam kondisi ketertekanan, maka otonomi anak akan kacau. Dengan demikian, diyakini bahwa anak berada dalam tahapan rendah diri (inferiority). Hal ini diperoleh anak sebagai imbas tahapan perkembangan psikososial sebelumnya. Perkembangan psikososial yang dialami saat ini pun akan berimbas pada perkembangan psikososial pada tahap selanjutnya. Abstract: Beggars are a term that is often heard everyday, as well as child beggars. This literacy study aims to find out the psychosocial development of child beggars. The theory used as the perspective is Erick Erickon's psychosocial development theory. In this paper only discussed the stages of development of psychosocial industry vs. inferiority to child beggars. The period of these stages of development is middle childhood. In this phenomenon, children will tend to feel inferior due to lack of clarity about their identity. This identity is obtained when children get freedom in choosing something as joy and hope. When a child does not get freedom at all and is in a state of stress, the child's autonomy will be chaotic. Thus, it is believed that children are in an inferiority stage. This is obtained by children as an impact of previous psychosocial development stages. Psychosocial development experienced at this time will also affect psychosocial development at a later stage.

Analysis of Women’s Representation in Politics And Human Rights Based on Islamic Gender Equality Perspective 基于伊斯兰性别平等视角的妇女政治与人权代表权分析

This article aims to explain the legal guarantees regarding women's involvement in politics. The involvement of women in politics is very important to voice women’s rights and concerns and to find some efforts that can realize gender equality, especially in the political field. By applying the normative approach method or library research, the writer will analyze the women’s representation in politics and human rights based on islamic gender equality perspective. This research finds that there is a law allowing women’s position in politics, but it has not been optimally applied. In addition, the writer also finds that there is discrimination experienced by women that has impacts on human rights injustice.
本文旨在说明妇女参政的法律保障。妇女参政对于表达妇女的权利和关切,找到一些可以实现性别平等的努力,特别是在政治领域,是非常重要的。笔者将运用规范的方法或图书馆研究的方法,基于伊斯兰教性别平等的视角来分析女性在政治和人权方面的表现。这项研究发现,有一项法律允许女性在政治中占有一席之地,但它并没有得到最佳的应用。此外,作者还发现妇女所遭受的歧视对人权不公正产生了影响。

Women Heroes Behind Martin Luther King’s Civil Disobedience As One Of Major Moments In American History 马丁·路德·金非暴力反抗背后的女性英雄是美国历史上的重要时刻之一

Women in America has long history and journey towards their independent and rights, especially black women or African-American women. Their struggle for justice and equality has faced many challenges and turmoils ever since its movement begun. One of the movements was The Civil Rights movements by the mid of 20th century. Martin Luther King, Jr. was an African-American who vocalized in initiating and fighting for Civil Rights from black people community. His dedication for liberty and equality without segregation and racism is acknowledged to American and also has been used for references for many scholars in different fields of study globally. This paper is qualitative descriptive which focuses on describing the Women Heroes and their contributions behind Martin Luther King, Jr’s journey to struggle for Civil Rights in America. The findings shows that there are at least three heroes; Rosa Louise McCauley a.k.a Rosa Parks, Constance Baker Motley, and Coretta Scott King who did not only show their courage but also bring huge impacts to legalize the Civil Rights Movement. Rosa Parks acted as symbol of civil rights movements supported by Montley as their legal supporter, and also Coreta who had given her many intellectual thoughts to King. Their dedications were undenialiable and became spirit for African-American rights up until now. This paper contributes to further readings about civil rights movement and its features, especially women heroes behind the movement.

Their struggle for justice and equality has faced many challenges and turmoils ever since its movement begun. One of the movements was The Civil Rights movements by the mid of 20th century. Martin Luther King, Jr. was an African-American who vocalized in initiating and fighting for Civil Rights from black people community. His dedication for liberty and equality without segregation and racism is acknowledged to American and also has been used for references for many scholars in different fields of study globally. This paper is qualitative descriptive which focuses on describing the Women Heroes and their contributions behind Martin Luther King, Jr’s journey to struggle for Civil Rights in America. The findings shows that there are at least three heroes; Rosa Louise McCauley a.k.a Rosa Parks, Constance Baker Motley, and Coretta Scott King who did not only show their courage but also bring huge impacts to legalize the Civil Rights Movement. Rosa Parks acted as symbol of civil rights movements supported by Montley as their legal supporter, and also Coreta who had given her many intellectual thoughts to King. Their dedications were undenialiable and became spirit for African-American rights up until now. Analisis Representasi Gender Dalam Laporan Tahunan Perusahaan Manufaktur BUMN Terdaftar BEI Tahun 2016 - 2018

This study aims to analyze the mission and social responsibility of state-owned companies in the manufacturing sector listed on IDX 2016-2018 is to reduce the problem of gender disparity in BUMN companies in the manufacturing sector by looking at photos published by companies in their annual reports published by related companies. To clarify each element of the evaluation, the research approach used is quantitative analysis to provide a summary of the proportions and qualitative descriptions. Krakatau Steel, Kimia Farma, and Semen Baturaja were the study artifacts used.  It seems that several women are seen in the office based on the aspect of the position and rarely display the location in the sector. Considering that the research object is a state-owned enterprise engaged in production, this is understandable, so it is only natural that many activities in the field are carried out by male employees and seldom include female employees. In line with the representation of the aspect of the location, that dominates the representation of formal wear. Meanwhile, from the body language perspective, the position of men as speakers appears to be more dominant than women. Overall, it can be concluded that there was no equality between men and women in the gender representation shown in the annual reports of BUMN Manufacturing companies listed on IDX 2016-2018. The leader's figure shows more men, and the ability for women to lead the business is more limited than that of men

AbstractThe study shows the implementation of Full day School Program as a means of promoting early childhood independence in Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) or Early Childhood Education and Development (ECED) Mekar Budi Karanganyar. Habitual behaviour and modelling are two methods chosen by the teachers to instil independency among children. The methods include activities such as eating etiquette, speaking and playing etiquette, and cultural etiquette. The activities aim to encourage children to follow such positive behaviours and in turn perform those behaviours whenever and wherever they are.AbstrakKajian ini menunjukan bahwa Pengembangan kemandirian anak usia dini di PAUD Mekar Budi Karanganyar, dimanifestasikan dalam penerapan program fullday school. Kegiatan pengembangan kemandirian ini dilakukan melalui metode pembiasaan dan keteladanan (modelling), yang mana kegiatan pembiasaan ini dilakukan setiap harinya oleh semua guru selama berada di lingkungan sekolah. Pembiasaan tersebut diantaranya berupa adab makan, adab berpakaian, adab berbicara adab bermain, adab budaya dan lingkungan, dengan harapan anak akan mengikuti kebiasaan positif tersebut sehingga pada giliranya anak akan menerapkan kebiasaan positif itu dimanapun mereka berada.

MAKNA PERDAMAIAN DARI SUDUT PANDANG PEREMPUAN GENERASI Z

This research describes the meaning of peace from the perspective of generation Z women. This generation is also called the millennial generation or today's young people. Z generation women are part of the current generation of young people, who certainly have different perspectives in interpreting peace in this country.There is sufficient evidence regarding the increasing attitude of intolerance among students and today's students.From a number of results of studies of high school students and college students it was revealed that 9.5% of respondents tended to be intolerant of minority groups.From the Campus Islamic Research it was found that 65% of student respondents supported sweeping actions carried out arbitrarily by radical Islamic mass organizations (Directorate General of Higher Education Ministry of National Education, 2007).This fact is interesting to examine further about how generation Z women interpret peace in this country. This research is applied qualitative research and uses the Interpretative Phenomenology Analysis (IPA) approach.The results show four main categories related to the meaning of peace from the perspective of generation Z women, namely making peace with themselves, not easily suspicious and prejudiced with others, respecting differences, and easily forgiving others.

Dialektika Status Wanita dalam Pembaharuan Hukum Keluarga di Indonesia

the status of women in family law became the main focus in legal reform. The reforms made must be dynamic and flexible in the face of changes in the socio-cultural context of society. The purpose of reform in addition to raising the status of women in the relationship between husband and wife also aims to provide legal certainty. Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law as the basis for resolving matters within the Court must continue to adapt to the social shift of society and the demands of social change so as not to lose its function as a social operator. To see the change in the status of women before the existence of Law Number 1 of 1974 and also KHI then the approach used is a historical approach. The juridical approach is used to see how the rules in Law No. 1/1974 and KHI apply to adapt to the demands of society change. The focus of juridical studies on the age limit of marriage, polygamy and divorce. Determination of the age limit of marriage has changed from 16 years of age for girls to 19 years. There is a change in article 7 paragraph (1) so that women and men have a passion for the right to education, health and constitutional rights. While the rules of Indonesian polygamy are not completely prohibited but the court provides strict conditions to do, while the rules of divorce for women have the right to file for divorce if the husband violates talaq ta’liq and commits the causes of divorce.
