Pandemi covid 19 yang terjadi saat ini mempunyai dampak dalam berbagai bidang baik ekonomi, kesehatan, social, keamanan termasuk pendidikan. Dampak pada bidang pendidikan yakni diterapkan pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan media online. Hal ini menuntut guru untuk berfikir kreatif dan inovatif dalam penentuan system pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi-inovasi pembelajaran pada masa pandemi covid 19 di PAUD Inklusi Saymara Kartasura. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tempat penelitian di PAUD Inklusi Saymara Kartasura, Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi tentang implementasi inovasi-inovasi pembelajaran selama pandemi covid 19, dimana pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Inovasi-inovasi pembelajaran di PAUD Inklusi Saymara ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk tetap menjaga kualitas pembelajaran dan perkembangan peserta didik. AbstractThis study explains the preventive measures taken by families to prevent sexual abuse. While the majority of people still think that only mothers are responsible for caring. Not all fathers understand that between father and mother have the same portion of parenting. Therefore, this study aims to determine the role of fathers and mothers in providing sex education as a preventive measure to prevent sexual crimes. This research method uses literacy studies. The results of this study indicate that the roles of fathers and mothers in preventing sexual crimes can be divided into two broad lines. The first plays a role in building children's feelings, the second plays a role in giving skills to children when facing danger. When a child has got these two roles from father and mother, he will be able to feel that he is valuable and able to avoid sexual abuse. AbstrakTulisan ini menjelaskan upaya preventif yang dilakukan keluarga untuk mencegah terjadinya kejahatan seksual. Tulisan ini menggambarkan tentang peran orangtua dalam memberikan pengaruh terhadap sikap anak dalam menerima kelebihan dan kekurangan yang dimiliki dikenal dengan istilah penerimaan diri atau self-acceptance. Pengetahuan yang diperoleh anak akan penerimaan diri tentunya juga tidak terlepas dari tingkat pengetahuan orangtua, pola asuh yang diterapkan di rumah, dan berbagai faktor yang menyertainya. Kepedulian akan penerimaan diri atau self-acceptance pada anak pelru melibatkan peran orangtua namun selama ini guru yang sebagai poros dalam membentuk sikap penerimaan diri pada anak usia dini. Dilihat bahwa dari segi waktu orangtua lebih sering bersama dengan anak dibandingkan guru namun jika dilihat dari fenomena di lapangan kebanyakan anak lebih mengikuti apa yang disampaikan oleh guru dibandingkan orangtua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku prososial anak kelompok B di TK IT Al-Hasna Klaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru  dan kepala sekolah di TK IT AL-Hasna Klaten. Tahapan analisis yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan bahwa pekembangan perilaku sosial anak sangan berubah dikarenakan kebijakan sekolah yang harus BDR(Belajar dari Rumah), perkembangan prososial yang banyak dipengaruhi ketika bersosial dengan teman sebaya harus digantikan dengan peran orangtua dan anggota keluarga yang lainnya. Perilaku prososial anak yang bisa dikembangkan dengan sistem BDR adalah berbagi, membantu, menghibur, dan kerjasama. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru ketika ingin menggunakan metode pembelajaran bermain dan bercerita pada anak adalah pengetahuan orangtua yang masih kurang untuk menerapkan metode tersebut. Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala adalah dengan memberikan kursus singkat melalui media online (youtube dan zoom) sebagai sarana pembelajaran untuk orangtua.Â

Feminism is a movement that was born and developed in the West until now it has been adopted by other developing countries, especially the Middle East and other Muslim-majority countries, resulting in various responses both who supported and against. The focus of this research is to examine feminism and the issue of gender equality, the development of feminism and muslim feminist, women in theology, theology of misogyny in holy verses, feminism and anti-feminism. The research method used is library research, therefore the data collected is representative library data wheras relevant to the object of research. So it can be concluded that both feminism and anti-feminism are not guaranteed to eradicate injustice, because basically men and women are not to be clashed and contested. But the real war is between justice and injustice, not men and women. So what needs to be fought is to call for goodness and prevent evil, not only for women but also for men who are oppressed even by women.

The objectification of women has been perpetuated from time to time, generation to generation, in various forms, even in a very subtle form so that women do not feel that their bodies have been reduced into something passive, no more than a gender object, dwelling to sexual desire and exploitation of women’s bodies. In Indonesia, the writings presented by mass media have been conditioned into “male patternsâ€. Besides mass media, the world of literature also recognizes women as a magnet of a story, in a short story or novel. This thing perpetuates women’s position as objects in literary works. The narrations about women in short stories and novels are constructed to fulfill the standards set by patriarchy through narrations about women. It is undeniable that male domination seems to have penetrated into women’s lives, even to the smallest things. Consciously or not, women always walk on the paths that have been set by men. In modern era like today, many women still stand under male domination as if they do not have the rights of themselves and their bodies. The narrations about objectification of women are found in Lipstik short story by Seno Gumira Ajidarma. In this short story, women are constructed to be passive objects, they are narrated as objects of oppression and body exploitation conducted by men.

In Indonesia, the writings presented by mass media have been conditioned into “male patternsâ€. Besides mass media, the world of literature also recognizes women as a magnet of a story, in a short story or novel. This thing perpetuates women’s position as objects in literary works. The narrations about women in short stories and novels are constructed to fulfill the standards set by patriarchy through narrations about women. It is undeniable that male domination seems to have penetrated into women’s lives, even to the smallest things. Consciously or not, women always walk on the paths that have been set by men. In modern era like today, many women still stand under male domination as if they do not have the rights of themselves and their bodies. The narrations about objectification of women are found in Lipstik short story by Seno Gumira Ajidarma. This research aims to analyse criminal law supremacy in a case of fighting against human trafficking. The problem of criminal law that relates to child trafficking is extremely serious and never-ending in this country. This case becomes an evaluation to reconsider the criminal law enforcement in Indonesia. Several legal solutions are executed by criminal law enforcement within the collaboration with the social communities and other countries to handle the problem of child trafficking. The concept of restorative justice and civil law protection is needed to be implemented by involving all parties, including parents as a family member. This study uses legal research as an approach and to gather the data; a legal settlement in handling child trafficking involves children and parents. Throughout this study, normative and empirical juridical approaches are used. It can be a great compatible recommendation and solution for handling the increase of child trafficking. On the other hand, from this study, it can be seen that the performance level of the individual that concerns on law enforcement process in Indonesia has implemented the paradigm of restorative justice in criminal law enforcement based from data that show an increase of child trafficking. Indicators of criminal law enforcement as a baseline to solve the child trafficking problem are about the level quality of legal protection of children. The role of family, law enforcement, government, NGO and social community leaders is very crucial to maintain the effectiveness of restorative justice and law protection of children involved in human trafficking in Indonesia. The involvement of parents by selling their children or getting their children as an entity in case of debt transaction causes the weakness of restorative justice and law protection of children in the problem of child trafficking. The significant results from this research are that criminal law enforcement against child trafficking that involves parents can improve the legal protection for future criminal law enforcement in Indonesia.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai pemikiran Masdar Farid Mas’udi tentang hak reproduksi wanita. Untuk memahami pemikiran Masdar Farid Mas’udi, penulis menelusuri serta memahami karya-karya beliau yang berhubungan dengan hak reproduksi wanita. Pemikiran Masdar Farid Mas’udi lebih menekankan pemahaman maqhasid al-nash dari pada zawahir al-nash. Menurut Masdar Farid Mas’udi, hak-hak antara suami-istri dalam keluarga mempunyai derajat yang sama begitu pula dengan kewajiban-kewajibannya. Dalam hal pemikirannya tentang hak- hak reproduksi wanita, Masdar membaginya dalam beberapa hal. Mengenai hak wanita dalam memilih pasangan, hak wanita dalam menikmati hubungan seksual, hak wanita dalam menentukan kehamilan atau memiliki keturunan, hak wanita dalam merawat anak, hak wanita dalam cuti reproduksi, kemudian yang terakhir adalah hak wanita dalam menceraikan pasangannya.

This study aims to determine the formation of women's position in the novel Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. This study also aims to determine the reasons behind the placement of the women's positions which are depicted in the novel. This novel is a classic romance novel one of the realistic writings written by Jane Austen that describes the position of women based on their social status. The intersection theory is used to see the process of forming the positions and reasons behind it. In this case, the determination of these positions is formed through social class, identity, abilities (skills) and physical form that women have. The intersection case studies that shape women's identities are influenced by history, culture, and ideology, as well as the representation of this discourse, giving women the treatment of gender discrimination, oppression, and oppression.
