In this work the new system of psychology and pedagogical knowledge, ideas, principles are considered. The psychoanalytic method is considered as the tool for the solution of legal education problems. The modern psychoanalytic ideas reflected in the works of Buettner (1991), Singer (1970), Helbig (1978), Datler (1985), etc. are analyzed. Justification is given that the legal education and legal education containing and applying psychoanalytic technologies promotes elimination of the symptoms indicating emergence of the mental overloads peculiar to teenage age owing to psychophysiological features and as a result of imposing by adults of the authoritative knowledge. Introduction of psychoanalysis to number of educational measures for forming sense of justice, it is necessary to begin as soon as possible that will provide the prevention of big nervous shocks in connection with understanding of in legal society and different elimination of violations in mental development of the student and his activity. The possibility of introduction of psychoanalytic technologies in relation to legal training is studied. Use of psychoanalytic technologies, is considered in the context of traditional legal pedagogics where the special part is assigned to psychology, considering the person in unity of psychosocial development. Only in such interrelation it is possible to count on the complete and objective solution of the psychological and pedagogiclegal problems facing us.

This article is an analysis of data obtained during a sociological survey conducted by the authors in the spring of 2017 among the students of the Kazan Federal University. The purpose of the study was to expose the students’ preferences concerning the sources of obtaining political information. The topicality of the study is determined by a number of circumstances, such as: the need to engage young people in social and political relations, which is one of the most important aspects of the process of general socialization of young people in a democratic society; the problem of increasing the effectiveness of the process of political communication, which is of paramount importance in the run-up to the presidential elections of 2018 in Russia. In the created situation, it is the use of the scientific, in this case sociological, toolkit that is a necessary prerequisite for the formation of effective channels of political communication with student youth and, in general, increasing the political activity of this part of society. The attention of researchers was focused on the main trends in changing the channels for obtaining political information among the students, namely, the transformation of the Internet into the main channel of political communication and the reasons that led to this process. The results of the research show that now the Internet has become the main source of information in the student environment of the Republic of Tatarstan, but the interest in foreign and domestic political information is more situational in the student environment and is associated with specific political events.

The evolution of technology acceptance theories and models have started since the beginning of the 20th century and it is still evolving. This evolution is happened in different theoretical perspectives, such as: cognitive, affective, motivational, and behavioral intentions and reactions for individuals. Nowadays, understanding the reason of accepting or rejecting any new technology by users has become one of the most important areas in the IT field. The social media applications are benefited and enhanced the E-Commerce, Electronic Marketing (E-Marketing), and Electronic Shopping (E-Shopping) usage behaviors to get any information of any offered commodity in the easiest, fastest, and most familiar way, that will increase the retail profit as well. Social Commerce (S-Commerce) has become one of the most important fields and one of the fastest growing areas of the high technology sector development, especially in the trading and commercial environments. In this scope, it is presenting here the theories and models which were developed to study the acceptance by users and their adoption for new technology. this study adheres to the methodology of quantitative research, which offers a numerical measurement and analysis of the factors that determine adoption for samples 30 as a pilot study in Malaysia as a limit of this research specifically among 2 Malaysian Universities, that will lead to distribute the updated survey around 484 samples later. That results a high ratio of questionnaire validity and the effectiveness of the research hypothesis also found that the new model identifies the factors affecting S-Commerce usage behavior and continued usage intention, find the relationship between education and S-Commerce usage behavior and found such relationship between age and S- Commerce usage behavior

espanolEste estudio describe el perfil sociodemografico y el potencial psicologico o terapeutico percibido entre los primeros usuarios de visores comerciales de Realidad Virtual (RV). Para ello, se utilizo un cuestionario informatizado disenado ad hoc para este proyecto. 117 participantes de ambos sexos, con una media de edad 36.91 formaron parte del estudio. Se analizan las relaciones entre las once variables evaluadas a traves de contrastes de medias (F de Snedecor) y analisis de contingencias (Chi-cuadrado y D de Somers). Los resultados obtenidos indican que el perfil del usuario de RV es preferentemente varon, con estudios superiores, ha adquirido mas frecuentemente un visor de videoconsola, con una frecuencia de uso de mas de una vez por semana y es usuario al menos desde hace dos anos. La utilidad terapeutica de esta modalidad virtual es reconocida por el 31.6% de los usuarios de esta tecnologia y el 37.6% infiere que en el futuro el uso para fines psicologicos sera factible y positivo, siendo los mas jovenes los que con diferencias estadisticamente significativas ofrecen esta valoracion. La reforma de la Hacienda impulsada por Martin de Garay en 1817 dio como resultado la elaboracion de una completa estadistica, tanto del patrimonio urbano y rustico -los Apeos y Valuaciones Generalescomo de las productos agrarios, manufacturados y comerciales -los Cuadernos Generales de la Riquezade los habitantes de todos los pueblos de Espana (con la unica excepcion de las cuatro provincias forales) entre 1817 y 1820. Esta fuente ha permanecido oculta en nuestros archivos historicos, por lo que uno de nuestros objetivos es rescatar del olvido esta documentacion mediante su digitalizacion y difusion en abierto a traves de internet. Las nuevas tecnologias y entornos digitales que se estan desarrollando en la actualidad nos van a hacer cambiar nuestra forma de investigar y de ensenar las humanidades y las ciencias sociales. Este articulo pretende caminar en esta direccion abordando el analisis de un caso concreto como es la digitalizacion parcial de una fuente historica: los apeos y cuadernos generales de la riqueza de Martin de Garay (1817- 1820). En nuestro caso, estos nuevos enfoques y metodologias facilitan enormemente el acceso y tratamiento documental. Asimismo, la eliminacion de barreras geograficas que implican permite la creacion de entornos de trabajo interdisciplinares (donde se combinan campos como la historia, la geografia o la economia) diversificando asi el tratamiento y analisis de la informacion. Esta fuente ha permanecido oculta en nuestros archivos historicos, por lo que uno de nuestros objetivos es rescatar del olvido esta documentacion mediante su digitalizacion y difusion en abierto a traves de internet. Las nuevas tecnologias y entornos digitales que se estan desarrollando en la actualidad nos van a hacer cambiar nuestra forma de investigar y de ensenar las humanidades y las ciencias sociales. Este articulo pretende caminar en esta direccion abordando el analisis de un caso concreto como es la digitalizacion parcial de una fuente historica: los apeos y cuadernos generales de la riqueza de Martin de Garay (1817- 1820). En nuestro caso, estos nuevos enfoques y metodologias facilitan enormemente el acceso y tratamiento documental. Asimismo, la eliminacion de barreras geograficas que implican permite la creacion de entornos de trabajo interdisciplinares (donde se combinan campos como la historia, la geografia o la economia) diversificando asi el tratamiento y analisis de la informacion.
