This study aims to develop a basic motion learning model jumping numbers based on traditional games in elementary schools. The method in this study is a method of development with procedures in research, namely: (1) Requirement analysis, (2) Initial model, (3) Validation of the initial model, (4) Description of expert validation data, (5) Revision of the initial model draft, ( 6) Small group outcome data, (7) Revision of the model after the small group trial, (8) Large group outcome data, (9) Model revision after the large group trial. This research was conducted at SDN 02 Sungai Pinang. In this study, the results of questionnaire questionnaire validation obtained from expert validators namely the physical education teacher on the draft product model of jump-based learning numbers on average game 3.8 so that it is included in the valid category. The results of student motivation questionnaire analysis obtained a percentage of 86.4% while the t-test results obtained were 12,387 with ttable = 3.24 then tcount = 12.387> ttable 3.24 as well as the results of the validation of psychomotoric results of students in both 64% categories, and 32% categories very good, obtained tcount of 15.601 with ttable 2.667 which is stated tcount> ttable. So it can be concluded that the new learning model or game-based Jump learning model given to students is valid, practical, and effective to make students motivated to learn jump-based games and actively move in learning and can already be used in the game-based jump learning process in Primary Schools ( SD). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 02 Sungai Pinang. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil validasi angket kuisioner dari validator ahli yaitu guru penjaskes pada draf produk model pembelajaran nomor lompat berbasis permainan rata-rata 3,8 sehingga sudah masuk dalam kategori valid. Hasil analisis kuisioner motivasi siswa didapat persentase sebesar 86,4%sedangkan hasil t-test yang didapat adalah 12.387 dengan ttabel = 3,24 maka thitung = 12.387> ttabel 3,24serta hasil validasi hasil psikomotorik siswa kategori baik 64%, dan 32% kategori sangat baik, didapatkan thitung sebesar 15,601 dengan ttabel 2,667 yang dinyatakan thitung>ttabel. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa Model pembelajaran baru atau model pembelajaran Lompat berbasis permainan yang diberikan pada siswa valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk membuat siswa termotivasi untuk belajar lompat berbasis permainan serta aktif bergerak dalam pembelajar

The purpose of this study was to determine whether skiping training can improve the ability to do spikes in volleyball games in class VI SD Negeri 197 / IX Pematang Gajah. The research method uses classroom action research. The results of the study of skiping exercises can improve spike ability.The conclusion that can be drawn in this classroom action research is that using skiping exercises can improve the ability to do spikes in volleyball. Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah latihan skiping dapat meningkatkan kemampuan melakukan spike dalam permainan bola voly pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 197/IX Pematang Gajah. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian latihan skiping dapat meningkatkan kemampuan spike. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah dengan menggunakan latihan skiping dapat meningkatkan kemampuan melakukan spike dalam permainan bola voly.

This development research aims to produce a learning model for game-based or turbo-based learning that can improve students' motivation and ability in the basic motion of throwing numbers.Stages of teaching material development conducted by researchers based on the stages of research development or development research. The results of the validation at the small group stage regarding the quality of the learning model have entered into the "valid" criteria of the validation that is filled out by the validator obtained an average value of 3.85 and a tcount of 10.172 with a 2.262 table then a tcount of 10.172> a table of 2.262. In the validation test of a large group stated "Valid" with an average value of 4.15 and obtained the tcount of 16.397 with a ttable obtained is 2.66 the results of this analysis are tcount of 16.379> ttable 2.66 so it was concluded that the learning model developed influential in increasing students' abilities in turbo or throwing athletic activities. As well as the results obtained 82% feasible in small groups and 84.8% feasible in large groups when conducting guttman test for the results of the questionnaire given to students. From these results it can be stated that the developed learning model in throwing or turbo numbers learning based games is valid, practical, and efficient so that it can be used in athletic learning throwing numbers in primary schools. Tahapan pengembangan bahan ajar yang dilakukan peneliti berdasarkan tahapan penelitian pengembangan atau development research. Small sided-games training is a small-scale field, an appropriate situation developed for young players, so they can learn and develop. Small sided games training is also one of the methods of soccer training using smaller fields with fewer players. This training method is a fairly effective exercise in physical improvement, techniques and tactics Passing is to feed the ball or pass the ball to a friend, while passing determination is the ability to set goals / pass the ball according to the goal or target. This research is an experimental research conducted with the aim to find out whether or not there is a result of something done on the sample to be studied. The research began with a pretest and ended with a posttest. The number of samples in this study amounted to 20 people. The training given was done during 16 meetings. This research was tested using a statistical analysis of the hipotsis test (t test). Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the small sided games exercise gives a significant effect on the accuracy of passing on extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi, proven in the pre-test and post-test assessments with an average pre-test = 505 and post-test = 7.65, with the increment difference of 7.65. This can be seen by the T test that is Tcount = 3.492787 ˃ Ttable = 1.72913. Based on the results of research and calculations from the data and discussions that have been carried out, this research proves that there is an influence of small sided games training on the passing accuracy of extracurricular students at Muaro Jambi State Junior High School. Based on the results of research and calculations from the data and discussions that have been carried out, this research proves that there is an influence of small sided games training on the passing accuracy of extracurricular students at Muaro Jambi State Junior High School. Small sided-games training is a small-scale field, an appropriate situation developed for young players, so they can learn and develop. Small sided games training is also one of the methods of soccer training using smaller fields with fewer players. This training method is a fairly effective exercise in physical improvement, techniques and tactics Passing is to feed the ball or pass the ball to a friend, while passing determination is the ability to set goals / pass the ball according to the goal or target. This research is an experimental research conducted with the aim to find out whether or not there is a result of something done on the sample to be studied. The research began with a pretest and ended with a posttest. The number of samples in this study amounted to 20 people. The training given was done during 16 meetings. This research was tested using a statistical analysis of the hipotsis test (t test). Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the small sided games exercise gives a significant effect on the accuracy of passing on extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi, proven in the pre-test and post-test assessments with an average pre-test = 505 and post-test = 7.65, with the increment difference of 7.65. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi latihan single leg jump terhadap peningkatan hasil lompat jauh siswa SMP ISLAM AL-FALAH Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dalam penelitian ini terdapat kelompok eksperimen yang sengaja diberikan perlakuan. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan one group pretest-postest design yaitu kelompok yang diberikan perlakuan, tetapi sebelum perlakuan diberikan terlebih dahulu tes awal (pre test), dan kemudian diakhir perlakuan dilakukan lagi test akhir (post Test). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada test awal dan test akhir diperoleh harga t hitung sebesar 8,0633, bila dibandingkan dengan t tabel 1,7531 maka t hitung > t tabel ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang berarti. Maka kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian dan perhitungan statistik pada pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh variasi latihan single leg jump terhadap peningkatan lompat jauh siswa SMP Islam Al-Falah Kota Jambi.

Olahraga merupakan bagian dari kehidupan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh LatihanSenam Aerobic Tingkat Kebugaran Jamani Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 10 Muaro Jambi. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah Metode Eksperiment Reasearch penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan One Group Preetest-Postestdesign. Dengan populasi seluruh Siswa Putra Kelas VIII D SMP Negeri 10 Muaro Jambi.dengan jumlah populasi 21 orangdan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 14 orang, adapun tes yangdigunakan adalah TKJI (Test Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia). Hasil analisis data uji-t, yang diolah secara manualmenunjukan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Latihan Senam Aerobic Terhadap Tingkat Kebugaran Jasmani Siswa Putra Kelas VIIISMP Negeri 10 Muaro Jambi. Hasil Uji-t untuk taraf nyata α = 0.05 dengan derajad kebebasan (dk) = (n-1) = 13 diperolehthitung (11,55) > ttabel(1,771) berarti hipotesi Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mnganalisis potensi wilayah dan sumberdaya manusia sebagai pusat pelatihan atletik di Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Kerinci yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei - Agustus 2018. Penelitian dilakukan pada wilayah Kecamatan Kayu Aro. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang berusia 7 sampai dengan 21 tahun. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cluster random sampling yang akan dijadikan cluster. Berdasarkan matriks EFAS dan IFAS dapat diketahui bahwa faktor eksternal dan faktor internal berada dalam posisi kuadran II yaitu didapat bahwa faktor internal berjumlah 2,910 dan faktor eksternal berjumlah 2.881 (2,910, 2,881), seperti terlihat pada gambar 4.1 bahwa hal ini membuktikan Kecamatan Kayu Aro memiliki kekuatan namun terkendala oleh ancaman yang berada di daerah lain sehingga harus memanfaatkan peluang dengan maksimal untuk mengatasi ancaman, dengan cara menjalin hubungan kerjasama yang baik dengan peemerintah daerah dan pemerintah pusat dan pihak-pihak terkait atau stakeholder keolahragaan, memaksimalkan tenaga keolahragaan yang memiliki kompetensi dengan latar belakang pendidikan sarjana olahraga supaya dapat memberikan kontribusi yang positif untuk pembinaan olahraga prestasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan teknik dasar yang dimiliki oleh pemain sepak bola SSB Pratama Kabupaten Batanghari. Penelitian dilakukan di lapangan sepakbola SSB Pratama Kabupaten Batanghari dengan jumlah pemain 24 orang. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini mengguanakan uji normalitas. Berdasarkan uji normalitas hasil tes dengan uji lilifoers dari keseluruhan data diperoleh hasil normal serta perhitungan pada tiap data diperoleh data passing dengan nilai 6,08 poin dengan kategori sedang, data dribbling dengan nilai 19,6 detik dengan kategori sedang, dan data shooting dengan nilai 12,6 poin dengan kategori baik. Teknik dasar sepakbola pemain SSB Pratama Kabupaten Batanghari termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan baik, yang dimana teknik passing dan dribbling dalam kategori sedang, dan teknik shooting dalam kategori baik.
