In the context of decision-making problems related to car production, the dual-hesitant fuzzy set can be a tool to deal with uncertainty and hesitation in determining the optimal number of cars to be produced for each type of car. The score values associated with the dual-hesitant fuzzy set can represent the level of preference or confidence in producing the number of cars necessary to obtain maximum profit.

The high rainfall variability observed especially from the 1970s has intensified the vulnerability of water resources in tropical watersheds. It resulted in the recurrence of extreme hydrological events – combined with the increase in temperature which increases evapotranspiration causing considerable water losses – but also in the "Sahelization" of Sudanian areas resulting in the migration of isohyets towards the south. This article studies recent spatial and temporal changes in rainfall in the Kayanga-Anambé complex, as well as their potential hydrological implications. The methodological approach is based on (i) checking the quality of data and filling gaps using the method of rainfall indices with the Regional Vector Method (RVM); and on (ii) the analysis of spatial and temporal variability of rainfall using PETITT stationarity test and Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI).The evolution of rainfall in the basin is reflected in a fact specific to the intertropical zone, namely the variability of rainfall. This is marked by several sequences: a wet period between 1940 and 1967, followed by a long dry sequence which extends between the beginning of the 70s until the end of the 90s, and finally a slight resumption of the rainfall over the period 1993-2020. However, according to the outputs of global climate models ("Multi-model Ensemble"), the resumption of rainfall in the Kayanga basin will only be effective from 2060. This variability noted in the rains will induce a similar variability in the flows and agricultural production since they are largely dependent on it.

Picture Fuzzy Set is a development of the intuitionistic fuzzy set concept. Picture Fuzzy Set is modeled in a situation when facing human opinion which involves more answers: yes, abstention or neutral, no and rejection. Therefore, to deal with situations like this, the concept of the proposed correlation coefficient is used to calculate the degree of correlation between picture fuzzy set that aim to group different objects. The correlation concept used in picture fuzzy set uses two formulas. And in deciding on a problem, we use the grouping method for picture fuzzy sets introduced by Xu et al [11]. There are four forms of classification.

Objective: To evaluate the management of solid bio-medical waste (BMW) at the Barumbu Mother and Child Hospital (MCH) and Medical Services Center. Methods: Transversal descriptive study made from May 19 to July 19, 2023. Of the 417 questionnaires distributed to providers, 272 responses were obtained, representing a response rate of 65.2%. Data collection was done by survey questionnaire, direct observations and daily weighing. Data analysis is done by Epi-info 7.2.5 and Excel 2016 software. Results: The average estimated daily amounts of BMW at MCH Barumbu and Medical Services Center are 0.45 kg/bed and 0.97 kg/bed, respectively. The sorting was not suitable at 65%, lack of packaging and color code. The insufficiency of material resources was criticized at 88%. 55.5% of accidents/injuries were recorded. The storage area was not secure. 88.97% of staff were unaware of management standards, 99.3% were aware of the health risks associated with hospital waste and 13.97 were trained. It is noted that the financial resources allocated to the management of BMW are insufficient. Conclusion: Improving the management of BMW inevitably requires the removal of constraints that would require the involvement of managers at all levels.

Athyriaceae is a family of ferns consisting of five genera, two of which are Athyrium and Deparia. Athyrium is a genus of ferns, and until now, the classification of this species is still a matter of debate among researchers through morphological and molecular approaches. Likewise, biogeography studies on the genus Deparia (Athyriaceae) are still a mystery to researchers. Thus, this paper will review molecular phylogenetic studies on Athyrium and Deparia biogeography based on a review of previously published literature. A systematic literature review (SLR) is used in this paper.

This research investigates the influence of ten selected organisational factors on e-business diffusion. A survey design was engaged, using a questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. Data was collected electronically through survey monkey platform to reach firms recorded in the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority’s (ZIMRA) Small and Medium Enterprises register which was taken as the sampling frame. A quantitative research design was adopted, using probability random sampling method. Seven hundred (700) questionnaires were e-mailed to owners and managers of the firms and 590 of the 603 returned were usable. The data analysis was based on the demographic information which depicted organisational factors. ANOVA tests were carried out to determine the factors that were significant in influencing the respective firms’ ability to adopt e-business. These were further tested through structural equation modelling (SEM) (AMOS SPSS v26) and goodness of fit tests to reaffirm their significance. Overall, the study concluded that SME characteristics have a significant influence on e-business diffusion in the SME sector in Zimbabwe. The researcher recommended that Government should develop a fully equipped modern national ICT infrastructural network to anchor the internal systems of the SMEs. They should also provide adequate financial support to enable the SMEs develop the requisite internal ICT systems and training of personnel. The SMEs, on their part, should modernise their operational systems to be in line with the current wave of virtual business models necessitated by the ravaging COVID-19 pandemic.

The study is motivated by the conflict of tourism resource utilization due to neglect of indigenous peoples' rights and local knowledge, which has failed to improve welfare and justice for local indigenous communities and weakened the sustainability of tourism development. The study introduces Institutional analysis development (IAD) as a new tourism governance framework. The new framework focuses on analyzing the multifactor policymaking process, the functioning of institutions, and the integration of contextual factors in each policy process—institutional Policy results linkages between knowledge, expertise, and policymaking through new coalitions with indigenous communities. The study formulates the problem of crucial/contextual factors in formulating tourism development policies. The research aims to find determinants in developing models and strategies for indigenous community-friendly tourism resource management using prospective analysis methods. The results showed five determining factors in formulating a model strategy to develop indigenous-friendly tourism: local resource-based economic products, protection and development of culture and cultural heritage (sites), watershed improvement, revitalization of customary institutions, and policies
