One form of bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and Pakistan is the entry of Pakistan as a general category of rice exporter to Indonesia in 2018. This condition will affect the price of rice traded in a traditional market in this case the Cipinang wholesale market. This study aims to examine changes in rice price in the wholesale market due to price shock in the Pakistani market. The data used were monthly data from January 2001-May 2018. Data were analyzed using VAR and VECM. The analysis results show that between the Indonesian and Pakistani rice markets, there is no integration. However, if they are integrated with rice in the Cipinang wholesale market, rice in the Pakistani market occurs integration with Cianjur kepala, Cianjur slyp, Muncul I, Muncul II, Muncul III and IR 42. The IR 42 rice price changes due to the changes on Pakistani rice price which does not cause any changes on other rice prices in the Cipinang Market. Based on this research, Indonesia could import rice from Pakistan by paying attention to farmers who grow varieties of rice that are integrated with Pakistani rice.

Burn wounds are a serious injury that can lead to significant morbidity and mortality. The burn wound healing process is a complex and dynamic process that involves a number of different cellular and molecular events. The three main stages of burn wound healing are inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. Inflammation is the first stage of burn wound healing. During this phase, white blood cells (WBCs) and other immune cells are recruited to the wound site to remove dead tissue and bacteria. The inflammatory response also produces a number of growth factors that stimulate the growth of new tissue. The proliferative phase of burn wound healing begins about 3-4 days after the injury. During this phase, new blood vessels, connective tissue, and epithelial cells are formed. The epithelial cells eventually form a new layer of skin over the wound. The remodeling phase of burn wound healing begins about 2 weeks after the injury and can last for months or even years. During this phase, the new tissue is reorganized and remodeled. The scar tissue that forms during this phase is usually thicker and less elastic than the original skin. The healing of burn wounds can be affected by a number of factors, including the size and depth of the burn, the patient's age and overall health, and the presence of infection. Complications of burn wound healing can include infection, sepsis, and death. The latest advances in burn wound treatment include the use of skin grafts, growth factors, and artificial skin substitutes. These advances have improved the healing of burn wounds and reduced the risk of complications.

The increase in fossil fuel consumption has led to the depletion of oil and natural gas reserves, necessitating the development of alternative energy sources from renewable biomass. Agricultural waste such as corn cob and banana stem, which are abundant in quantity, can be utilized as alternative bio-briquette fuel. This study aimed to synthesize bio-briquette using a mixture of corn cob and banana stem and investigate the influence of banana stem and corn cob composition on bio-briquettes’ characteristics. The bio-briquette production process involved pyrolysis at a temperature of 350°C for corn cob and banana stem carbonization. The variations in banana stem composition with corn cob were 10%:90%, 30%:70%, and 50%:50%, respectively. The quality of the bio-briquettes was tested according to the SNI 01-6235-2000 standard. The research results showed that an increase in banana stem composition generally resulted in a decrease in moisture content, volatile matter, and calorific value but an increase in the ash content of the bio-briquettes. All variations of bio-briquette composition met the SNI 01-6235-2000 standard for moisture content, fixed carbon, and calorific value. The highest calorific value was obtained at a composition of 10% banana stem and 90% corn cob, which measured 8929 cal/g. The emission test results for bio-briquettes with a composition of 10% banana stem and 90% corn cob indicated concentrations of SO2, NOx, and CO parameters at 65,67 mg/Nm3, 0 mg/Nm3, and 307,3 mg/Nm3, respectively.
