Abstract— Bulbophyllum (Orchidaceae) is recognized as the largest genus of orchids in the world. Bulbophyllum is a popular orchid by its unique flowers and its benefits. Although Bulbophyllum is a large genus, research on in vitro propagation of orchids from this genus is still limited. This article aims to examine the micropropagation of several Bulbophyllum species to determine the affecting factor for the propagation of Bulbophyllum orchids. A systematic Literature Review (SLR) uses in this paper. The micropropagation of Bulbophyllum have studied in B.auricomum, B. fascinator, B. macrantum, B. phalaenopsis, B. lasianthum B. odoratissimum B. niphondii, B. dhaninivatii, B. lilacinum, B. echinolabium, B. putidum and B. plumatum. The use of appropriate media can increase the growth of orchids. The addition of growth regulators and/or organic compounds to a suitable basal medium can be a way to find a suitable medium for orchid growth. Acclimatization should be conducted on plantlets with healthy roots. The appropriate acclimatization media can increase the survival rate of orchid seedlings.

In recent years, there has been a growing trend of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into language learning, and ChatGPT has emerged as one of the most widely utilized AI tools in this domain. However, incorporating such tools into language classes, particularly in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) writing classes, poses challenges. This study aims to investigate effective and responsible strategies for incorporating ChatGPT into an undergraduate EFL writing class. To achieve this objective, a one-shot case study was conducted on fourth-semester EFL students enrolled in a Creative and Media Writing class at an Institute of Foreign Languages in Jakarta, Indonesia. Data was collected through tests and questionnaire. The study identified key strategies for the effective and responsible incorporation of ChatGPT, which include establishing a clear usage policy and maintaining a record of students' questions and queries while using ChatGPT in the EFL writing class. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the appropriate and responsible use of ChatGPT, as well as its potential impact on students' writing skills.

Cocaine use can lead to acute and chronic complications, with one of the most dangerous effects being damage to the cardiovascular system. This review aims to explore cocaine's impact on the heart by examining relevant literature. Cocaine acts on alpha and beta receptors, as well as muscarinic receptors, resulting in hypertrophy of the left ventricle and decreased end-diastolic volume. The study emphasizes the importance of informing the scientific community about this case to raise awareness of the risks associated with cocaine use.

This study aims to understand the behavior territoriality of the lemur Decken's Sifaka Propithecus deckenii in the Protected Areas (PAs) Complexe Tsimembo Manambolomaty and Mandrozo in the central-west of Madagascar between November 2017 and April 2018, and between July and October 2018. The continuous focal animal sampling method was used to monitor eight groups of Sifakas, two groups of the intact habitat and two groups from the disturbed habitat in each PA. Scent marking frequencies per focal groups differs between the two habitats types and is influenced by sex in favor of males. Season does not impacted this activity. The home range (define by MCP and 95% Kernel density estimate) and core area varies between monitored groups and the daily path length can reach 234 ± 98 m to 362 ± 110 m. These parameters are not influenced by season and habitat types. However, the intensity of territory use does not have any variation among the studied groups. The mean average « defensibility index » value for P. deckenii is 1.74 ± 0.70 (n = 8). The studied species has ability to adjust their territorial behavior, despite the degradation of habitat in sustainable use zones

Since the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in a decrease in traffic, Perum LPPNPI Denpasar Branch adjusted flight traffic services as needed, one of it is the East Terminal Control Area (TMA) was temporarily not operating so that traffic coming from the east was served by West Terminal Control Area (TMA). After traffic conditions begin to normalize, during peak hours the amount of traffic guided by the TMA unit reaches 30 traffic per hour where the TMA unit provides services at an altitude of 10,000 feet to a height of 24,500 feet. The return to normal traffic has led to an increase in the load of communication in the West Terminal Control Area (TMA) sector so optimization of the East Terminal Control Area (TMA) sector is needed. This research was conducted with the aim of providing suggestions to optimize the East Terminal Control Area (TMA) sector to improve flight traffic services at the Perum LPPNPI Denpasar Branch. The method used is qualitative descriptive. From this study, it was found that the lack of personnel was a barrier to optimizing the East Terminal Control Area (TMA) sector. Therefore, the authors suggest a review of the needs of the number of personnel and the determination of Operating Hours (OH).

The inability of existing transfer stations in Greater Monrovia, Liberia, to handle municipal solid waste collected daily from designated collection points for temporary storage and final disposal has resulted in a number of issues such as abandonment of overfilled skip buckets and reinforced concrete bins, indiscriminate waste disposal into drainages, along roadside, river banks, and so on. This situation has also resulted in a number of negative consequences, including environmental degradation, public health concerns, depreciation of the value of adjacent properties, and decrease in the quality of life of the population. The local authorities have made relentless efforts to secure funding through its international partners to construct a well-designed municipal solid waste transfer station, However, due to the study area's topographic complexities, it is difficult for them to select an ideal site for a municipal solid waste transfer station to collect waste from designated and illegal collection points on time. To solve this issue, the research will analyze and identify potential sites while keeping the environment and population within the study area in mind. The research employs a comprehensive evaluation of multiple factors, including lithology, slope, drainage density and land use through GIS tool like Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to identify potential sites that meets sustainable waste management’s requirements. The results showed that 43% of the study area is not suitable, 20% is least suitable, 20% is moderately suitable, 11% is suitable and 6% highly suitable for an environmentally-friendly transfer station. Central Monrovia A and B, and Northwest of Paynesville are areas identified to be suitable for municipal solid waste transfer station.

Tower controllers are air traffic control officers responsible for managing air traffic around airports to ensure safety, security, and efficiency in aircraft movements. They work in airport control towers, which serve as the central hub for air traffic control in the vicinity of the airport. Control towers are typically located near the runways and provide good visibility for monitoring aircraft movements on the ground and in the air. Within the control tower, the equipment and comfort of the air traffic controllers are important considerations. This research focuses on the control tower of Perum LPPNPI branch in Medan, where it has been found that wide-diameter pillars obstruct the view of the tower controllers. The aim of this study is to analyze the pillars as an obstruction and provide recommendations to Perum LPPNPI branch in Medan on how to address this issue. The research methodology employed is qualitative. The research findings conclude that the pillars indeed pose an obstruction, and the author suggests that Perum LPPNPI branch in Medan relocate the control desk.

Occupational health companies that do not provide products or services directly to patients generally share the same operating environment as companies in other industries. For example, machine tool makers Cincinnati Milicron and GE Medical Systems sell their products in much the same way.Cincinnati sells its machines directly to manufacturers who use them to make other products, and GE Medical sells diagnostic equipment directly to hospitals, clinics and other facilities that use its equipment for diagnostic tests. The prices that both companies charge for their products are set in a competitive marketplace, making it relatively easy for buyers to distinguish between competing products. In general, the more expensive the product, the better the performance, and performance can be judged by more or less objective metrics. For example, in some sectors of occupational health and most other sectors of the economy, consumers of products or services have many suppliers to choose from, distinguish the quality of competing products or services, and Can (probably) act and make decisions rationally. As for the quality and price of the purchase, we will bear the full purchase cost. However, for the most part, the provision of health care in the workplace has its own way of doing things.
