EnglishThe development of regional public policies and the contemporary transformations carried out by the innovation process are correlated with the integration between higher education institutions, companies and government, based on the use of science and innovation to reduce the degree of socioeconomic disparity. The present study is an exploratory research, being conducted by a documentary analysis, based on the higher education institutions participating in the IV Symposium of Research of the Great ABC – SPGABC (2014). The research shows the involvement of higher education institutions of the great ABC in innovation actions and regional public policies. As a result, it has been found that some higher education institutions are more involved with regional public policies, while others are more involved with innovation processes. portuguesEste estudo tem por objetivo investigar a utilizacao conjunta dos modelos de gestao Canvas e BSC como subsidios para o desenvolvimento dos objetivos estrategicos e de um sistema de medicao de desempenho para uma incubadora de empresas. Para tanto, adotou-se o estudo de caso como estrategia de pesquisa. A organizacao analisada e uma Incubadora de Base Tecnologica, sediada em uma Universidade da regiao central do Rio Grande do Sul. Como tecnicas de coleta de dados foram utilizadas: Analise de Documentos, Grupos Focais e Entrevistas semiestruturadas. Os resultados evidenciaram que a utilizacao das metodologias Canvas e BSC forneceram de forma pratica e satisfatoria subsidios para o desenvolvimento dos objetivos estrategicos e de um sistema de medicao de desempenho para a Incubadora, na medida em que proporcionam uma visao ampla e a definicao acerca dos principais elementos para uma gestao estrategica (Canvas) e forneceram meios para analisar e medir o desempenho (BSC) da organizacao. Portanto, entende-se que a importância deste estudo esta na abordagem do tema incipiente na literatura, onde os estudos de caso podem elucidar lacunas e necessidades dessas organizacoes para pesquisas futuras. Therefore, we adopted the case study as a research strategy. The organization analyzed is an incubator of technology-based, based on a University of the central region of Rio Grande do Sul Data collection techniques were used:. Document analysis, focus groups and semi-structured interviews. The results showed that the use of methodologies Canvas and BSC provided a practical and satisfactory support for the development of strategic objectives and performance measurement system for the Incubator, as they provide a broad view and the setting on the main elements for strategic management (Canvas) and provided the means to analyze and measure performance (BSC) of the organization. Conclusively, it is understood that the importance of this study is the subject of incipient approach in the literature, where the case studies may elucidate gaps and needs of these organizations for future research.

espanolLa teoria de las organizaciones desde el paradigma mecanicista ha puesto especial atencion en temas de estrategia y estructuraademas del caracter contingente de estas estructuras con respecto a su entorno, en este espacio se ha hecho necesario un enfoque desde la cultura y estructura organizacional hacia la gestion del cambio con miras a lograr la eficiencia en las organizaciones. El objetivo de este trabajo es explorar en la organizacion a partir de las fuentes bibliograficas, los niveles culturales identificados a traves de los supuestos subyacentes, valores adaptativos y artefactos, asi como las dimensiones culturas que pueden revelarse como dominantes. Se pretende hacer un breve recorrido sobre los fundamentos teoricos de la estructura de las organizaciones con enfasis en los mecanismos coordinadores propuestos por Mintzberg; que caracterizan a las configuraciones estructurales tipicas, identificadas como estructura simple, burocracia mecanica y profesional, forma divisional y adhocracia. En torno a este abordaje, los procesos de cambio que buscan diferenciacion competitiva, reconocen al cambio en la estructura y en la cultura como factores que podrian influenciar en el diseno de una configuracion particular en las organizaciones y lograr un impacto satisfactorio en su desempeno, asi, de manera complementaria son justamente los disenos estructurales mecanicistas y la cultura dominante, los que podrian revelarse como impedimentos poderosos para el cambio. EnglishThe theory of organizations from the mechanistic paradigm has given special attention to issues of strategy and structure in addition to the contingent nature of these structures with respect to their environment; in this space it has become necessary to make an approach from the culture and organizational structure for the management of change in order to achieve efficiency in organizations.The objective of this research is to explore in the organizations from bibliographical sources, the cultural levels identified through underlying assumptions, adaptive values and artifacts, as well as cultural dimensions that can be revealed as dominant. It is intended to make a brief revision of the theoretical foundations of the structure of the organizations with emphasis on the coordination mechanisms proposed by Mitzenberg; that characterize the typical structural configurations, identified as simple structure, mechanical and professional bureaucracy, divisional form and adhocracy.Around this approach, the processes of change that seek competitive differentiation, recognize the change in structure and culture as factors that could influence the design of a particular configuration in organizations and achieve a satisfactory impact on their performance, in this manner, in a complementary way, the mechanistic structural designs and the dominant cultural are precisely the ones that could prove to be powerful impediments to change.

EnglishThe present paper aims to research the organizational climate of a technical school in Jundiai, city othe State of Sao Paulo and make a proposal for managment improvement. A bibliographic review was done in order to get to know the subject of organizacional climate, after it was one an evaluation questionnaire was generated and finally the research was done through interviews, questionnaires, evaluations and observations in the place to identify the organizational climate of the school unit. As a result, less dissatisfaction with work was detected among employees than expected, and actions were taken that the management team could promote and / or take in order to improve the organizacional climate. portuguesO presente trabalho tem por objetivo pesquisar o clima organizacional de uma escola tecnica na cidade de Jundiai, interior de Sao Paulo e fazer uma proposta de melhoria de gestao. Foi feita revisao bibliografica a fim de conhecer o assunto de clima organizacional, depois foi gerado um questionario de avaliacao e por fim empregada pesquisa por meio de entrevistas, questionarios, avaliacoes e observacoes no local para identificacao do clima organizacional da unidade escolar. Como resultados, foi detectado menos infatisfacao com o trabalho entre os funcionarios que o esperado e foi poposto acoes que a equipe gestora possa promover e ou tomar para melhorar o clima organizacional.

EnglishThe study analyzed the connection between Qualified Report issued and a change on the Manager Board on Brazilian public companies. Such conclusion was achieved by a descriptive research on documentary analysis. All the listed Brazilian companies were searched in the data base of December 31, 2015. Analyzing the Audit Reports issued, and considering the research issue proposed for this study, it was found that 40 financial statements disclosed qualified audit report. Noted it is that 28 companies had some manager board member changed. portuguesO estudo analisou a associacao entre a emissao de um relatorio de auditoria com modificacao e a troca de administracao em companhias brasileiras listadas. Para tal, realizou-se uma pesquisa descritiva por meio de analise documental. Foram pesquisadas todas as companhias brasileiras listadas, na data-base de 31 de dezembro de 2015. Ao analisar os relatorios de auditoria emitidos, e considerando o problema de pesquisa proposto para este estudo, constatou-se que 40 demonstracoes contabeis apresentam relatorios de auditoria com modificacao. E, destas, observa-se que 28 companhias trocaram algum membro da administracao.

EnglishThe industrial revolution, the development of capitalism and the integration of the corporate world has been based of creation of large corporations; thus, was born the issue of the separation of ownership and management while the corporate governance process was initiating. This study has been focused to analyze covers the years 2012, 2013 and 2014 on the level of corporate governance during short term period the financial indicators of companies; In addition, the road equipment segment has justified this research, due to topicality, relevance, increasing demand for research in the area of corporate governance and lack of research for the road equipment segment. The years from 2012 to 2014 have analyzed with regarding companies listed on Brazilian stock market (also called BOVESPA) and it has considered the size of companies and possible sample’s size. This research shouldn’t be referred to in the industry as a whole conclusion. The main results have found on average are the financial indicators haven’t shown relationship between corporate governance levels for the road equipment segment (transport equipment). portuguesA Revolucao Industrial, a evolucao do capitalismo e a integracao do mundo corporativo foram bases da criacao das grandes corporacoes e com isso nasceu a questao entre a segregacao da propriedade e a gestao, iniciando o processo de governanca corporativa. O objetivo deste artigo foi analisar, no periodo de curto prazo, os indicadores contabeis das empresas do segmento de material rodoviario. A analise compreende os anos de 2012 a 2014, em relacao ao nivel de governanca corporativa. Tal pesquisa se justifica em virtude da atualidade do tema, da relevância, da crescente demanda por pesquisas na area de governanca corporativa e da escassez de pesquisas para o segmento de material rodoviario.
