Introduction of CLIL approach in Sociological Doctoral Programmes: the Ethnolinguistic Focus on Theses Written in Russian or in English 社会学博士课程CLIL方法的介绍:民族语言学的重点是用俄语或英语写的论文

The paper examines some limits of the introduction of SFL-based CLIL approach in non-western sociological doctoral programmes. The author is focusing specifically on pragmatic markers as tools for the structuring of science written discourse and using this approach to identify the differences between Russian and English academic genres.  Data was collected from doctoral theses in Russian and in English from the field of sociology of management. It is shown that the average number of pragmatic markers at 1000 words-3.81 in Russian theses and 2.27 in doctoral theses written in English. The author suggests that these variations are associated with the structure and goals of a scholarly paper. English academic genres are more empirical, whereas Russian focused on the development of theory.

Perfil do Consumidor Masculino Gay Carioca: Um Mapeamento com Base na POF 里约热内卢同性恋男性消费者概况:基于POF的地图

portuguesPor meio da aplicacao de tres questionarios da Pesquisa de Orcamentos Familiares (POF), o presente artigo, de abordagem quantitativa e exploratorio quanto aos fins, traz o mapeamento do perfil de consumo do publico homossexual (ou gay) masculino morador da zona sul da cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Os aspectos visados foram as aquisicoes fora do domicilio, a ocupacao e o rendimento individual mensal, e as condicoes de vida familiar. A pesquisa primaria ocorreu no periodo 2013/14, junto a amostra de 54 homens com renda media mensal entre R$ 2 mil e R$ 4 mil. Dentre outros achados, verificou-se que esse consumidor nao costuma morar sozinho, prefere os restaurantes de refeicoes a peso, procura boates, danceterias e discotecas quando quer se divertir, e tem nos oculos escuros um objeto de desejo. Como resultado pratico se espera que esse maior conhecimento possa ser vetor de impulso aos segmentos produtivos que ja atendem ou que pretendam atingir estes consumidores. EnglishThis quantitative and exploratory article uses three POF survey questionnaires to map the consumption profile of 54 male homosexuals living in 2013/14 in the southern part of Rio de Janeiro whose monthly income varied between R$ 2,000 and R$ 4,000. The targeted aspects were acquisitions outside the home, occupation and monthly personal income, and family life characteristics. It was found that this consumer does not usually live alone, prefers restaurants that sell by weight, likes to have fun in night-clubs and discotheques, and is a sunglass avid consumer. The results brought by this research may reinforce productive segments that aim at reaching these consumers.

EnglishThis paper analyzes the importance of valuing micronarratives of foreigners (especially Cubans) who live in Brazil for the formation and reformulation of their individual identity as immigrants, as well as to verify their contribution to the formation of Brazilian identity and country brand. For this, different ways to see brand Brazil are shown, from outside and from within, according to Cubans. This work analyzes Cubans micronarratives in Brazil through the results of a pilot research and analyzes some of the cultural barriers to communication faced by immigrants. We used the theoretical and practical method with qualitative and quantitative techniques such as literature review, participant observation, interviews and questionnaires. Among the results we highlight the diagnosis of cultural barriers to communication faced by Cubans, as well as the way they see the country brand before and after staying here. These results indicate that there are elements of country brand that can be told otherwise, based on micro-narratives of regular people. Also there are positive attributes of brand Brazil that are still little explored in the media. portuguesO presente trabalho analisa a importância da valorizacao das micronarrativas das pessoas estrangeiras (em especial dos cubanos) que moram no Brasil para a formacao e reformulacao da sua identidade individual como imigrantes, assim como verificar sua contribuicao a formacao da identidade e marca pais Brasil. Para isto, se mostram as diversas formas de enxergar esta marca, desde fora e desde dentro, segundo o olhar estrangeiro e em particular do cubano; analisa-se algumas das micronarrativas de cubanos residentes no Brasil atraves dos resultados de uma pesquisa piloto e analisa-se algumas das barreiras culturais a comunicacao que enfrentam os imigrantes. Utilizou-se o metodo teorico pratico com tecnicas quali-quantitativas, como o levantamento bibliografico, observacao participante, entrevistas e questionario. Entre os resultados obtidos destaca-se o diagnostico das barreiras culturais a comunicacao que enfrentam os imigrantes cubanos residentes no Brasil, bem como eles enxergam a marca pais Brasil antes e depois de conhecer o pais. Esses resultados apontam que existem elementos da dita marca que podem ser contados de outra maneira, qual seja, partindo das micronarrativas das pessoas comuns. E ainda que existem atributos positivos da marca pais Brasil que ate o momento sao pouco explorados na midia.marca pais; novas narrativas; marketing; barreiras culturais a comunicacao; relacoes publicas internacionais; turismo.

A influência do resultado abrangente no pagamento de dividendos 综合业绩对股息支付的影响

The evidence of comprehensive income demonstration became compulsory in Brazil according to the international standards and it aims to better demonstrate the financial and patrimonial situation of companies. The current study aims to identify if the comprehensive income and other comprehensive income influenced the payment of dividends in Brazilian companies. Its contribution consisted of establishing the relation between comprehensive income and the patrimonial and financial position of companies and its role concerning the evaluation and distribution of period result. Studies point that comprehensive income have great volatility to be considered influent in the payment of dividends once they are based on more persistent income such as net profit. In order to do so it was used the methodology of multiple linear regression, from which it was concluded that only the other comprehensive income influence the payment of dividends in the companies analyzed, thus existing a negative relationship for the bigger the other comprehensive income, the smaller the payment of dividend in the period. Two explanation proposals are given to the findings discussing managerial behavior in a conservative and opportunist manner. Key-words: Dividends. Comprehensive Income. Other Comprehensive Income.

This study aimed to identify the factors relevant to assessment of organizational climate of a Public Institute for Research in the area of C&T, with headquarters located in Vale do Paraiba Paulista considering their specific characteristics and the perception of its employers for the characteristics of this work environment. This is a quantitative, exploratory descriptive, taking the form of survey. The Institution research participant has 1.075 active employers and the sample used in data collection were 149 respondents

Motivation is a relevant fact because they come from intimate human, what motivates you, in case the company should offer tools to facilitate the work of its employees, continuous improvement employee requires changes in organizational environment by requiring mainly that is proposed, means for the employee can show that he can be considered excellent, leading him to stimuli increasing its capacity, dedication, persistence, responsibility and commitment, this paper aims to conduct a study on the level of motivation employees of a confection, as a theoretical foundation was based on: motivation, motivation at work and in some theories on the subject, so much has been used as a method applying a questionnaire with sample equivalent to 50% of the company's employees through the data analysis it is perceived that they are not motivated, the befitting for her not using motivational policies, and that the relationship with the boss imposes a psychological pressure to the desktop repressing contributor to efficiently perform its function.

A DISCRIMINAÇÃO DE MULHERES TRAVESTIS E TRANSEXUAIS NO MERCADO DE TRABALHO 劳动力市场对易装癖和变性女性的歧视

EnglishBrazilian Transvestites and transsexuals women suffer helplessness in family, academic, social and labor from the moment they take their transgender identity. To improve this situation, we should look through the social bias of Human Resources and study the inclusion of women in the formal labor market, in contrast to statistics that reduce this population group to prostitution or informal jobs. Through interviews conducted with transgender women, this article aims to expose the current employability of transvestites and transsexuals in Brazil. It intends to propose a new perspective for organizations to have inclusive and diverse environments, to fight prejudice and discrimination that this group faces. The results show the lack of policies and practices of Human Resources for making the work environment open and inclusive for those professionals. portuguesMulheres travestis e transexuais brasileiras sofrem o desamparo no meio familiar, academico, laboral e social desde o momento em que assumem sua identidade transgenera. Para melhorar essa realidade, cabe olharmos atraves do vies social dos Recursos Humanos e estudar a inclusao dessas mulheres no mercado formal de trabalho, em contrapartida as estatisticas que reduzem esse contingente populacional a prostituicao ou a empregos informais. Por meio de depoimentos colhidos com mulheres transgeneras, este artigo objetiva expor a empregabilidade atual das travestis e transexuais no Brasil e propor uma nova perspectiva para que as organizacoes se tornem ambientes inclusivos e diversificados, combatendo o preconceito e a discriminacao que esse grupo enfrenta, pois os resultados mostram a falta de politicas e praticas de recursos humanos para que o ambiente de trabalho torne-se mais aberto e inclusivo para essas profissionais.

O objetivo da presente pesquisa foi investigar como a gamificacao pode auxiliar a gerar solucoes para a area de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, identificando os conceitos dessa estrategia, como e porque aplicar em programas de treinamento. O instrumento de pesquisa utilizado foi a pesquisa bibliografica, buscando informacoes ja existentes sobre gamificacao e treinamento e desenvolvimento. Considera-se a pesquisa caracterizada como de natureza exploratoria, e com o objetivo de aprimorar as ideias sobre os modelos de treinamento. Os resultados foram analisados com base na comparacao entre a aprendizagem em modelos de treinamentos tradicionais e de treinamentos em sistemas gamificados. Concluiu-se que os sistemas gamificados apresentam melhores resultados do que os sistemas tradicionais.

Reaching Out: Extending Collaboration & Training To Educators 向外拓展:向教育工作者扩展合作和培训

In the United States, special education paraeducators constitute a population of educators that provide integral services to our students with special needs. This population of educators is historically and currently poorly trained and supervised; yet, they work with the most challenging conditions and student population. Existing literature has unveiled a dismal state where the paraeducators job demands are increasing while their training and support remain relatively stagnant. An area where research has not highlighted as thoroughly is the impact of the dysfunctional, hierarchical system in which paraeducators operate. In essence, paraeducators are victims of a dysfunctional system that leaves them stagnant in their learning and in a position of marginalization. To begin including and valuing these individuals and thus improving our schools, practitioners must go back to the basics and increase the extent in which we demonstrate our appreciation of paraeducators by acknowledging and including them in more collaborative relationships and providing adequate training.
