At present, almost every country struggles to implement city management with the concept of smart cities. Previous studies have produced several models by exploring social values on the adoption and acceptance of technology in the application of the idea of a smart city. However, there is still little research that explores social values in the form of a relational relationship between the dimensions of builders in the Smart District, which is very different from the concept of smart cities that are common and popular so far. This study aims to explore and evaluate the relationship of social dimensions of the application of smart mobile-based districts or districts. The model and approach used is an exploration of the building dimensions in the theory of Expectation Confirmation Model, Quality of Experience (QoE), Quality of Service (QoS), Trust, Commitment, Use Intention, Satisfaction, and Recommendation Intention. Data collection was carried out from two hundred seventeen respondents who were successfully collected using online survey methods and offline data processing using SmartPLS software v.3.2.8. The research findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship for the relational pattern of the proposed dimensions of intelligent district service builders. This research contributes to the modeling of the relational relationships of the aspects of the building of smart districts, which is still rarely done. This study confirms that local governments and policymakers should pay more attention to the relationship of critical social dimensions in technology adoption that affects the quality of service performance of smart-based mobile districts.

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed normal life including the learning process. Computer-assisted learning is a method applied when it is not possible to do it face-to-face, one of which is cultural learning at the SMB II Museum. The museum was closed during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study developed the AR application to support the education role of the SMB II museum. Through the AR application, users can view the museum's virtual collection and learn about the culture related to the collection without having to come to the museum. The museum collection is presented virtually reconstructed in the Vuforia, Unity, and Blender 3D development environment that blends real and virtual environments. The testing results show that the AR application has a good performance with the results of the SUS user survey showing a score> 70 and effectively supports the education role of the museum as measured by an improvement knowledge about Palembang culture after using the AR application of the SMB II museum. It is also found that there was different usability on a user with age> 30. Millennial generation having no difficulty in using the AR for their experience in using mobile apps and devices.

Named-based Internet architecture such as the Named Data Networking (NDN) and the Information-Centric Networking (ICN) have been developed rapidly. The current Internet architecture, TCP/IP, will be replaced by ICN/NDN in the next decades. However, it seems unrealistic to replace all the IP routers to ICN/NDN routers at the same time, so the migration process of the ICN/NDN routers over the Internet is unavoidable. Therefore, we should discuss the migration mechanism to realize the name-based Internet architecture. This paper depicts several mechanisms and approaches that have been written and reported in recent years. The advantages and disadvantages of each approach are also deeply discussed and explained. Finally, this paper gives a big picture and recommendation about the efficient way of migrating ICN/NDN routers on the Internet.

The number of traffic accidents in Indonesia always increasing every year. From 2014 to 2018, there was an increase in the number of traffic accidents by 24.2%. In general, drivers with a short driving experience have more risk to have an accident than drivers with more experience in driving. One solution to overcome this problem is to improve the driver's experience. The driving simulator can be used to train a beginner driver. The latest technology of Driving simulators is the most sophisticated application of computer-aided kinematic and dynamic simulations. It can place the driver in an artificial environment believed to be a valid substitute for one or more aspects of the actual driving experience. The use of a simulator that does not require a human instructor also makes it easy for beginner drivers so that beginners can practice anywhere and anytime. The simulator is created with a traffic violation detection system and is intended for private car driving practice with two-mode scenes simulation: mission mode & free mode. We evaluate the system by functional test, operational test, and Device hardware Load test and provide satisfactory results to be able to help drivers improve their driving ability.

Corona Virus 19 (COVID-19) is a contagious viral infection that has now spread to various countries, one of which is Indonesia. Monitoring of the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia is handled directly by the Government of Indonesia, especially by the Ministry of Communication and Information (KOMINFO) with the creation of the Protected application found on Google Play. Users provide reviews or comments about the application, of course, users will choose applications that have good reviews. However, monitoring reviews from the general public is not easy, because there are so many of them to process. So that the researcher wants to know the extent of the analysis of user reviews of the PeduliLindungi application based on reviews of user comments by using classification techniques, namely the Support Vector Machine (SVM) Algorithm and Naive Bayes Based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The test results with the accuracy value and AUC value of each, namely for the PSO-based Naive Bayes algorithm the accuracy value = 69.00%, and AUC value = 0.659, while for the PSO-based SVM algorithm the accuracy value = 93.0% and the AUC value = 0.977. For this reason, the application of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) -based Support Vector Machine in this study has higher accuracy so that it can be used to provide solutions to sentiment analysis problems in review comments of users of the PeduliLindungi application.

$S$-box plays an important role in the process of secure data transmission over the internet. The proposed S-box uses the results of various modifications, i.e., a combination of an irreducible polynomial and an affine matrix. Irreducible polynomial modification is done by taking the 3 best irreducible polynomials based on previous research. Affine matrix modification is done by a Boolean operation XOR for each affine matrix element of the AES S-box. The combination results of these modifications are used to build several quality S-boxes. To determine the best S-box quality, nonlinearity, strict avalanche criterion, bit independence criterion-nonlinearity, and bit independence criterion-strict avalanche criterion testing were used. The test results show that the best quality S-box has scores of 112, 0.5015, 112, and 0.4997 for the nonlinearity, strict avalanche criterion, bit independence criterion-nonlinearity, and bit independence criterion-strict avalanche criterion, respectively. The test results are implemented using a predetermined mathematical formulation to obtain the S-box value. The results of the calculation show that the S-box value in this study is 16.0017. This result indicates that the proposed S-box has better quality than the S-boxes produced in previous studies.

Congestion is a complicated problem that often occurs in big cities. Congestion occurs not only on arterial roads but also on toll roads. The impact of this traffic jam is extraordinary. According to data from the Ministry of National Development Planning of the Republic of Indonesia, in the State capital of Indonesia alone, the value of losses due to congestion every year reaches 65 trillion. In addition, a study found the fact that congestion also increases the risk of heart failure, high blood pressure, and coronary artery disease. Since 2017 the Indonesian Government through the regulation of the Ministry of Public Works has required electronic payment transactions on toll roads. The media used is an electronic toll card. By using this media, the vehicle must really stop at the Automatic Toll Gate to be able to tap the electronic toll card. But the relatively long reading time often actually adds to the traffic jam. This study aims to create a system with a GPS-based mobile application to reduce the toll queue payment at the Automatic Toll Gate through simulations using Vissim software. With Vissim software, an analysis of six simulation scenarios was carried out. The simulation results show that a GPS-based mobile application has succeeded in reducing the toll payment queue. In the ideal scenario of a small vehicle queue, there is an average queue reduction of 56.43%, an average reduction of 68.99% delay, a reduction in fuel use by 22.67% and a reduction of CO2, NOx and PM10 exhaust gases respectively amounted to 46.21%, 64.39% and 63.45%.

This study proposes Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods in developing a decision support system for selecting a laptop vendor. The problem faced is whether the FMADM process with SAW is a right and appropriate method to support selecting the best laptop vendors from existing candidates, and who is the best laptop vendor from the alternatives. So research is needed to help management determine the right method in choosing the best laptop vendor. Another study concluded that the Fuzzy Logic method is very flexible, can create a nonlinear function model which level is very complex. FMADM is one of a method in DSS to find the best alternative from many alternative candidates with certain criteria. While the SAW method is used to find optimal alternatives with specific criteria through a weighted sum of each alternative's performance ratings, the criteria could be found in qualitative or quantitative, and some are still fuzzy. Therefore, the FMADM method with SAW was declared appropriate and right in this research. The result of this study is an application of decision support systems, and who is the best laptop vendor candidate to be chosen by management. From the User Acceptance Test (UAT) results, it can be concluded that the user strongly agrees with the decision support system application and the application of this method.

So research is needed to help management determine the right method in choosing the best laptop vendor. Another study concluded that the Fuzzy Logic method is very flexible, can create a nonlinear function model which level is very complex. FMADM is one of a method in DSS to find the best alternative from many alternative candidates with certain criteria. While the SAW method is used to find optimal alternatives with specific criteria through a weighted sum of each alternative's performance ratings, the criteria could be found in qualitative or quantitative, and some are still fuzzy. Therefore, the FMADM method with SAW was declared appropriate and right in this research. The result of this study is an application of decision support systems, and who is the best laptop vendor candidate to be chosen by management. From the User Acceptance Test (UAT) results, it can be concluded that the user strongly agrees with the decision support system application and the application of this method.","PeriodicalId":413610,"journal":{"name":"2020 Fifth International Conference on Informatics and Computing (ICIC)","volume":"25 11","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121009092","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nowadays, the number of cyber-attacks is increasing; therefore, it is important for companies or organizations to secure their networks. Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is one of the core components used to secure networks. IDS's role is to detect an attack or attempted attack. The security tools are growing rapidly, along with the increasing number and variety of attacks carried out. The same with the development of IDS, a lot of research has been done to improve the ability of IDS to detect an attack. Many studies have used data mining techniques on IDS. This paper aims to conduct a comprehensive survey on the use of data mining techniques on IDS in the last five years. In this survey, we category the techniques used into several categories, and discuss each category in detail.
