Whole world is suffering from the problem of the energy crisis. This is happening because of the enormous growth of population and industries across the globe. Therefore the whole world is looking to adopt the concepts of green communication technologies and power/energy efficient devices. This work is just towards these technologies. In this work, a power-efficient Control Unit (CU) is designed and implemented on Kintex-7 Ultrascale FPGA. The simulation and power analysis of the control unit is done on VIVADO HLx Design Suite. The power analysis of control unit is observed for different frequency values and it is observed that as the frequency increases the total power consumption also increases. Hence the control unit is more suitable to operate at low frequency values in order to minimize the power consumption. Also, there is a 36% saving in total power consumption when we scale down the device operating frequency of the control unit from 5 GHz to 100 MHz.

Ante una situacion de crisis global en materia ambiental los mecanismos de asegurar el derecho a un medio ambiente sano y ecologicamente equilibrado resulta una labor constante, vista desde un proceso multidisciplinar e interdisciplinar, transversal e integral. El estado de riesgo y vulnerabilidad del ser vivo ha incentivado desde las diversas ciencias y disciplinas abocar temas emergentes y coyunturales como el medio ambiente. Derivado de ello, este documento pretende dar una descripcion de apuntes respecto a la energia fotovoltaica en el estado mexicano como mecanismo de energia renovable. El sistema de energia fotovoltaica colabora con el cuidado del medio ambiente adquiriendo un valor sustancial en el sector economico y en el social como un sistema de apropiacion que resulta con mayores ventajas de uso. El abanico de energia renovable en el estado mexicano a partir de la reforma energetica considera la presencia de proveedores particulares de electricidad; asi tambien otorgar a la ciudadania, sector publico y privado una gama de eleccion para proveerse de energia, reduccion de emision de carbono y eficiencia en la energia, todo lo anterior aun cuando deben afianzarse los mecanismos de aseguramiento de las mismas. Para comprender el abordaje de este tema se empleo una metodologia cualitativa con alcance documental y enfoque explicativo y axiologico.

The present work aims to develop a system in which it is proposed to systematize the process of writing and generating medical records which is proposed to reduce the time of generation of records and the reduction of physical resources, especially regarding the use of paper, which health specialists write in the course of a medical consultation, this would also imply the process of optimization in the management of medical records. The proposed system to develop consists of the application of the digital signature mechanism based on the method of asymmetric cryptography or also called public key cryptography. This technology is applied mainly through the application of two tools contemplated for the use of the digital signature: the RSA system (Rivest, Shamir and Adleman) and the SHA-256 hash function. The application of the digital signature to medical records will be implemented through the handling of graphical interfaces that is proposed so that the specialist can write and manage the records at his convenience. The system will address the use of Python programming language and the software libraries OpenSSL applied for cryptographic functions and PyQt5 for development at the graphical interface level. This solution is proposed because digital signature technology has been planned and has been subsequently developed since the 1980s, it is in recent years that this technology has been taken more into account for document management, and like this case, medical records.
